I was being charged for insurance with two companies because my previous insurance policy was never canceled by the broker that helped me. I called many times and spoke to different people, waited many months and all they can say is they will call the insurance company to let them know what happened and they should refund me. Its clearly Fiesta’s fault and they should have refunded me right away, (we pay way to much in insurance to have to give away more than $200, just for others mistakes) This was a human mistake, but the company should be liable. Now i feel like they stole from me

Fiesta is legit ...I used them before .All the reps are bilingual so everyone can get fairly served ..kudos to the guy/girl who puts on the crow suit in 100 degree weather ...I hope they pay you well.

This place is awful they rip you off bad. I went to the Moreno Valley office Natalie lied to me gave me an insurance that sucked and charged me to much and she did not fix the issue.Luckily Lucy helped me in the city of Perris and helped get an insurance that had what I wanted took her time other than the lady in Moreno Valley I mean who does that. Stay away from this place.

Yesterday around 2 I went to get a quote for my car and ended up leaving The building with insurance because Dinora has amazing customer service!

Don’t go to this place to do your tax return. Angelita did my tax return and she did a horrible job messed everything up five months later and i still havent received my IRS my money. She is very unprofessional and when i tried to go back for them to fix it they gave me the run around and didnt help me at all. Please save yourself from a very poor experience. At least dont it with Angelita

They charge to much money for a downpayment and if u wanna use ur card they charge 5$ like what!!! also if they cancel the insurance on u they still charge even if they are the ones that cancelled it!!!! wont be back here its for sure a waste of my time and money!
