Carlos has been a great help! Driver had some unexpected hold ups and he was very understating about the situation, made sure we were still able to get our loud and rescheduled our delivery to fit the new schedule. Will definitely be reaching out to him for future runs!

Terrible Experience. Stay away from them. Booked load with Carlos Gonzales. When booking I told right away that I have conestoga trailer and asked if shipper can load that kind of trailer. Carlos clearly said OK. My driver drove 4 hours of deadhead to the shipper. Shipper rejected my trailer and said they can not load conestoga. My truck ended up without getting loaded that day. I had to pay for fuel, pay driver for miles he drove to pick. When I called asking for TONU he said he is not gonna pay it. Last call he hang up on me. Terrible experience. Unprofessional.

Great brokers, I have work with them many times, I have never had a problem with them..!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with brokers. Carlos Gonzalez told me he made me an appointment to load between 1-2pm. I showed up at 12:55pm. After sitting 2 hrs the shipping manager told me my appointment was for 4:45 pm but he would try to get me in earlier. WOW. Carlos never told me this, because he knew I’d go somewhere else. So loading took 4 hrs. I never even asked for compensation. Then the receiver in Ca. Said they cannot unload because there was no jobsite yet. Someone jumped the gun. They want me to travel an extra 100miles after loosing another half day waiting on them to figure out what to do with the load. They Gaye me no opportunity to negotiate a fair compensation. Just take it or leave it. And then quit answering the phone or responding to emails. People like you make this industry miserable sometimes. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Carlos is a pleasure to work with and has been fair to me. He has always came thru with what he said he would do.
