So i went today to get a regular pedicure that was $25 and this was my FIRST ever pedicure in my whole life and well the lady didn’t really know english that well but she gave me the pedicure. Then, after she finished, she told me to sit at this chair where this big brown desk thing and then i waited and she didn’t even tell me what to do or what, so i had to ask someone else and they told me to put my feet under the desk for some reason. Then i realized my toe next to my big toe wasn’t filled in enough with the white nail polish, that was the only toe that needed more nail polish and i told the lady who did them but she looked annoyed so i just said nevermind. Also my big toe on my left foot has some nail polish on my skin on the sides that didn’t didnt remove with nail polish remover but oh well. SHE helped me pay and stared at the receipt while i was signing probably waiting to see what i was going to tip her. Other than that it was okay, nobodies perfect but it’s not the best place to go to but it’s an okay place in my opinion.

This Spa is awesome, my wife was so pleased with her nails, she likes how Jennifer does her nails.

A very bad job, I dont file my nails well and I dont cut them well and I paint my nails first and put the wax on until the last. I dont recommend it and I still charge 45 dollars, so I dont recommend them.

I love this place!! Leon was able to trim my 86 years old moms toe nails, he was very gentle and courteous. They charged a very reasonable price. That was very helpful since my mom has border line diabetes.

I’ve been going here for years. Excellent service, clean, efficient. Mostly Asian (Vietnam, Cambodia) staff, and fair amount of turnover, but very eager to please, qualified, kind & attentive to customers & each other.

I was down for the week to visit my family and my mother and I wanted to get our nails done. Every where we went was booked or would be a long wait but it was super quick here and they did an amazing job. I love my nails I will totally come back whenever I’m in town again.

This was a fun experience. The staff spoke English which was really nice. I wasnt in a talkative mood and the staff didnt bother me. They just worked on me and mad me feel like a king.

Ive been going for years and everytime they change their prices. Are not friendly at all and always chip or peel within a week of getting them. Im extremely upset with this service for the proces that they charge. Do not recommend to anyone.

I typically love coming here, I enjoy the deluxe pedi and get a decent mani.. but this is the second time I’m poorly unattended, by the same lady. What’s worse tho is that I took my mom here for the first time, and she also had a bad experience. We had asked for both the pedi and mani but after the pedi we were left at the chairs, completely ignored.. After like 20 min I asked if we could still get a mani, I guess they forgot, or didn’t care.. they left my nails uneven, didn’t bother to file them.. and my moms nails have polish residue all around the nail, didn’t even try to provide quality service. We weren’t looking to be treated any more special, just the same as everyone else who received what they paid for. I like the place, won’t go there again but my only advice is to be careful who you get stuck with.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!So mad!!! 😡 I finally got a chance to go get my nails done just to end up with such horrible nails. I got there and showed the tech the style and length i wanted. I got nothing compared to what i wanted. He had to take off one nail since he had over filled one side...he literally filled my nail down to where the redness of blood shows. The color i choose was not the correctly numbered so he had to remove the two nails that had acrylic and kept looking for the correct color finally he just said to choose another color! 😡 So finally hes done my nails are too short compared to picture showed. Some nails are missing color and to top it off my entire finger was covered in acrylic. He tried removing with acetone and ended up filling my skin to remove it. Never again traveling from North Edinburg for this kinda service.

I went for a refill the shellac on my index finger and on my thumb for my right hand cracked the same day I went back the following day they fixed it and that same night its cracked again she initially clipped my nails to trim them and cracked the overlay I had on my original nails, then she didnt bother to fixit.... so the shellac on my index cracked again where the nail was cracked that piece came off of overlay.... Very unhappy I will not be going back to this place again.

This was was surprisingly fast. I normally take about 2 hrs to gave my nails done. But I was out if there in less than 1. The cost is not too high and the quality was pretty good. Will definitely go again .

Horrible place! How did I even go there! They do not clean their equipment and I kept on seeing the personal use the same cuticle nippers along with the same foot files for all the clients!!! I was so disturbed and after telling them the issue they denied it!!! Never going back again this place messed up my nails!!!

Shellac lasted a good 3 days. not to mention service was horrible, very rude. OVERPRICED.

I got a dipping, deluxe pedicure and my eyebrows done. I’ve never been so pleased with customer service and nail art in my life! How is this place still operating? They don’t listen to the customers wants and needs. They really don’t know how to do nails. My nails looked so bad!! The customer service is horrible they treat you like a worker and not a client. I will take my business elsewhere.

Got my service done by “The Owner” who not only did a terrible job but also dennied doing my pedicure because I was “picky” being that I had nicely asked for my nails to be Thin... Overall nice place but I went there less than 24 hours ago and my shellac already chipped. I’d normally go to get it fixed but unfortunately I don’t live here. Now I will have to wait to get back to Houston and pay for someone to fix it.

Very poor hygiene!!, I ended up with an infected nail from here. Owner is rude and has no manners. They will perform services you did not ask for and try to up charge you. Deceitful, will not be going back!

Fast service but Ill let photos speak for themselves. Pedi was great but a different person did that.

Love getting my pedicures here so relaxing just need a lil bit more work on my callous on my big toes but other than that nice service.

Makes you feel like royalty. He cleaned my toe nails soo good and didn’t even hurt me like other techs have. For $28 got nails cut, shaped, wax, and hot towels. I always like to tip but this time was a total pleasure, and worth every penny of my hard work earned money.

ABSOLUTELY AND UTTERLY HORRIBLE.The owner is rude. Employees are unprofessional and do a poor job doing manicures and pedicures. They will reuse infected tools with no regard for hygiene. Save yourself time, and look for another place.

Good work, just felt like I wasnt listened to when I expressed I didnt like a color while in the process .. misunderstanding in styles.. not a big deal just looking for a permanent place where I feel comfortable for me and my daughter. came to another place to get it fixed .. and was pleased with their attentiveness.. just make sure you are clear with what you need.

I normally come here for waxing and pedicure. However, yesterday I went for my usual pedicure and I decided to get my nails done. I didn’t get anything special, just dipped powdered my natural nails. The pedicure was the $28 one without shellac and without any acrylic nail. At the end they charged me $83! Which is crazy!!! I’m not someone to argue or dispute anything in public, especially over money. I’m just letting you that the owner doesn’t respect the prices and pretty much charges whatever she wants. Rest assure I won’t be going back.

This is the first time I’ve gone here I feel like the lady did them super fast to get me out of there. The next day two nails broke because of how thin they were she didn’t file them right so I called and they said they fix them for free so I went in they fixed them and didn’t charge but today I woke up with another nail missing.i want my money back I paid $30 for coffin when they don’t even have the shape of coffin I definitely won’t be going back

I asked the gentleman for the $28 pedicure and shellac on my regular nails.. he ends up doing shellac on both (hands and feet) without my consent, mind you. He was doing really good until the end when I was charged $15 extra for something I never asked for. Horrible customer service after, he insisted that they were my fault and that were already on there. And he charged me the $73. Never will I return there, DO NOT GO THERE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA!!!!!!

If I could give this place a zero stars I would but unfortunately its not an option. Im not one to post reviews on anything but I felt the need to do so today. I had my nails done with Sophia which is the owner of this place and I was the only customer there yet waited 3hours and got poor service. She cut me because was so busy looking everywhere and talking to everyone. She was on her phone and messed up on my full set of nails. She did my nails different sizes and got upset when I pointed out the bad job on my nails. She refused to fix them n yet lied about her job by saying I was picky. Well, maybe I wouldnt have been picky if I wasnt paying for my nails and if she were more conscious about her job. She wanted me to keep waiting to fix my nails and to have someone do my pedicure as if a 3hr wait wasnt enough! She left shellac on my hands and just roughly filed it with a nail filer who does that. She got mad because I told her that she had poor customer service and was unprofessional about it. I would NOT recommend this place eventhough they do have very nice designs but do not pay attention to the customers concerns. All they care is about you paying for what you get whether you liked it or not! Piece of advice keep your current customers happy because at the end that the reason you have a business lady! I will no longer spend long hours of waiting for poor service and Ill go spend my money elsewhere where they will appreciate my concerns. Do not waste your precious time and money with people who all they care is to charge and not about keeping a person satisfied with the job done!

Not bad, I showed a pic of how I wanted them and he was more then happy to do them and got the exact powered for my nails. And stay on for about a month not bad for 70 bucks

I came to get my nails done with my sister in law and we liked the nails, but we did not like the service from the woman on chair #12. To top it off I waited an hour to get seated. She was very rude and kept on tapping roughly on my fingers to move them out of the way like if I was a 4yr old. I twitched and she got mad at me because I moved. I’m sorry I can’t control my body it wasn’t on purpose. I had showed her a design and told her I wanted them exactly like the picture and she only did the full set and nail polish over them and started getting her things ready to leave. I was very mad because I went there to get my nails done how I wanted and good service because I’ve been there before and I know they give good service. And when I was ready to pay I gave her my card and she snatched it away from me. If one does not want to give good service then Id rather go elsewhere. In the beginning I was about to leave but I decided to give them a chance. But I was wrong and I do not recommend that place.

I had visited this place ones before and i loved how my nails came out. I recently had a trip so i decided to go back and get them done with them. Never Again! The nails were extremely overpriced for the job performed. I got an ombré pink and white, acrylic powder and coffin shape. The lady did not put enough acrylic and after filing them down, most of the acrylic was gone and I could see through the nails. The lady did not speak to me at all and just talked to the lady next to her completely disregarding what she was doing to me. I do not recommend this place. I could get the same service somewhere else for way less and a more pleasant experience.

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. First of all… I came in last night to get my nails done with SNS dipping powder. A lot of my friends praised the salon for their great work so I thought I would give it a shot. I chose a beautiful blush pink that did not turn out blush pink. They did not put enough coats on my finger nails to keep the mail from seeing through. The lady also kept messing up on my thumb. At the end of the appointment they could tell I was not happy so they said I could come back and they would fix it. They were not happy about that either when I showed up. Towards the end of my appointment the same lady who worked on my nails started complaining to my face and told me that I was difficult (I have never had an issue with a nail salon in my life). She said she wanted to do it right this time because she didn’t want me to come back. I politely responded I do not plan on coming back I’m sorry. In her rudest manner, her response was good we don’t ever want to see you here again. I looked at her and said ma’am you don’t need to be rude about it. I did pay for my service and I even left you a tip. I came in to get my nails done and left at the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this salon—I came in to get my nails done for my engagement pictures and left at the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Pregnant and decided to treat myself with my husband. This was the first time trying this place out. My nail tech was Tony. We had an excellent experience here. They were fast and professional. The prices were really good and left happy with my shellac pedicure.

I frequently visit this place. The girls are always very nice and helpful. The service is always quick and theyre ready to help you with whatever you need. Ive tried their manis, facials, and waxing service and have always left satisfied.

I have been going there for many years even after managment changed. Im very disappointed with todays service.Horrible nail polish application on my toes nails. Never again Im going there. You lost a good client. And to top it off they still charged me for the the services I didnt get done.

I was very optimistic walking in, very nice and clean place. However person who attended me was lazy, she quickly picked up that cheese grater tool to exfoliate my feet, when I asked her not to use it she used pumice stone for about a minute each foot. She said my feet were too hard, yet it had only been a month since my last pedi. Very disappointing 🙁

I use to love coming here but the lady on chair #3 was so rude, I refuse to come back again! Im pregnant and she could not care less how she was treating me. I kept trying to be polite but she was extremely rude the entire time! Ive never had anything like this happen to me and there was nothing that took place to merit her behavior/attitude! At all! Completely unacceptable! I dont recommend that woman even if shes the only person available! Come back a different day! You shouldnt have to spend your hard earned money to be treated like that! For the record I do like my nails its not that she did bad work but to be honest I prefer average work and good customer service than great work and horrible customer service. The work wasnt outstanding but it was okay what I cant and wont accept is being treated poorly!

I had been getting my nails done at this salon for over four years and I used to love it! Vy was the absolute best and left my nails perfect EVERY SINGLE TIME. I hadn’t really been back since it is now under new ownership and I don’t recommend it. For the first time ever, I had to ask the lady to fix my nails because they were so messy and there was shellac all over my fingers after she claimed I was “finished“. And she then proceeds to laugh in my face after I asked. Maybe she thought I was petty or ridiculous, but I like my nails to look perfect, ESPECIALLY if I’m paying. She then proceeds to use a tool to remove the shellac from my thumb, which literally starts burning my nail bed and I quickly jerked my finger out from her hold. She tried fixing one nail, but in reality the whole job was a big mess and her attitude was subpar/unacceptable toward a paying customer. So disappointing! Never coming back.

Great service and I love my nail colors!! They had about 100 shellac color options, too, which is a big plus in my book. Lily have the best massage in my hands - made me wish she wouldve done my toes so that she could have massaged my legs! Will be coming back again for sure - especially since its only about 3 mins from my new apartment.

This place is horrible... My daughter and I went in for a pedi. The water was cold asked him to change it to warm he didnt the hot towel wraps were ran through cold water... Not going back.

I was hesitant in coming here after reading some reviews, but figured a simple shellac manicure shouldnt cause so much grief and I was right. I finally found a place comparable to my usual spot- for less! I have been trying different nail salons in the past 3 months since the place usually go to has been taking too long due to what seems like a shortage in staff. During my trial period, Ive experienced salons that are too loud to relax, dirty, too rushed, with limited shellac color options, or the nail techs, talked too much, made me bleed, and/or did a sloppy job.Today, Linda did a great job! You would think that leaving without color or blood on your skin shouldnt be so hard after getting a manicure, but it has been an experience. Inwilp definitely be coming back to Linda. She was nice and professional and is the lady sitting on chair #12, next to the sink. 😊

I dont even like reviewing places at all, but this is ridiculous If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I used to love this place!!! Until couple months back I went in for a pedicure and a girl linda did my pedi, she did it so fast, my nails were not even cut right she had a bad attitude I never said anything about it. Last week I decided to get a pedi and got shellac and came again because I was like ehh it was just that one time I told the guy short and squared. I paid and when I saw them later they were disgusting. Long and uneven, the shellac was all over my skin so when I got home I took the extra nail polish that was left on my skin, but I accidentally messed two nails up. Few days later I came in to ask if they could fix it and I am currently waiting to get attended everyone that came in before me have already been attended. They are rude. I paid $37 for the shellac pedi and was not worth it. DO NOT COME HERE FIND ANOTHER PLACE, WASTE OF MONEY.
