Tyler Infinger did a correction on a long Mohawk that was executed poorly during my travels on the west coast. He took his time to understand what I wanted and was able to execute perfectly! I love the vibe of the shop! Super fun and a great overall experience!

I love going here. Thomas really knows how to take care of a beard. The vibe at this place is very dude friendly, and the cocktails are definitely a plus. Ive been twice now, and plan on going with Wilfrids for every haircut.

Tried to get a quick beard trim. 5 barbers were standing around the counter talking/texting. No other customers were in the store at 3:30 on a Wednesday.Was rudely told they wouldn’t take me without an appointment. My beard trim would take less than 5 mins. Seems odd they wouldn’t squeeze someone in.Don’t recommend.

Woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and absolutely rude. Its not hard to be kind and clearly she needs training on how to treat people especially if working in a customer service position. I took my business elsewhere.

I have been coming here for years, Wilfrids is literally the best. I moved away from Pensacola, and when I come in town I make sure I get an appointment here. Each member of team is everything of the sort. (Evan, Luna, Nich, etc. I could go on.) Seriously the only place I will go to.

My buddy recommended Zach and he did a phenomenal job. Even corrected some mistakes from the previous haircut. I will be going to him over anyone whenever Im visiting Pensacola again.

Had to reschedule last minute because of family situation. Still got charged 50% of the cost of the service. 24 hr cancellation policy is buried in the online booking form but maybe you want to relax it given our current pandemic predicament??

Amazing ship, Nick Allen was the first barber in Pensacola to cut my hair the right way. Couldn’t be more happy with my visit. They have an amazing vibe and good products on sale. Everyone is nice and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

Premium haircut. Thought my hair would end up like the trend cut I saw a lot of on their website, but the stylist was very open and made sure my hair was how I wanted it. Recommend Luna, shes absolutely great and passionate for her craft. Can also get a drink during the waiting period 👌🏻

This is my favorite barber shop around. The environment is awesome, they treat you very well and I cannot reccomend the cut enough. Zach is my preffered barber and the guy always gives one clean cut and I know everyone else there is just as awesome! Brought my father- and brother-in-law here back around Christmas time for a hair and beard trim and maaaaan was it a good choice. My haircut is a fairly old fashioned style and my barber, Chase, did a phenomenal job without making me look like a geezer. Plus, the shampoo treatment and whisker trim were top notch. On top of that, the complimentary beverage was an unexpected treat 👍Its not a cheap haircut, but you definitely get what you pay for: extremely satisfied and will be going back this weekend!

Best haircuts I got in my 6 month stay in Pensacola. These guys are skilled and professional. I saw multiple barbers and they all know how to cut. They also sell the products they use to style your hair, so if you like it you can take some with you.Schedule a appointment in advance, get a alcoholic beverage, and your hair shampooed and styled afterwards.Its definitely a treat you wont regret.

Got my haircut here 3 times while I was at school in Pensacola. It has a great atmosphere and they provided a complimentary beer or whiskey while I waited. They did a spectacular job with my skin fade and everyone I reccomended it too had a good experience as well (and returned a few times)

I love the ambiance, I love the people, and I love the results. The employees here are constantly engaging in professional development and they seriously know their stuff. In addition getting your hair cut by professionals who care, the amenities here are incredible. Complimentary drinks (to include whisky) as well as a scalp massage really complement the service. They have a good range of hair product and other accoutrements and staff that can help you find what you need. Want your mo-hawk up and spiky? They got you covered. Want your perfectly quaffed hair to stay in place without looking like a plastic shell? They got you covered. Want your beard to be supple instead of scratchy? They got you covered. It is their job to sell you stuff, but they want the stuff they sell you to work for you. They helped me find the perfect hair product for me and their price is about the same as amazon so why not get it here and support a local business? The place is professional, but has a bit of a rocker feel to it. Lots of tatoos and rock/punk music in evidence. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of experience.

Decided to skip getting haircut back home in Brooklyn since visiting parents for holidays. made an appointment about a week out (recommended, theyre definitely busy) and had a great session with Nick. total pro and had great taste in music. lot of fun to talk to.rest of store is real cool, know theyre in a temporary place but have made the most of it. great product and apparel on sale, felt like I was back home at my guy in BK. solid addition to Palafox, really looking forward to seeing the new space once theyre settled. love what that area of Pensacola is becoming.will be back!

The WORST establishment ever! I explained that my hair is best cut DRY! Nick wanted to argue with me about what’s best for MY hair! Then proceeded to belittle me that “he was the one with the license” as that may be, he does NOT KNOW MY HAIR! That plain and simple! I will be leaving reviews on every social media outlet of this horrible customer service until the manager calls me!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

So just needed a haircut simple right! 3 barbers with customers, all good! Just need a hair cut. Left my name because they were busy all day. It was 9:15am! I was the only extra customer. Wow no call but I could figure that out as I walked in. HAIRCUT NOT SO SIMPLE! I will never be back!!

Hands down my favorite part of every month. I had not consistently used a barber in 15 years until I met Luna and Evan. Evan gets it, as a business owner and shop manager, he understands what his customers need and will go out of the way to provide it for them. Luna has been cutting my hair for almost a year now and I am never, EVER anything less that ecstatic with the result. Doesnt matter if I ask for a regular fade or a Mohawk she is game for anything you may ask her to do! Love these guys and Wilfreds. If you are looking for more than just an assembly line feeling when you get your hair cut, or faced shaved, if you want to feel like you are welcomed as an old friend, if you want a place were you leave feeling like you havent felt that good in weeks than this is the place for you.

When I walked into Wilfrids, it was pretty nice! I loved how friendly the staff was, everyone is welcoming, and the place just looks super updated.The reason why Ive giving this 2 stars is because when I told the barber what I wanted, he said it was ugly and I felt personally offended. I always thought that its what the customer wants and since theyre paying the barber ($30) to cut their hair, why not get what they want? I was cut by Jason. Dont get me wrong, friendly guy, Im sure he knows what he is doing too, but I felt like he didnt want to cut my hair because it didnt meet his standards. I told him what I really wanted and he did it. But he rushed it and it came out sloppy. I had to get my brother to cut the rest.I paid $30 for a barber to judge my liking. I hope barbers read this and hopefully be open to what their customers want.

It is the absolute best haircut and experience I have ever had. Luna is THE BEST! If you are going somewhere else, you are missing out on a great experience.

They like to cut the sides short but the fade is just right. Youll get a beer a cut and a shampoo for $30. Staff are friendly and not too pushy with the product selling. Top ups on your cut are $15

Horrible customer service, they cant keep employees probably because of the customer service. 5 thumbs down. However, if you do go downtown and are unable to get into this place Esquire (Garden and Jefferson) is just around the corner where theyve been providing awesome service for 20+ years.

Terrible Customer service. Gentleman behind the desk was rude and dismissive. Walked in a half hour before closing with people sitting around and was told I couldnt get service because they wanted to close up. Hopefully the theater next door wont recommend anymore people to this shop.
