Incredibly overpriced when basic tax filing is free. You would think they would at least be nice when they charge so much but the guy I dealt with was super rude.

Gene Sanders was awesome. I was so stressed about having to pay money to the IRS which did not happen once Gene completed my tax return for me.

Ive always gotten excellent service. Every individual preparer has been knowledgeable and courteous and seems to truly enjoy the people they help with taxes.

Had them do refund they over charge you for doing your refund for 2wks now they havent correct their mistake still havent file for it yet for all this headache their charging me $563 for what agent correcting and going back refining, and print out so many paper save your time dont go here cause they dont now what there doing and they will rob you for extra charges Im still fighting them to give my w2 form back 😤😤😤
