My son came home with the worst haircut. Uneven in the front. His left side burn was at least 1/4 shorter than the right. His stylest was in a hurry and told anyone that would listen that she would leave when the waitlust got down to one page. I called and no apology at all. They just said he can come back in a week to even it out if we want. Disappointing 😞

Ive been going to sport clips for 12 years. Like any other business, some employees are better at their jobs than others. Most of the stylists are good at their job and once you find one that you like you can just keep going back to them.

All three ladies that helped my two boys and I out were awesome! They were friendly and seemed to connect with all of us. My oldest has a bit of dry scalp and the stylist was able to help him out with how to address it. All three of us did the VIP treatment. I also purchased the product, Glop & Glam for my kids.

I found this Sport Clips in the worst condition possible. Id been going to the same girl/salon for about 8 years. I call to schedule an appointment and I am told she no longer works at the salon.I wear a softer, feminine flat-top-ish style. Not a difficult cut, but a little different. I generally cut my hair every 3-4 weeks. I was at the 5 week mark due to family issues and life getting in the way. Not to mention, I have a wedding that I am in, in 2 weeks and needed to get my hair cut prior. Needless to say, I was desperate. I have been to salons and barber shops where they have screwed the cut up so bad that I ended up having my husband just shave my head with a # 2 blade all over. Thankfully my hair grows fairly fast. However, with the wedding coming up, I couldnt afford this to happen.All that being said. Id seen Sport Clips stores all over the valley and knew they were geared towards men only. After researching on their website, I found they can cut womens hair as well. Since I wear a male-ish cut, I decided to give it a shot. The heavens must have opened because Sara P. was the one to greet me. I explained my dilemma and she put me immediately at ease. She asked me dozens of questions before she even took razor/scissor to my head. Let me tell you, she did an amazing job! I could not be happier with my cut. I will definitely go back to her. She was precise, careful but efficient. I told her my story and she assures me that she pretty much lives at the store so no chance of losing her any time soon. Thank you Sara, you have a client for life.

I just went in for a plain old haircut. I am 74 and am not interested in foo foo treatment. To their credit all they asked me was how I liked my hair cut and if I wanted a shampoo. I declined the shampoo and told the barber how I liked it cut. 15 minutes later I was out of there with what I wanted. It wasnt the best haircut I ever had but it wasnt the worst just middle of the road. The barber was ok, not great, not fun, just ok. I paid 18 bucks and the 7 dollar tip made it 25, about twice as much as I am used to paying. I am not sure if I will go back or perhaps Ill keep looking.

These gals know how to cut hair. Mine is thin, balding and grows out the side like Doc Brown from Back to the Future. But, they get it done and it looks good.

The stylist we had was fabulous with my son who tried to cut his own hair. She never once brought it up and did a wonderful Job repairing the cut and making it look perfect.

My stylist -- Marissa -- is amazing! My hair has always been difficult to cut, and Marissa always gets it just right. Marissa is polite, respectful, professional and friendly. She always provides Excellent Customer Service, which is why I visit her store every two weeks for my haircut, beard trim and Triple Play, and have followed her to every store she has moved to -- four stores now! Also, I would like to tell you that the Store Manager -- Melissa -- is terrific! Melissa always greets me and makes me feel welcome. Melissa makes me feel like a valued customer -- she runs a good store!

I checked in to the app at 3:45 and it told me to go in in 8 min and I would still have a 15 min wait when I arrived well I arrived there 15 min after . I got a text wich caught me by surprise because the app told me to arrive at 4:15 and so I got there at 4:08 and the board on their wall said I had 19 min wait so what’s the app for ??? The lady in the first chair on the right Melissa I believe was quite sarcastic telling me yea the app tell you when to come in but you may need to wait when you get here I said yes but on the app it said 15 min when I checked in and that was 25-30 min ago and now I’m at 19 min? and Melissa says yes you Will some time have to wait 8 min maybe 15 sometimes even 19 min (cause that’s what the board said my wait was at that moment ) as she snickered and walked away this lady should be more welcoming her attitude was aggressive like she has to explain this too much... sorry not sorry you have a app for a reason and my stylist Jeneane did a great job took her time and thank you

They made me feel unwelcomed and hurt my feelings.

Terrible waste of time using there reservation system. Both times I went here they were terribly late and they didn’t care if I couldn’t wait an extra hour past the promised time. Will never go here again!

Well..... I have come here to this location I think maybe 4 times and each time I have had to come back for a redo. I always use them as a last resort (you think I would learn). Dont get me wrong the staff are very friendly but their consultations and hair cutting are not good. This last time I went and showed a picture and it was a low fade with a mullet in the back. I left with my sides chopping and uneven. To top it off they had just re-opened after the stay at home order and asked My stylist asked me to take my mask off while they cut my hair. I work at a salon and we take our staff and clients health seriously.There was no visible hand sanitizer . Other people in salon without masks. I hope I or no one else gets the virus from that place

We normally go here and its pretty good. However we couldnt check in online through the app or via pc due to getting an error and not being able to get around it. So I called for help and the girl I spoke to was Sara she sounded impatient and when I asked her if we could do it over the phone she gave a big sigh and gave me attitude about it and said we can do it this one time. It took literally a second for her to put his number in and see his name. Checked in. Not hard. I was frustrated after that and told my fiance about it and he decided he didnt want to go if they were going to be rude about it. So i called back and told the manager about it she told me the app is having issues and if we had brought it in then we could have worked around it. That still dosent explain why it wouldnt work on the pc though. I canceled the check in and I got a sorry out of her she didnt seem to care much. We wont be going here anymore.

I checked in online to have Marissa because she was rated well. Something went wrong and I ended up with Eunice. She seemed great based on 1st impression so I didn’t say anything. Best mistake ever! Eunice was fantastic cut my hair exactly how I asked, and did a phenomenal job. I will only be going to her from now on!

When I go I get the MVP and it is quite the treat to have your hair washed and a massage once every couple of months. The haircuts are very good; at times I felt the stylist didnt understand what I was wanting, but still ended up good. I have been going for over a year and am still happy with the place and workers.

This was my 1st visit to a Sport Clips. I recently moved to the Vistancia area of Peoria and I was searching for place to get a hair cut. Whitney did an outstanding job and cut my hair exactly how I wanted it done. Well done!

Been in AZ for 2 years now and after a long search for good stylists I found the best one here. Her name is Marissa, she knows exactly what you want and is very professional. She is up to date with the trendiest styles. She also gives the best MVPs.

After 2 1/2 of growing my hair it was time. I got the full treatment and it was great. The friendly service and the perfect haircut, the scalp message and shampoo but the hot towel was the most surprising.

I loved my experience with the service. I have been going exclusively to Sport Clips for the past 10 years or so and this franchise is my favorite I have been to. My stylist Shai is the best I have ever had before. I am thoroughly impressed and pleased with her service. She is the first stylist I have ever asked for a second time as well as the first I have ever filled out a survey for. Overall I would give her a 12/10. Thank you for providing a good service and thank you more for having Shai as a member of your team.

The hot towel and hair wash after the haircut is my favorite. Making a reservation with my favorite stylist is a bonus. Great service. How about a nice straight razor shave as an added option that would make it complete.

My second favorite place to get haircut ...first choice is my daughter in law! They keep records of how they cut your hair..which is good if your usual stylist isnt in. They do show sports on their tvs...thats not a big deal. But they always have good stylists. Never had a bad experience there.

I scheduled an appointment online and was told to arrive by 325I arrived at 3:10 and there was another appointment for the same haircutter waiting. I asked about this and was told the other person probably wasn’t there.In fact the other person was there and they proceeded at 3:30 so I would have had to wait another 30 minutesI told them if I would’ve been informed it might not be until 4 o’clock I would not have come todayThey should not have a scheduling system if it doesn’t function properly

All of the hair cutters do an excellent job.

People are friendly and nice but the haircut is always bad. Always ends up looking choppy and uneven, no matter how many times you tell them to fix a spot. I ALWAYS have to go home and fix it myself. There arent really any other options in the area so now I just cut my own hair and save 25 bucks.

Always go to this local not just because its the closest but my favs work there and then they move up to run their own store. That shows that the owners know how to hire great employees and bring back loyal customers.

There are many places to go for a hair cut, some less expensive, however I like having my hair washed with a scalp massage after so the cut pieces dont end up all over my clothes. I like the hot face towel.

I told the lady I wanted half a inch to a inch off but she decided that that’s not what she wanted so she did it her own way without telling me and now I look like I could be in dumb dumber! I am extremely disappointed with it. In the back she took off about four inches and leveled it. In conclusion I will not be coming to here ever again.

She cut my hair dry and it turned out very uneven have to go some where else to fix, because when I called to say something they acted like it was no big deal.too bad for me I guess.
