Today(9/21/21), I decided I would get a haircut as I had dinner reservations and wanted to look nice as it was my fiancé and Is anniversary. Called ahead of time to make sure there was plenty of space and was told to come on in. However, upon arriving I walked in and Said Hello and there was another gentleman ahead of me already in the chair being helped by what looked as the only employee in the place. My presence was never acknowledged so I sat down and figured I would allow time to pass until i was helped. 20 minutes went by, then 30 and eventually almost a full hour. After contemplating walking out, another customer walks in and was immediately acknowledged and asked where Johnny was and jokingly had asked if he quit and was then told to call his personal number. After listening to him on the phone apparently Johnny had other errands to run and wasnt coming in.Overall being my first time in I will not be back and will never recommend this place to anyone:(

Decided to try this place out because it was convenient and open on the holiday. This is literally the only place that I have walked out looking worse than when I walked in. Outside of the fact the barber switched up the length I wanted the top and the sides (the top of my head now being a four...) she didnt line out my beard or make any effort to make me look normal and not homeless. Honestly didnt realize how bad I looked until I got home and my wife asked me if I was going for the homeless meth-head look. Seriously cant believe you guys let me walk out like that and still charged me! Will never go back to this place again, I rather let my 7 year old cut my hair.

Shout out to Johnny and the guys at Fletchers. Awesome place to get a cut. Preston has done an awesome job on my high fade.

They did not trim around the ears or use a hot towel. Had to ask for a mirror to look at my hair when finished. Used hairspray when doing a flat top.The worst was being called a pato under the barbers breath when leaving..

Took my son in for his first post-covid haircut and they did an amazing job!

I live near Westgate area & drive about 10 or 15 min to this location to get my haircut from Edgar. I have bee doing business with this gentleman for about a year & a half now. He always provides me with superb service & very detailed haircuts. Takes his time & never makes you feel rushed. Highly recommend this location. Ask for Edgar & let him know i recommended you to him. He will take very good care of you!

Johnny is a true perfectionist and an amazing barber. I have been going to Johnny for about 4 years now. So glad he is the owner of Fletchers Barber shop.....Johnny takes the time to listen to how you want your haircut and always does a fantastic job. Any guys looking for a good barber should definitely give Fletchers a try....you wont be disappointed.

Never again. After waiting, and appreciating the attention to detail one of the barbers was performing, I had a second barber stroll in, looking half a sleep only to rush through the hair cut like he had somewhere else to be, then during the haircut he make a personal call and proceeds to yell at the person hes talking to...what a joke!

Johnny is the man. He is a surgeon with the clippers. Check him out and get fixed up.

Haircuts are fine but they play favorites to longtime customers. don’t be surprised if you get bumped by somebody that has an “appointment” funny thing is they don’t take appointments every time I’ve called. Just lost a 30% tipper. peace out Fletcher‘s barbershop!
