3 times I have been to this service department and ALL 3 I have been treated like trash. Service advisors never acknowledged you, I always have to fight for a loaner (even when performing a recall or a TSB) overall they are rude and dont really care to provide you with good customer experience, after all; youve already bought a car from them...
