Well let me just start off by saying, Ive been audited before and it was because my employer didnt take out any taxes i ended up owing well over $29k in taxes to the irs which took me about 15 pain staking years to pay back. So this year the tax reps at this location told me about the worry free gurantee insurance that i would get remimbursed up to 5000 if something like that happend to me again and then i recalled that nightmare now i get the Worry free Guarantee From you guys now . Long story long thats the reason i go to Jackson Hewitt now.. Truthfully (i wasnt going to file with you guys because of your fees being far to high for my simple returns which i Still dont understand why some of my smaller returns still get charged over half of the federal refund) but i digress.. anyways I met with the warm welcoming staff at This Brent Location thank you Cristina for starting my return but it wasnt until i got the chance to work with one of the other tax Reps, I believe his name was Saul or Sal or Sal?l, it was something different that you dont normally hear every day. The nice young lady Shontedra was so kind well, she couldnt helped me but reassured me that between the two of them id be properly taken care of! Now mr Saul finished and submitted my final return some weeks ago and he was able to help me out with managing my fees which im extremely grateful Im retired Vet and on a fixed income so i need every little bit i can get..like most of us Americans now a days..., i guess i missunderstood the way the card worked or how the way he explained it was going to work.And so when i was trying to withdraw my money after the IRS finally decided to give me my refund. I started to have major problems with using the atm or find one that would work.. with American xpress cards in geneeral. and on top of that MY Serve card wasnt working and the customer service just kept sending me in circles and wouldnt give me the help that i needed! needless to say i Was starting to get angry. What happened to just mailing me a check? maybe im just too Old School..So I went back to jackson hewitt today asked Mr. Saul to help me out to sort this mess. Do you know that Mr Saul didnt give up after being hung up transferred to every which department with some less than friendly over seas customer service agents and this went on for well over 45+ min! Mr Saul just smiled and reassured us that he could get it done. and By God that is exactly what he did! it took about 1 hr and 45 min.. but he helped me Send all my money and transfer it to myself VIA the american express website with the money transfer service by RIA, and now i have my medicine that i need to survive (even a little longer than id like to have waited ) but im extremely satisfied with the outcome, and the level of professionalism and how he kept cool after all the running around they had him doing as well as i can stop stressing about this past due bill and my medicine i need to Live. Thank YOU GOD! & TO THE TAX REPS AT THIS BRENT LOCATION ! Be on the look out for some tasty BBQ we was tellin you about while we where there!
