It is unbelievable how much time Ive wasted to see my doctor because of double booking. It is as if they have no respect for their patients time. I expect to spend over an hour waiting every time I go. Also, the front desk staff are very lazy, rarely answer phone calls, and act like they dont even like their jobs. They dont do the research before they tell you that you have an outstanding bill unless you question it and get them to really look it up, only for them to tell you that you actually owe nothing. No apology for the mistake or anything. This has happened on numerous occasions for me.

The woman that work the front desk are the most disrespectful and lazy group of people i have meet. People go in there and call them when they actually need someone to talk to or some help and they treat them with disrespect. 3 different family’s can be in line and the guy with a suit gets treated the best and with manners. Screw this place

Awful, can never get prescriptions in a timely manner. So expect to run out and wait a week without medication you actually need. Definitely would not recommend . Will be switching doctors.!

Mr Charles Hodges is a WONDERFUL child therapist, highly recommend him for your kiddos:)

The wait time is excruciating I will admit. But otherwise great service and wonderful doctors and front desk staff. I recommend this place 100%

This is the worst place ever. I always have to wait 40 min after my appt time to see the doctor. The ladies at the front desk are the most unprofessional Ive ever seen. Why is this place still open.

The longest wait times I’ve ever had in my life. I thought ER wait times were bad. I came 10 minutes early for my appointment and still waited over 2 hours!! Some of the staff is friendly but some of the staff could act like they aren’t being forced to do their job. They could be nicer. Plus you have to make your next appointment when you are here because they don’t know how to answer phones.

You can never get through when you call the office, it don’t matter how early you get there for your appointment you still have about a 45 min to an hour wait. I understand they have multiple providers but maybe they need to hire more staff to accommodate the flow of patients and providers. Other than that, I’ve never had any issues with the staff or doctor 😊

Wouldve gave a 5 star if I wasnt left waiting a long time some days do to double booking. Charles and Dr Aydin are both great though. I do have to agree with some of the comments on the staff not answering the phone all the time 😅Update 2021 (3 yrs later)Am now lowering the stars as I had enough of waiting an hour or more each time and also getting my time shortened by my therapist there and it looked like my therapist didnt care anymore. At that point, I drew the line there and am now happier at another place 🙂 The only good thing is that they do pick up the phone a little more.

The Women that are in the front need training. Compassion for your clients. The urge to want to help. And They are so numb towards the clients they come off as rude. Remember what type of office this is. You argue me down becsuse I was giving you the wrong name of my Dr. After the 2nd time. You should have said. Maam let me help you. And look up your info. Instead. I had to ask. For help. After I hung up on you because you was trying to be right. Remembers what type of office this is and why people come.

Never go hear! Quacks that only want to dooe you up and collect there pay.

Ive been coming here for years and nothing ever changes. Ive been here for almost 2 hours. They are never on time with scheduled appointments. Not once have I seen my doctor step out of his office for any other patients. I have now missed a important doctors visit to be checked for a medical condition. Im only here to pick up prescriptions. Why a TWO HOUR WAIT???????

I am a disabled veteran and went with Virginia South because they called me back first. So I was optimistic and want to like it due to location convenience. Unfortunately it does not meet my expectations. I wanted to see a psychiatrist and was set up with a social worker. So then ended up seeing a Dr. Then finally get an appointment with a therapist. Then get a call its canceled.I am so pissed. I need to see someone bi weekly and havent seen anyone in months. My wife is worried and so am I. The hotline helps, but I need to see someone.I hate feeling helpless.

Staff is rude, especially the ones that work the phones. The doctors are nice and so are the intake nurses. Appointment times are routinely overbooked resulting in wait times in excess of 30-45 mins or longer. Did I mention the front desk staff is rude? EVERY SINGLE TIME!

Very very slow. Trust me you will wait over an hour. You get called in the back and only back there for 5mins and then they rushing you along. They need to know how to schedule people.

Had to reschedule my daughter due to family reasons A lady called me on the telephone and told me that the time that we had picked and day did not work for her schedule and she would not work with our schedule because we had to reschedule this appointment we have never been to this location before so its not like it was a ongoing thing will not recommend them did not realize how poor of overview they had already had and star ratings thank you

Slow af. Staff is rude. Every time I see my doctor he is always 2-3 hours late. Not worth the wait. Doctor spends maybe 5 mins and then pushes you out the door. The only reason i continue to go is the therapist I see is great.

The people arent that nice in the office anymore and it seems you have to wait all day to see your doctor. Then that do what they want instead of what is best for you

The front desk is absolutely horrible. Rude, curt, and short. Impossible to get phone calls through because they never answer. Expect attitude and no formal greeting as you enter into this facility.I called them because they were saying I have a copay, which I dont and thoroughly explained I dont. They persisted in attitude and were completely nonhelpful. I work in healthcare and I understand its stressful but they could give a rats ass. They (front desk) dont even attempt to treat you like youre a human being.Clearly its because crazy people are patients therefore we are not human (sarcasm).Everytime I go in I DREAD interacting with front desk. I look forward to my psychologist. The only reason I stay... for now until front desk really screws up. Dr. Hong is amazing. But front desk is AWFUL.

Staff could be a little nicer and the wait time can be hours long. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Long waiting, pretty sure they double book patients at our expense. I guess our time isnt as valuable as a doctors time.

Getting in touch with your Dr is an unbelievable hassle! Receptionists sit at desk but take no calls, guess they’re playing solitaire! Having an issue with contradictory prescriptions and pharmacist and I have been struggling to contact Dr! With all the people working there one would think someone could answer the phone or at least return a call. Especially one pertaining to prescribed medications! Totally disgusted!

Horrible customer service. Called yo try and get service for my children and was met with the nastiest representative I ever encountered. U decided to take my business elsewhere!!!

Very unprofessional and rude. My first and last encounter was with them today. Thank God for allowing me to preview them before actually scheduling an appointment, nope Ill stick to driving my family to the 757 for their medical needs.

Tried calling them for a couple months now, they just dont answer phones ever. You have to drive up there just to make an appointment, every time.

Receptionists are rude and never answer the phone, however the doctor I see there is stupendous and takes time to listen to me.
