This company rocks! They really made our honeymoon both luxurious and wonderful! Felicia and Nicole, as well as all the associates were so friendly, helpful, and gave us an amazing upgrade, for just a little bit more. I wanted to give a shout out to an amazing women CHRISTINA She did so well with our large crazy family. She had a small line and ensured everyone she would take care of them. Kinda, professional and quick. I truly enjoyed beginning to end and will rent again since we have family here.

I am so disappointed with my experience with Executive. I rented a car there in April 2021. The rate was incredibly high, but all of the other car rental services were out of cars. I initially reserved the car for a week, however I was traveling for business and finished up a few days early. Primarily due to the high cost of the car, I decided to head home early, so I dropped the car off several days before my scheduled reservation drop off. When they checked the car in I mentioned that I was dropping off early and asked about a refund for the days i did not use. They Executive Rep told me a revised contract would be emailed to me. I waited several weeks and never received any information from Executive and the full amount original contract amount was charged to my credit card. I called Executive to discuss and was told by a different rep that they did not issue refunds for early returns, in fact they charge an additional fee which they graciously waived. The rep said the best way to try to resolve was to email the company, so I did. It has been several months and I have yet to have any communication from the company about this issue. In my opinion, this is an unethical company and I would advise people to avoid doing business with them.

This place it’s great but the managers it’s awful!!!!Unfortunately, the action receive from the manager Kendrick to myself. The day I made the reservation an employed called Christine Called me to assure my reservation . For this reason, I took the courage to asked her if I was able to pick up the car earlier with no extra charges. On this behalf, she clearly stayed they would not be a problem to do this action. Also, firmly repeating they would not be any additional charger under my name. For this same reason, I feel confident to make that action based on her words. Once that I arrived to the airport, the gentleman took a long time to serve me at the counter. Apparently he couldn’t found the reservation information who took him about 15 minutes to do so. After being able to localize my rental policy on a rough way he let me know he needed to charge me an extra day for picking the car before. I gently tried explain to him what the employee has said to me before . With an unpleasant attitude he told me once again this words : “If you want to be listen you better Call this number because I don’t have time for that, next in line”. I found that very disrespectful and unprofessional to be working as a front desk agent. If I have been told the right information and presented with a better attitude the things would be different. After trying to explain myself, he cut the information letting me know that my car rental would be canceled leaving me with no option to transport myself. The only thing I was trying to do it was to get on time to my boyfriend military appointment. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it on time which gets me very frustrated and powerless. Being a professional for many years I don’t support this kind of actions. Playing with people lives and not taking manners seriously I found it inadequate.!!Being honest, cheap but not professional at ALL!!!!!

Felicia went above and beyond to help us! She was amazing! Excellent service and comfortable clean vehicle. Don’t know what we would have done without her!

Christina was amazing getting us our car. We had another reservation with a company two counters down that had one employee handling a line that was two hours long. They had cars available and we were able to get on with our trip quickly and smoothly.

My husband and I recently used this rental car service for our weekend visit to see family. With both of us being born and raised in Pensacola, renting cars from the airport is something we’ve never had to do. We had such an amazing customer journey thanks to Christina and would recommend anyone to use executive’a services! Christina was very effective in communicating the services, guidelines and pricing. Terrible service. They lie to you In order to lure you in from Priceline. They then upgrade you with an extra charge. If you are one minute late, they charge you for a full day and blame it on Priceline. DO NOT rent from this place. Your credit card statement will be double what you were told you would pay. They also do not return emails from customer service. Their so called manager, Kendrick, is also a sorry liar! He’s the main one blaming Priceline when in fact, the car was booked directly with the company as the front desk girl stated “she can’t take same day bookings from Priceline”. Overall bad business! Avoid!

Best place ever! The customer service is amazing. Got a call the night before and waiting for us at the counter even when our flight was delayed. Christina was so sweet and fun after a long day! Never rented here before and come to Destin often while flying into Pensacola. I will say Christina was full of knowledge helped me understand how the process works. Waited in line for a very short time, because Christina was quick and great to talk to. I have never done a review but customer in front was kinda rude and Christina was sweet and even apologized to the women because she didnt understand. I want to say customer service here is hands down the best. Walking us to the car and giving everything we needed to know for return. Flew into Pensacola Airport on Monday morning. We had one hiccup after another on our quick trip to Destin. But, not a big deal, Covid19 has taught us to pivot! Now, we needed a rental car! Budget had a hugely, frustrating long line! We walked down to Executive Car Rental and there was Felicia! She was working her tail-off! She was by herself and she was killing it! She was checking cars coming in & doing registration for people renting cars! She didn’t stop for a second! She was literally running back & forth!Felicia is a 5 Star employee!I truly appreciated her hustle & her strong work ethic!

We needed a big vehicle with lots of room and Kendrix helped us tremendously!!! We were so blessed to have him help us and he was so friendly!!

Terrible service, overpriced vehicles and poor customer service. The fees attached to the contract are extremely elevated, attempted to charge me $2000.00 hold on my credit car! Please choose a national chain which can provide a level of safety without the hassle.

Flew into the Pensacola airport on Christmas Day, amidst all the chaos, and after being treated rudely by 2 other car rental companies we found Christina. We were treated with the utmost respect. She has a friendly personality and went above and beyond the Call of Duty to get us in the car we wanted and needed, despite the busiest day of the year. She also helps out and tell us for the best local spots to eat hang out. She delivered our car to us at the front door so we could stay warm. They charged me for a toll pass that I did not sign for and never answer their customer service phone number. I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes three different times until I had to just give up.Update: Executive Car Rental - I first emailed you on April 13th, and have continued to email you every week since. You have done nothing to correct your fraudulent charge. You should be embarrassed.

Kendrick’s is the reason that this is one of the only Executive Car Rental’s I would recommend. All we ask is we get what we were promised, pay what was expected, and treated like a person. This is what we received! Outstanding!

DO NOT book with Executive Car Rental. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Instead of getting to speak with an agent, they ask you to email, and if you want to speak to someone be prepared to wait a minimum of an hour on hold. I was told by an agent (after waiting an hour for the second time) he didnt have time for me because he has 17 calls on hold, so my issue was not address or resolved.

Absolutely ridiculous experience. They weren’t in the booth, directed us to the garage, then had the audacity to charge $60 for picking it up late, even though we have it for the next 5 days...what does it matter if we pick it up late? Returning, I could understand. Such a jack legged operation.

We had a wonderful experience with Kendrix- he was nothing but helpful, kind, and patient. We showed up first thing in the morning, but he was already in a great mood and brightened our whole day. He was very knowledgeable and upfront about all the information we needed, too. When it came time to extend our rental, Amelia was just as accommodating and kind over the phone. Renting a car can be a daunting task, but these team members made it very easy and had a great attitude the entire time. We will definitely be back! I called in a reservation about 2 weeks earlier than my flight was scheduled to come into town, Kendrix was so helpful and his mannerism was impressive. When my flight was delayed and I had no way of call into the facility to let them know I was very nervous bout not making it before they closed. As soon as I landed I contacted them and it was right at closing and Kendrix and Christina agreed to wait until I made it over to pick up my rental. Easy fast pick up as well as drop off and clean great car. -1 star because when I reserved the car on priceline it was to be $275, I called executive rental twice before getting there to confirm there were no other fees or anything that would change the price was assured both times the price was accurate plus a $250 refundable hold once the car was brought back. Get to the counter and total price was somehow $375. Other than that issue everything was great.

I have used almost every Car Rental agency at PNS airport, and tonight I had the pleasure of renting with Executive Car Rental. Where I met the friendliest person who stayed after closing to help me into a car. Which was upgraded to full size without me asking. Without a doubt, for now on, Executive Car Rental at PNS is my first choice.

I rented a car through Priceline several days before my trip- I received a phone call the morning I was to pick up my rental car (from executive)at which time they informed me that the vehicle was not allowed to leave the state of Florida or Alabama and that I had 140 miles a day restricted on the car rental. Our trip was planned out of the state of Florida and although the sweet lady at the car rental place made my trip possible it still was a significant stress. I then arrived to rent the car only to find out I was required to place a $2000 deposit for my car rental which was never disclosed. No problem, I went to put the $2000 deposit on my Discover only to be informed at that time they don’t take Discover. This was quickly turning into a major disaster and we were to leave on this day. I jumped through the needed hoops to pay off a different credit card as we weren’t allowed to pay cash and we were able to obtain the car. Also, the fee for the car had to be placed on the same credit card as the deposit, no splitting!!I imagine the average person not only doesn’t have $2000 on vacation day to put down for deposit but also most people do not expect to be restricted to 140 miles a day for vacation- Had I not been able to jump through the needed hoops, our vacation would’ve been destroyed as there were no other rental cars available in our area or I would’ve immediately changed companies. I do not recommend this car rental company to anybody!I came back to add this- I also had to purchase a daily toll package for Florida- I own a transportation company and used my own transponder for tolls, they incurred NOT ONE fee for tolls but was unwilling to refund anything I had to pay for the toll package-Their reasoning to me for the deposit and 2000 deposit was that the locals that rent from their company have treated the cars horribly- my car was vacuumed and washed before it was returned to them- all locals aren’t bad people!

No one at the desk when I arrived at 3 pm on a weekend. He was out for 30 minutes. Required insurance info never before required. Couldnt charge the card I used with a third party vendor. Then had an extensive paper contract requiring 3 initials and 3 signatures.Too much hassle! Ill spend the extra $5 for better service.

I have never had a rental car company call me ahead of time to simply Check-In and make sure my travel was still on target. To take it a step further, they even called me the day of my travel as it was during Sno-ma-gedin 2021 to make sure my flight was not delayed.The check in process was seamless and everyone was very informative about the local area.Wanted to give a shout out to Kendrix. I had forgotten my airpods in the rental vehicle. He found me as I was making my way back to the garage and handed them off to me.Would recommend anyone traveling to the Pensacola area to spend your rental car dollars here!

Our first experience with Executive Car Rental took place on Christmas Day at 10pm in the Pensacola International Airport.When we landed, I went to collect our luggage in baggage claim while my boyfriend went to pick up our rental car at Enterprise, where we had made our reservation several weeks earlier.I received a text, They are out of cars to which I replied, Please tell me you are kidding!Nope he said.I quickly left the baggage claim carousel and joined him to find out what happened. There was NO ONE even at the Enterprise counter. Only a sign that read, One of our partners will help you with arrows pointing to Avis, National and Hertz at the next counter. But the representatives there only said, An Enterprise manager will call you at 7:45am TOMORROW. We are all out of vehicles.What?!! We needed a car so we could pick up our Navy Seaman son who was waiting for us at Corry Station and then needed to continue another 45 minutes to our condo so an Uber or a taxi was not going to work. And that is IF we could have even found one that late on Christmas!I hurried and got behind a few people who had gathered at Executive and asked what their status was? I was told these other families were also informed that their reservations at Hertz and Enterprise were not fulfilled and they were also stranded with NO CAR. They were hoping for help at Executive...When what to my tired and wondering eyes should appear,but an angel with peppermint candies and rental cars to spare!!!Christina was her name and behind the Executive counter she stoodOffering all of us assistance and everything was GOOD!Originally she was supposed to be off work at 8 on Christmas night,To join her family members to make her own holiday bright.Christina opted to work in order for her employees to spendThe holiday with their loved ones while her shift had no end!She saw several people fretting when she was fixing to leave,But at 11pm she was *still* sprinkling magic from up her sleeve.Across the airport parking lot she flew like a flash,To retrieve extra cars from Executives stash!At 11:40pm, we were in sheer delightIn our shiny new Kia Optima, we drove out of sight!Christina’s selfless acts kept multiplying that night–She worked incredibly hard until each situation was made right!Thank you Executive Car Rental! You gained several new fans on that night all thanks to your amazing employee Christina! We wanted to do something for her, but she politely declined saying that was not necessary. Please recognize this amazing, hard working woman. She most certainly did a fantastic job representing your company and is the reason we WILL be back!

Avoid if possible. They were the only company with a car available so I had no choice. 7 weeks after returning the car I get a 56.00 charge, when I called she said she thinks it’s a late charge. The car was not late, they never called or emailed to inform me of the coming charges, and what kind of business waits that long to charge someone.

They gave me a free upgrade on a new car. Nice!
