Broke down on the side of 281. Called hotshot and within 30mins (he made it to me in like 25 mins) Pablo (the owner) was able to tow my vehicle to my mechanic. He even offered complementary water on the ride over. Great customer service and very professional and most importantly HE WAS ON TIME. 10/10. I hope to never need his services again but if the day comes I need another tow I will be calling Hotshot up. Thanks again Pablo.
