Honestly one of the best places I’ve been so far. The stylist are always so kind and are doing their best in a time no one wants to work. The wait is well worth it, y’all just be patient with them they are doing the best they can!

Didn’t get a chance to take down her name but my stylist did excellent job on my head, it was my first time there and I’m definitely coming back. My stylist and I talked through of what I wanted done, I guided her through it we fixed my hairline and she was very talkative & nice. After finished product she took pictures wrote down notes for next time.

I decided to try out Sport Clips. My hair was in need of cutting. It was quite long after nearly a year. Dani,the lady that re-did my hair,did a superb job. My hair is now short, but it looks great. And the shampoo that I received was very relaxing. Dani,she even took some before pictures. Great place! She & the rest of the staff are friendly, just fantastic! Sport Clips itself is very clean. And its cool watching TV while getting a haircut. Way to go Sport Clips! Yall are great!

Im up in the air about this place. When we came, my 2 year old and I got haircuts. I enjoyed the ease of getting a reservation online. I was thankful the lady cutting my sons hair was patient to get it done even though there were a few missed spots, cant be upset because he was freaking out. My haircut went smoothly aside from the girl practically begging for a tip saying my hair was great and I should come back to her so she can put me in her portfolio....(my hair is NOT that nice, thanks though.

Got my hair cut by Dani. She was really awesome. She took her time and did a very good job. The atmosphere and staff were very professional yet relaxed and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!

This location is in a functional part of PensacolaDuring the week it is pretty easy to get it, weekends need to book early. Check in online and ready to go.. Donna is a beast with the fades, she has never let me down, dont forget to get a wash as well. I recommended this place for anyone visiting or as a great place to come on the regular.

Ive used the same person for 15 yrs and its been hard to find some1 that can cut my hair since I moved until now. I had Sky cut my hair and she did an amazing job. I am pretty picky about my hair also. She was super nice and knew what she was doing. They offer an mvp thing as well that gets u a massage and stuff so if thats your thing go with the mvp setup its only a few $ extra. I definitely will be making this my hair cutting stop and requesting Sky.

Nice place great sports atmosphere and they are actually very fast considering the quality of their work. My only take back is the price for kids cuts are about 10 bucks higher than most competitors. Otherwise nice place! Friendly staff !

I have been using sports clips for 5 years. Tonight the hairstylist working on 11/18 made the decision never to return to sport clips very easy. I registered online 45 minutes prior to my appointment. Arrived on time and awaited my appointment. Waiting on deck to be seen another client walks in and the hairstylist bumps my appointment does not even recognize or address me. I ask for her to cancel my appointment that was pumped to 20 minutes later and informed her ai would never be back. Her response. okay sounds good. Very poor customer service. Staff do not treat customers as clients. Will not be back.

I come in every week. I bought $70 worth of product from Donna the week before. I went in last week and she did my fade but said during its not my best work. After the back looked OK but the sides didnt match and around the ears was still there . I think Im just gonna go to barber for proper $20 fade. And shes always adding more to haircut even tho you didnt get MVP. Watch out you paying for it. $20 fade turns into $27 and tip please

Been going to Sports Clips for years and this was my first bad experience. The haircut was good, the conversation was good.But they were clearly in a rush to leave as closing was in about 30 min. New to this store, but they didn’t ask if I wanted an MVP, a wash or anything. I assumed because they just wanted to leave. I was still charged for the MVP full price!I didn’t say anything as I couldn’t believe what just happened. I will never be back there. Simply can’t believe it.

Was pleasantly surprised this location had open hours on Memorial Day. Signed up right away. First on waiting list with a recommended show up at 12:55 pm. Show up, nobody’s there, place is locked up. Figured I would wait for a bit to see if they were late or whatever. 20 min later...nothing. Either your stylist skipped or the manager forgot your tell website you’re closed. Either way, I won’t get that hour back from the wasted trip. Bunch of other guys from the list showed up too while I was waiting. Bummer

Everything was fine its just that they need to pay attention to the little details before kicking you out of the chair!!!

Enjoyable place to get my hair cut. Parking lot is a little small and turning in here can occasionally be interesting. Tamara S. is a great stylist there and has years of experience cutting military hair but can also do any other type of cut as well. She is the only one I use.

I usually dont go to these chain haircut places but I had to take my kids to get haircuts. I will say that this place was awesome. They got us right in with almost no wait due to a mix of hard working stylists and appropriate staffing. I will most likely be using this location for my kids in the future.

This place is great to go. Patrice is fantastic. It took me a long time to find her and Im glad I did. The other staff is friendly as well. The downside is the parking lot is small and is shared with other businesses so you may have to use the movie theater parking lot located behind the establishment.

The staff treated me like family even though this was my first visit to this location. Short wait time even without making a reservation. Very clean and my haircut was phenomenal.

The haircuts are always good due in part to the time and effort they spend cutting your hair. The online checkin is great to avoid sitting in there for a vast amount of time. The only downside is that the haircuts are kind of pricey. It would be nice if there was a discount program for regulars.

The hair stylists all have bad attitudes and I’m not sure they even know how to cut hair.my boyfriend asked for about a light trim on the top and a tiny bit shorter on the sides and now almost all of his hair is gone. the women who cut his hair never said her name and had no name tag so I have no way to really identify her. She cut his hair way too short, left chunks of cut hair all over his head, face, and neck. There were several (I mean severallllll) chunks and strands of hair that she had missed while cutting that framed his face and on the back of his neck which she cut and left him bleeding without saying anything about it. If I realized how bad it was going to be I would’ve just done it myself but we wanted to go out and get it “professionally” done plus it’s a nice treat. She even had the nerve to ask if I liked it. One of the other stylists asked a client who was waiting in line to check in if he had checked in and when he said not yet she sighed and said “oooookaaay then” and rolled her eyes. Like why is that necessary? I wanted to give this place a shot even though I saw some not great reviews because I know how people are sometimes. But no this place sucks. Just spend your money somewhere else.

They do a great job! They take the time to do a good cut, ask to make sure you like it or if you want any changes, make you feel comfortable and make sure youre not like a part in a factory line like other places. And they all enjoy their jobs and make for a great experience. Definitely going back

Overall good service. The stylist was very nice and good at her job. But i felt rushed and she confused me with someone else in the computer. I ended up with a style that i didnt want and now i have to let it grow out so i can get it cut properly. Next time try going by the phone number and not the name.

This is my favorite place to get my sons haircut. My son and husband both get Medium Reg and they are excellent. It always looks good and they handle my rambunctious son extremely well.

Chelsea has been cutting my hair for almost 2 years. Her station is always clean, very personable, always in a good mood, and gives the best haircuts. I highly recommend having Chelsea cut and style your hair, you wont be dissapointed.

Awesome place, friendly staff, great cuts.I get the MVP (cut, rinse, hot towel) + $4 Tip is $26. Yes, it cost more, but its worth it. If you are worried about paying extra, there are cheap barbers by the base!If you do not make an appointment, then you may have to wait, just as any other place. Ive never waited more than 30 mins.If you expect people to cut off the conversation with another customer to say hi, sorry that is rude to the current customer. Get off the ego trip.And last but not least, I have had to ask for some corrections with a cut, but I ALWAYS leave happy and they do what I ask. One poor girl had to fix it twice, but if you work with them, they work with you!

Its alright, the place has good lighting, good products and overall pretty decent. I would go back. But staff should be professional at all times otherwise it would be 5 stars.

This is my go to place to get a haircut. While the stylists are average or even above average in some cases, I just cant get away from that steamed towel and head massage. Give it a try and youll understand.

They raised their prices. Only by $1, but you dont get anything more and still have to pay more. The most affordable cut is $18+2 tip = $20Didnt even get a rinse. Not going back. To top it off... the cut was sub par. The blend was poor. Huge line on one side of my head.

Basically this is Fantastic Sams except they charge you $10 more for a clipper cut. $20 for a 5 minute haircut. Un-flippin-believable. Otherwise, clean, professional, easy. But $20 for a flippin clipper cut?

Was waiting with fiancé, and when he signed in there were 2 people on the list in front of him who werent crossed off (by the way, this was less than an hour after they opened). 6 people having cuts before him and one hour later, no one has acknowledged the wait and, when he goes to check on the list to see where his name is, the list that had his name isnt even there any more.Now, maybe it was because it was put into a computer and thus put aside. And maybe that explains why the list only had 2 people in front of him. But neither of these excuses the piss poor customer service we encountered. There wasnt even a general acknowledgment that they know its taking a while and they apologize for the wait or anything similar. He heard nothing from either of the two stylists working, and we finally gave up after the hour.After this experience, we plan on never going to this one again.
