I had a fantastic experience at Verizon! Evan was my salesman and after a lot of pain and heartache at other phone stores he was respectful and listened to my problem and provided multiple solutions to my issue, he was honest and upfront about everything and I could tell he was doing what was best for me! Evan will always be my go to rep no question!

I am so glad I put this Verizon on my Saturday to do. Your employee Evan opened the door for & greeted me! He was knowledgeable & very patient with me. I will b coming back instead of calling 611 definitely.

I was in and out in 5 minutes with my phone problem fixed and I also obtained a few new shortcut tips from the very friendly customer rep who helped me. He also gave me a phone # for the store for future use.

My experience today at Verizon was extraordinary. They couldn’t have been nicer. Drove an hour to come see this store. I want to thank your company for remaining open for people like me. Ed and Dylan were outstanding and went above and beyond for me. I bought a tablet and they made sure we were on the best plan, helped me setup Disney+, and scheduled a follow up call for next Wednesday to make sure everything is perfect!

Michael, Dylan, Matthew, and Jeremiah all went above and beyond for our family. We purchased 4 new phones and had issues with a stolen phone and these guys worked with us for 2 hours trying to get everything set up and help us with the stolen phone. Truly a team effort by all of them. Super friendly and so knowledgeable...truly is home wizardry😊

Had the best phone buying experience today. Normally you get that car salesman type attitude with phone stores. Pushy reps who cant just let you buy a phone you want. But today was not this. Brandon helped me through all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate the time that he took to help me and to understand my needs. This store is by far the best i have been to. Went into Verizon on Sterling late on a Saturday. I’m sure the sales staff were starting to watch the clock as closing time approached but you’d never have known if they were. I’ve been to 4 other Verizon stores in the past 10 years for all my phone needs as well as those of my husband and our 4 sons. I have always had “adequate” service but the service I received here was exceptional. Brandy was outstanding. She and two other sales people, Brian and Brandon, went above and beyond to meet all our needs. I highly recommend you go here for all your cellular needs! I won’t go anyplace else from now on. Thank you so much Brandy! You were wonderful and both you and Brian made this such an enjoyable experience by being so helpful and making it fun! Ed is very professional and easy to talk to, it’s obvious he has been doing it for some time, and he helped get the bill lower which is great. He provided a top notch level of service that many would shy away from when presented with the obstacles that he endured in the process of switching us to Verizon. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and helped me understand what all my options were. I am 100% happy with my decision to change to Verizon and have Mr. Tegg help me with the process. Brandon Bowen was the best Verizon employee I have encountered. He assisted me with selecting a new phone and made sure my photos and other info did transfer to the new one. He was much more attentive than our last Verizon situation where I lost all my photos. Kudos to a great employee. Give him a raise! I will recommend him to my friends.

I needed a new phone so I made an appointment with Eric. He has helped my husband and I several times. It is important to have someone you can trust to give you the information so you can make informed decisions.Eric did just that. He made it a pleasant experience without the pressure or feeling like I was just a sale. He took the time to explain the differences in the phones so I could make a decision. I never felt rushed and I certainly appreciated his patience! I would recommend this store and especially Eric! My husband and I will come back when its time for our next upgrade!

I came to the store on Sterling today. Ed tomaszewski waited on me, it was an awesome experience. I transferred from a very old iPhone to this wonderful new LG! I think this one might actually do the dishes and flush the toilet. Im 66 so I dont like to be rushed, and Ed took his time showing me how to work this phone and transferring all my information. This has been a wonderful experience, everybody in the store works together and they smile a lot. I couldnt ask for a better experience! Please come in and check them out!

Mike Tegg was very pleasant to talk with .explained plans, devices etc. As a senior customer he did a lot of explaining and had a lot of patience .

Wasnt to happy about how my requests was handled. Wasnt able to keep my existing numbers because of a promotion of phones. The promotion should be on phones and not a particular phone number.

Originally we started at the East Peoria and talked to Geoff who was worthless. He had zero knowledge and we let them know were leaving and going to Peoria. This was our best move today. Loved Travis and Sean. They were so knowledgeable and helpful.

My husband and I entered this Verizon on 10/28/2019 around 4pm. inquiring information regarding myself joining my husbands plan. We were also seeking help with switching my husbands old plan to a newer plan. Instead, we were greeted with a less-than enthusiastic employee--without a nametag-- to which he provided us with no resources to either of our needs. The employee continued his bothered attitude toward us in which we promptly left without any proper insight. My husband and I refuse in returning to this Verizon due to the employee failing to assist us entirely.

These guys not only lied to me about my service but it also took over a week to order a smartwatch which I had to eventually had to go to the Verizon store to purchase. The regional manager even called to tell me he would send a discount check (which I never received) to compensate for my time and their screw up if I kept my original phone instead of returning it for the one I wanted. Save your time and money and go elsewhere to the Verizon store where you will not get lied to. This store gives Verizon a terrible name, I will never shop there again and will likely change cell phone service because of. One star on this rating is one star too many.

This Verizon store was awesome! First I spoke with Lynne who was very helpful and kind and patient, she gave me her card and told me I could contact her the next day if I needed. Later I came and was helped by Cameron who was just as awesome! He stayed passed close to help me upgrade my phone and transfer all my contacts! Super satisfied and will be returning!
