Ms. Johnsons team is fantastic. I have been a customer for over two years and I have not had one bad experience. Majority of the time I work with Ian and he is a true professional at all times. Every time I call Ian knows exactly who I am and asks about the family. Hes polite at all times, even when Im not and you can trust when he doesnt have the answer to a question he goes and finds it. State Farm is kind of expensive and I have thought about switching providers, however the experience I receive from Ms. Johnsons team keeps me from leaving.
