I am beyond satisfied with i3 Broadband so far. The technician showed up during the time frame scheduled, and was very professional. My dog was being so annoying and the technician still did his work with precision and also did his best to make me feel better about the situation. The installation was quick and we were up and running with no issues whatsoever. Our internet connection has never been better!
Not only did my yard get destroyed last week, but they cut my Comcast line too. 4 days with no protection for my house while I was out of town. Another trench coming to fix what I3 broke.I didn’t ask for this option at my house. No notification was given before work either. Not cool.Thank you to Comcast for repairing what I3 destroyed!Maybe this is part of the I3 competition plan to cost Comcast tons of money fixing cables I3 cut??
Simply the best Internet company Ive ever dealt with.
Id ride with the local player above the alternative any chance I get. It just so happens we have an outstanding provider with fantastic customer service in our area. Happy and, more importantly, proud to be a customer.
The lady was very nice on the phone and helpful
Great service provider
I dont think they are a broadband company at all. On a 500 Mbps connection they cant provide 50 Mbps over WiFi. Technicians who did the install, immediately left by saying It improves with time. Support every single time is lethargic which I can understand as it always takes 30 minutes to get to them. They are probably over worked to their bones for similar complaints and always end the call with in 2 minutes by saying that Everything looks fine, we cant do anything. I changed two routers (top of the line Netgear Night hawk and LinkSys Triband), played with every setting, scenario possible, talked with LinkSys and Netgear support for hours trying to fix the problem but nothing. The biggest issue with i3 is lag, internet is snailed paced even if it you use a wire. Most speed test rate their 500 Mbps connection as slow with 40-50 Mbps connectivity in real. After 2005 I have seen 2-5 Mbps on speed tests. Switched to Xfinity which is a 400 Mbps connection and provides 200 Mbps over WiFi in most areas of the house. They may not be best at many things, but at least give reasonable speed, pick your call, talk and try to fix problems and work with you.
Amazing
