This place is way overpriced especially when the tables covers are dirty.. definitely not worth the money the owners don’t know anything!especially how to run a business. So disappointed with my experience

I would give this place no stars if I could!! The lady, owner was a straight ***..Way overpriced for a quarter of the work they do..they didnt even set the tables..So 600$ for me to set up my own tables and clothes?! And didnt even want to accommodate for not setting up nothing, after calling me saying theyre there and permission was given to go inside, will be there in less than 10 minutes literally!! How are you going to have time to throw your tables and decorations inside my property and leave? But didnt set up even if the party didnt start at 5!! But yes. Throw your stuff inside the property so it wont get stolen! If the issue was no one being home and you didnt want to enter the property, then you shouldve leftt your stuff in the front yard, correct, or taken it with you? But like I said, you were paid and didnt want no one stealing your stuff, you still entered, and left!! I would not recommend this place at all!!

Do not go here. We rented tables and chairs with table/seat covers they are waaaaayyyyy overpriced. When they delivered to us before the party the tables, chairs and table covers were filthy dirty. It looked like they didnt even bother to wash or clean them there was even one table cover that looked like it had blood stains. The owners are very unprofessional and dont care about their customers they just want a paycheck. They have low standards when it comes down to doing their work. Worst party business ever!!

If your thinking about renting kikis party stuff and decorations save your money and go else where they charged my family a deposit of 560 they didnt even set up when in their contract it says they have to set up... my family was setting up an hour before the party we were sweaty and the party didnt even start.. we called that day noone answered so the next day we asked if we can atleast get back 150 for them not setting up they got super offended and automatically said they were losing money.... they said we werent home when they dropped off the tables so they didnt set up. When my cousin was in the house the whole time.. they said they didnt want to set up because they didnt want to enter our property without us there when they did anyways to drop off the tables and chairs in the backyard where the party was at so how does that make sense?? I never did reviews before this but I just had to share my awful experience with you guys.

This place is ridiculous! They said we can pick up our tables and chairs at 9, we showed up no one was present but the sign on the door said 10 so why wouldnt they inform us they open at 10?. We called, they said if we can come back at 11, they were busy delivering. At 11 we showed up and suprise suprise still no one!! Called again they proceeded to say if we can come back at 12. Im sorry this is bad customer service. Thank goodness down the street AZ party Decor was open we were able to walk in and get the tables and chairs within 5 minutes.
