Rick made our move stress free and truly went above and beyond. He was transparent and helped us with any questions we had. He made sure to disinfect the truck and that made us feel extra confident renting a moving truck in the midst of a pandemic. Always a issue I have rented trucks etc multiple times. Everytime there is a issue service is bad no matter what state that says alot about the company as a whole. Truck had a fuel leak in it and I had to drive from LA to TX. Putting gas in the middle of the morning every 40 miles or better and they never fixed the issue. Kept telling me to call another person till I gave up.
Very helpful man at the desk!!! He made the process so simple and effertless!!!! We got a very new truck and it was all so easy!!!
