A complete waste of time and money really let down with them and there lack of knowledge and communication on all levels.

I love this insurance company. I’m known by first name bases; the customer service is remarkable, efficient, expedient and very knowledgeable. Both Customer Representatives are awesome, but Ms Aleshia is the best; curtesy calls and multitasking at its best, as well as, bill pay.

Wow their service is on point. If you have some issues with your insurance the company got you with no problems and they have a lot of passions to handle what it needs to be handle. Totally worth it. I been with the company for 2 years but hey Im content.

Do not waste your money, this company employs terrible,unprofessional customer service reps.They will take your money even after you cancel and you will not get it back! Worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. They are very expensive versus other carriers and youd fare better with another carrier for the simple fact that you will have a customer service rep that is on your side instead of just rushing you out the door. Disgusted by this awful company!
