****DO NOT USE THEM**** Tried to obtain a copy of my tax return that they NEVER gave me and they conveniently “switched” software and have no way of accessing HOWEVER a friend of mine went to them and her information from last year was still in the system when she filed with them! Smh Poor customer service and high fees!

I was so excited to get my taxes done here. When I went I filled out the sheet they give you that asks a bunch of questions, I was honest on the form. A few weeks passed and I discovered there were tax forms that they should have asked me for that I did not know about. So I filed an amended tax return with them. They mailed the amended tax return 2 weeks after I did it with them. Then it took another 2 weeks for them to provide me with the tracking number. Now ALMOST 5 weeks from being delivered the IRS says they still dont have it. Now, with COVID-19 this doesnt surprise me.Now with the stimulus check, I chose to get the prepaid card they offer you so I could get the small advance. As it stands now the IRS has placed all the money for Metabank in the wrong account. While this us not Reliances fault, its frustrating and unacceptable that all the lines are going to voicemail and that the mailbox is full.The customer service could be so much better. Go to Jackson Hewitt, or almost anywhere else.

Not professional at all! Never provided a copy of return as requested and was rude when I called back after never receiving it. Refused to provide a copy! Never again’
