I was in to get my hair cut last week and Sophia did a great job as always. I asked her if she would trim my daughters split ends. She did tell me she doesn’t do women’s hair but I asked nicely I’m a single dad and hate taking my 10 year old daughter to salons :)Sophia agreed I brought my daughter the next day SHE did a great job my daughter was excited. Great shop and customer service all the barbers are really professional and the shop is always clean

Wanted to share my experience with Bossman barber shop.Sophia cut my hair and goat tee line up. She always has good input on what works for me it makes it nice to have a regular barber that knows your likes and dislikes. Hanna cuts and colors my hair. I always get compliments on the cut and color. I am 58 yet she makes my hair trendy yet age appropriate! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist. On top of this, shop is very clean and well kept.

The girl that cut my husbands hair rushed him and didnt listen to him. She cut 3 inches of his hair off and he just wanted a trim. She said she remembered him when hes never been there. This is no barber and not worth the time or money I wouldnt recommend it. Idk what was wrong with the girl but she would not do what he asked and did something completely different. Now hes upset with his haircut. Thanks guys.

Gotta get hooked up by Barber Juan, I didnt have anything on mind of what I wanted to get. I told him that it was actually my first haircut in a long while, that I was looking for something clean and appealing. He did just that and my wife was sure loving it. Well I did talk but was mostly a nice conversation between me and the stylist.Alberto I believe his name is, he was fantastic. I just have never been so happy about a haircut especially first in a the place, it’s amazing. If I keep writing I might write a page. Go try them out and say hi to Alberto for me.

I have been going to Bossman for about 2 years and have always had good haircuts and service. Today I got a cut from Somar, he asked what I wanted and made suggestions to give me the best cut possible. Somar nailed it! Its one of the best cuts Ive had in a while and will be requesting Somar on my next visit.

Best Place for a Fresh Cut and Shave(straight razor). If you want that old school barber vibe, this is the place to go. The owners are cool and friendly as well as all the barbers. My barber is Rima, cuts my hair perfectly. A+++

Rima Gave me great service my hair was long and not currently how I wear it due to not getting a hair cut in awhile. But Rima was patient and step by step listened and executed my cut like a master. I received great treatment clean full treatment towels massage and straight razor around back of neck and sideburns Highly recommend.

Aaron was my barber and the service was excellent. This was my first straight razor shave and I loved it. The atmosphere was a bit hectic but still managed to relax. The short massage was also fantastic. I will definitely be making another visit/

Everyones really nice, and great at their jobs. For a barbershop, its relatively cheap and youre still getting good haircuts/service. They can be really busy sometimes so dont walk in expecting it to be like a 20 minute cut-and-go.

Back for the 3rd time now, and so far very pleased. All around good experience I had the owner first time and he was awesome! Last 2 times used tony and he is equally good . Good cut, attention to detail and great environment I really like that everything just flows and how natural everyone acts with each other it’s not a generic franchise feel. I’ll def be coming back . Ive had my hair cut here several times now, with different chairs and came away with a great cut each time.This place is usually busy, the wait times are not long because they have a good number of chairs.The barbers are great and I watch how other customers are treated too, we are always treated with care, the right amount of good conversation.Very high level of professionalism. This is a great place for a haircut.

I love taking my son here for a cut. The team is so friendly, quick, and highly professional. They are busy, but worth the wait (and the cuts are quick so the wait isn’t as long as it looks)!

Go see David!! He is a very desirable man to cut your hair and is always busy which is what you want in a barber. It means he does a good job. Dont worry about the wait in the lobby. It goes by fast!! Youd rather go to a place that is full of customers than a place with empty chairs.

I found this place a few days ago and decided to take a chance. There was no wait when I got there so I was able to take a chair immediately. Within a few minutes, every chair was filled and every barber was cutting. “Q” was my barber. He did a great job on my haircut and lining up my thick beard. He’s a great conversationalist and took his time getting it just right.The prices are right and the atmosphere is great. Go check out “Q” or any other barber at Bossman Barbershop.

I come here most of the time I need my haircut and I am always satisfied! I know some reviews complain about not having the perfect experience here but the absolute most important thing is a high quality haircut, which you always get here.... always!!!! I do however like all the people here as well :-) I have been to other shops with super friendly people but can’t do a quality fade. I highly recommend this place and there is a reason it’s always packed!

I have been going to Bossman since it opened and by far its the best place in the Northwest valley. I am in the military and I have to faded haircut every week and have never had any issues with any of the barbers, Martins crew are top notch. I get compliments on my haircut, that now my fellow Marines are now going their.

I have been coming here for my last 6 cuts. I see Juan every time and he is great! I have a beard and not only does he give me a great haircut but he lines my beard up like a pro. I suggest this place to all my friends and I suggest you check it out too. Great atmosphere and great barbers. Depending when you go it can obviously be busy, but its well worth the wait if there is one!

My boys love coming here, they normally see martin and Juan but have had martins wife and a couple of the other barbers and get an equally great cut each time . If you go on a Saturday I suggest getting there extra early there’s normally a line 20 min prior, they do let you come and sign in and hang out inside so that’s nice.

This is the best barbershop that I have been to. I started going when they 1st opened up, but Id still go to my other barbershop when I was not in this area. When Martin bought this shop, he is just an amazing down to earth guy, I always go here for a cut along with my son. I generally love supporting small businesses and when it comes to a haircut, I will not go anywhere else. He is such a perfectionist with his work, his work ethic has rubbed off on his entire staff. I have confidence sitting with anyone and get a very high quality cut. My favorite guys are Martin, David and Juan. Not only does Martin care about his clients, but he genuinely cares about his staff. He has improved his shop since taking over. New chairs and some cosmetic upgrades. Martins primary goals are everyone leaves with a cut theyre very happy with, customer experience while in the shop, and his employees experience. Thats the sense I have spending time there and talking to him. He is a pros pro. Check them out if you havent. Price is very competitive compared to boutique barbershops. A great haircut should be important to anyone. Dont try to save money going to any shop. Come here and get a cut from someone that actually takes pride in their work and not just from someone there for a paycheck.

I’ve have been getting my haircut here for a quite a few months and usually walk in and get someone different every time. No matter who I get it turns out great. But today I want to give a shout out to David who I told to kind of follow some guidelines but have your way with it and it turned out the best I have ever seen. The is by far one of the best barbershops Ive been to. Had to get a haircut every week while I was in the military and now that Im out every time I need a fresh haircut once a month its always the best and they take their time on every cut. One of the barbers named Lena is one of the best and every haircut I get is perfect. Amazing owners and remodel of the shop as well. So glad to have this as my barbershop.

Today I walked out with out getting my haircut. Ive complained about this place before because I usually go for a full shave, or at least a beard trim and line up so it takes some time to do because my beard is very thick. It would help if they allowed you to schedule appointments on Friday/Saturday which are my only available days, but apparently walk ins are more important than being time conscious. Anyways, previously one of ladies had cut my face twice and left me with worse razor burn than I would have had from shaving at home with my old razor, and I recommend never using one of the ladies deal with your facial hair if you choose to go here as this wasnt my first bad experience, however it had prompted me to write a review on another account I no longer use. She continuously shaved over portions she had done two to three times already, on top of shoving the hot towel and some shaving lubricant straight up my nose and while shaving my lip her even her finger wound up in my mouth and scratched my gums with her nails. I ended up having to go back because I had an interview short notice and needed it done the morning of. They apparently read my review and stuck me with an older gentleman who I had shave me one more time since and it went well. The next time, seeing as I only come in every 4-6 months I dont remember his name (and they dont have their barbers listed on the website), she looks at me like an idiot despite that we end up figuring out who it was and that was the last time I had a shave there. Fast forward 6 months later (today), Im back and again she looks at me like an idiot and proceeds to interrupt me instead as I ask her questions saying we dont have an older gentleman. We could have figured it out, but since today the same thing happened again instead of trying to help me figure it out i will never recommend this place despite the rest of the staff being friendly based on its service, you mine as well go to super cuts if you want to be treated like that. If I can log into my other account youl be getting a 1 star there too.

This place is great I used to get my haircut by Prince,But not anymore because he doesnt work there he used too but I dont know what happen..?? Prince is a great guy and he is great at cutting your hair and your Bread too + he can do great designs in your hair I asked him if he could give me a star and he did a amazing job I loved it and everyone at my high school asked me who did that star and I said Prince did...!! Hell take great care of you and he knows what kind of haircuts you want.. When you see him you know what Im saying...!!I wish he still work there and I really want his cell..??so I could call him or text him and ask if he could cut my hair at his place or my place.... There was a bit of a wait sat for about 20 minutes, but I must say it was worth the wait, I have found a new place For me and my little one . Took my son in for his first haircut my wife and I were a little nervous that it was a barbershop we thought one of the kids places would be better for him but it worked out great . The older lady with an accent took care of us she was quick very friendly and was great at distracting a 10 month old. And soon as we sat down she greeted him with a smile kept him entertained handed him a little blue car and a book and he was sold ! and a great cut for not much to work with, she made his hair look more full and nice and neat around Edges. My girlfriend says he cuts my hair better than its ever been cut before but after my senior cut I drove through Sun City and I was swarmed by all these ladies wanting to run their fingers through my hair. This place fell from heaven! As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and seconds later a woman appeared and offered us all water! Our boy was taken before we even had the chance to sit down. Our other eight year old was offered a lollipop and a basket of toys to play with. Everyone in the building were great with the kiddos! My boyfriend butchered our boys hair and Hannah did an excellent job fixing it!

Took my son for his 13th birthday, hes never been to a barber. He was excited to get the hot towel and massage service. The guy who did the haircut was in a hurry, not friendly. Left hair all over my son didnt blow dry it off, did a 10 second massage if you want to even call it that and no hot towel. Not satisfied with our service at all! I feel they gave us bad service because hes just a kid, but we still pay full price . We will not be coming back.

Showed my barber a picture of the hairstyle that I wanted and even asked her if she needed more time to look at it before she started, she said no. Lo and behold I ended up with a haircut that looked nothing like the picture and that was SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the picture. Fade was poorly done as well.
