I really feel like dealing with Sharon Nelson of PACT for the past several years has been a displeasure. If you call her about any problems, she will get VERY nasty and say things like Dont call me! and I Dont care! NEVER CALL ME, shes also a liar who lied to several of my family members (long story, but she made claims that she could do stuff with my family members money when she had no authority to). All in all, I would recommend that you never EVER deal with her as a member of PACT services if you can help it. Vicky Lewis (ACM) is nice, but when the time comes for action, I dont believe that she has strong conviction or follow through. Some of the newer case managers seem quite inexperienced as well. I will give PACT services a zero star if I could due to the nasty and quite frankly, EXTREMELY nasty and rude attitude of Sharon Nelson (The nurses are great and so is the doctor who works at Pact, its just Sharon who has a nasty attitude). Adult case management services I would give a higher score since many are quite nice.TLDR : Sharon Nelson is the nastiest, rudest and most uncaring of the social workers that work at District 19. The nurses and doctor who perform services on PACT are very nice and polite so I do not have any complaints about them. Adult Services which is a different branch is okay, to an extent. Consider PACT services at Dinwiddie or elsewhere, just dont go to the Petersburg branch unless its a life and death crisis.Remember: In the end, your family is precious. Dont trust their care to people who dont care about your family.
Very nice peoples brighten your day with their smile and greet. Make you feel like family.
Very nice staff.
Awesome
