Awfully awfully they lost my keys they didnt want me to take it out to charge me more but I took it out anyway

Horrible service!!!! I had gotten my vehicle towed, I called around 1-2 pm and they told me they be at the office in an hour. I waited the hour and called again they told me they would send someone in 30 mins. I waited 2 hours and then I had to pay 1k to get it out.

I spent the better half of my Saturday trying to get my car back, it did not help that I had to deal with more lost time due to the lack of attention and unprofessionalism characterized by this company. I contacted these people multiple times after the time we agreed to meet, and all I got was a sad and long sighhh, as if to tell me I was obnoxious, telling me they’re on their way. It’s almost been an extra hour after the initial hour. I am still waiting.

Extremely rude and did NOT need to speak down on customers. Our roadside assistance agency contacted them to help us, we called to confirm ETA and the employee was exceptional rude and not professional. Not even one minute into the conversation, the employee was angry and bothered by us. The lack of compassion is DISGUSTING AND DISTASTEFUL. I do not need to help you I have plenty of business when contacting them for ETA confirmation. Hurricane Hanna already stressed us, this company is HORRIBLE.

The service we received from this company was superb. This was a late night tow that was across 30 miles and we had been turned down from other 24hr companies. The dispatcher was professional and the driver was efficient and kind. Thank y’all for all the help!

Excellent and fast service. I had a blowout and they came to my rescue in less ghan 30 minutes and took my vehicle to Pepboys in McAllen. At a super descent price.

All of these low reviews are just upset people who got their vehicles towed when they’re just doing their job. I give them 5 stars because these people know what they’re doing. My car got stuck in a mud pit, the guy who answered the phone was super cool and worked with me and really helped me out. He sent one of his drivers over, 15 min later Ernesto got there and he got my car out in less than 20 min. Ernesto was a cool guy and went out of his way to help me out. Highly recommend them

Great service I call them today to pickup my motorcycle and they responded in under an hour and took the motorcycle and me to Dirty’s Daves in Edinburg quickly. They were very professional on securing my Harley on the tow truck.

Ben’s towing service did a good job. Young man was helpful and towed my daughters vehicle safely. Price was good.

Worst customer service ever the guy that answered the phone when I called was very rude and unprofessional I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to anyone who gets their vehicle out from here. I score this place the worst in the valley 🤬🤬.

Worst customer service ever. I was in a panic to get my car out forgot my keys. The guy rudely stated i was wasting his time.. is he serious... I told him... I am paying you for your service for towing a vehicle from a visitors parking lot in an apartment complex. He said well thats not my proble which i get but there is ways to speak to people or ladies like me. Rude person. It wasnt cheap I paid 255 but I get there and this guy doesnt have cash so I had to tip $5 because they are bad in business and dont have cash on them. Literally worst wrecking service customer service all around ...if there was 0 stars I would. They are not professional at all. They lack customer service skills.

If these pathetic idiots towed your car from the front office of La Palmilla apartment complex, or any other place that does not have a posted towing enforced sign posted go get your money back because if there is no posted signs they just stole your car, which they did to me. After I educated the idiot, whom Im assuming was ben, because he was too much of a coward to give me his name, on the law he said I could go pick up my car free of charge, or have anyone else pick it up, which is actually a crime as well. I had Pharr PD show up and saw good ol ben shanking like a Chihuahua in a freezer, the genius was smart enough to admit that he took the cart without a posted sign the officer escorted me to the back and i got my car. This is not a legitimate business if you have a contract with them, find another service, because these guys are only going to bring you trouble.

Friend got his car towed and his car didnt run and they found out it was the wrong car that they got so we had to do our own ass back all this company wants his money

Ben the owner is a ride uneducated person they towed my truck after being in an accident they just took it with out asking me where I wanted towed to and I call to ask how much was the total he said 280 I told him give me a detail of what your charging me and gave me a list of the things he is charging even for a letter that he needs to say and me to inform me that my truck is there hello I know my truck is there he said I still have to change u for that how rediculous and ignorant can u be ripping off people I am going to take these charges to Attorney General all these business are corrupted.
