What once was great is now a middle of the road barber shop as they have grown in popularity. Been going here since they opened and were the best kept secret of the plaza.Don’t count on ANY walk in service and make a appointment online. Sadly the best barbers like Eugene are typically booked about a week out. Most of the other barbers have come and gone but a few have stayed and their work is amazing when you can finally get in.The fades, line cut ins, beard cuts, and general hair cuts have been wonderful all but once for me personally. That time I was taken in the middle of a family getting cuts due to me having an appointment. So my cut in turn was rushed and disappointing.Today I walked in due to previous appointment issues and was told they would be right with me. As I sat down a father walked in to get his kids hair cut under a walk in. That’s when they told us both they were all booked up for the day by a barber in standby. He was waiting for his appointment who was late. We were told to make an appointment online and there are ones tomorrow (during the work day hours :/ ). So much for “I will be right with you” lolSadly the idle barber sat idle for another twenty minutes. As I took a picture of him sitting down he and two other guys followed me out the the parking lot to take pictures of me and my license plate. Talked about quality customer service via intimidation. Don’t trust just the happy review. Today they lost a customer that’s been coming here form the beginning via lies and intimidation.Now it seems unless I want to wait a week for Eugene I can’t get in. Then it’s a risk I will bump someone else due to having the appointment and the cut will be just alright. Sad to see both the customer service and availability drop now that they are popular.

Came in yesterday because this shop was recommended to me from a friend that’s been going there for awhile, even though I had a appointment, it still took 30 min for me to get in the chair, so Im just wondering what was the reason for the appointment, it was extremely frustrating, as it pushed me back in my schedule with my clients for work, which took money out of my own pocket. Unfortunately the haircut was subpar & way overpriced it was $40 for a haircut! & that wasn’t even including a tip, which I didn’t leave. I expressed my frustration with my friend, & ultimately I won’t come back as well as my friend because he had a couple of similar situations as well. For the mediocre haircuts & appointment availability you are providing to your customers you need to drop your prices & monitor your appointments better, for your future business & current customers. The proof is in all of the reviews check out the most recent one before mine.

Bro I’ve been coming here since they opened the best haircuts on this side of town good quality haircut all the time the owner knows what he’s doing that’s why I always keep coming back I would recommend anybody and everybody to this shop

Loved the barbershop cut was perfectly, but when they charge you 5$ for an appointment, I was a little confused. They turned away every walkin that came in. I have two boys so I was charged 10$ more than I was expecting. Unfortunately we wont be back.

I Came in dude had one kid cut and hes on his phone. I came in more then hour before they were closing and he said he had one opponent and couldnt get me in not sure how they make any money. Good luck

I went to four other barbers before I found this place 6 months ago. Ive been going ever since. This shop has actual barbers with a high skill level. Straight razors for fades, high end equipment, and fantastic customer service and attention to detail. The owner expects quality from his employees, and it shows. They seem to switch between different hair styles and types effortlessly, and they care about their customers.Best barber in the area.

I was looking for a barber shop as I was getting married during COVID and found this place. Every since then I have been going and every time i found This place to be very professional, comfortable environment and everyone their takes their time to ensure you leave satisfied and looking good. Eugene has cut my hair every time before he cut my hair I looked like I was auditioning to be on duck dynasty or homeless by the time he was done I looked more civilized.

Strongly don’t recommend this shop. Only two people available. One guy thinks he’s too good for walk ins and leaves them for the other person. Who in turn rushes your haircut. It seemed pretty slow there so not sure why she rushes. But it’s not worth the $30+ that they charge here. Won’t be coming back. Maybe due to close convenience if they lower their prices to what their cuts are really worth I’ll be back.

His work is always extraordinary, his other barbers in the shop are very very good as well . I’ve seen there work and it’s definitely nothing less then amazing ! Ive been to a lot of barbershops from New York to Chicago to Arizona and I have to say that True Blends is top notch! Eugene (The Owner) provides great customer service and he makes sure his other barbers provide that same great service. He honestly makes you feel like family when youre in his shop and I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a great haircut. They do take walk-ins here but I strongly recommend booking an appointment on their website. Its really easy and that way you can guarantee youre getting a fresh cut on the day and at the time that you want it. These guys take their time to make sure they listen to what you want and give you the best cut possible. I have yet to be disappointed and plan on being a repeat customer for a long time.

I was looking for something close to home and found true blends barber shop. From the minute you walk in the door you notice it is a very clean professional environment and very friendly. The service was excellent and Joe was my barber did an excellent job. I watched the owner Eugene with his talent of not just his baber skills but also how professional and how he interacted with everyone, felt so comfortable and had a great haircut i will be back.
