The technician arrived on schedule and proceeded to put my worried mind at ease. He accessed the job, quoted me a price and went to work. In no time my drain was open, checked and rechecked. The tech Nile was very knowledgeable, polite, and informative as to how to resolve the issue that was going on. He had suggested we get the Field Supervisor to come by with the camera and have him take a look to see if there were any major issues. When James arrived he proceeded with the camera and then things went south! He became condescending and abrasive. He told me I needed to make up my mind as to what I was going to do. He was ready to come tear up my floors and driveway without really looking at the pipes. I really dont believe the camera footage was from my home. It was all too sketchy! He also became very rude to Nile and said I didnt need to listen to Nile... He was the boss!! NOT in my opinion. He was asked to leave. Nile proceeded with his job explained everything, when he was done everything was in top notch working condition. If there are any more issues I have a 6 month warranty and if I need I will request Nile to come back! I would have given 5 stars if not for James!

They do the job. Theyre just twice as expensive as the smaller guys. Plus, they were supposed to come out between 8am and 12pm. They got here closer to 5pm.. The tech was a smart-Alec and acted like he owned the company. No customer service skills whatsoever.

I had an outside faucet repair when I placed the service call initially they sent out a representative the same day it was a Saturday but the representative was not allowed to do any blow torching or soldering apparently rotor router changed their policy and there are only a few qualified technicians who are capable of soldering and blow torching so four hours of that day was wasted because that particular representative although he was very nice and very professional and even indicated to me that there was a $75 coupon online if I was to print it out I could get $75 off which was extremely nice and considerate.What I feel is that the girls on the phone taking the service call and the information on what services you actually require one of their questions should be if soldering or blowtorching is necessary now may be a normal person would not know the answer to that question but I think if a pipe had to be cut and a new one had to be put in commonsense would tell you to say yes to that question so their customer service girls need to ask that questionI would’ve given them five stars head the initial service technician would have been qualified otherwise I had to wait another day with a leaky faucet.Everybody was very professional I have to say that they were extremely responsive and answered all my questions to my satisfaction I would recommend Roto Rooter and I will probably use them again

Disappointed! I made an appointment 3 days in advance for a service- there was some miscommunication on their side about a certificate of insurance and no one showed up! When I called to inquire about my appointment and why has no one showed up, the person on the other side was super rude and unprofessional! It is upsetting when you take off 1/2 day off work to be present for an appointment and no one bothers to call you and tell you they are not coming for whatever reason! I can not make a judgement about their work just about their lack of communication/scheduling with their customers!

My Roto-Rooter technician Herman, was an absolute delight! Not only did he unclog my toilet quickly, he was on time and very professional. Herman has a great “bedside manner” and that’s very refreshing nowadays.

Although they did not arrive within the original quoted timeframe, the technician who came to do the job was professional, polite and took care of our sewer problem quickly and efficiently.Unfortunately the line backed up again but the tech, Alisa, came out very quickly and did a very thorough job clearing out more grease and build up in the line. I had a leaking bath tub faucet. The repairman came out at 8 pm on Sunday night. Shut off the water but was unable to fix leak without a certain part. Another gentleman came the next morning, had it fixed in a hour and quoted price but less. Both repairmen very efficient, informative and professional.

My neighbor was having an issue with the kitchen sink not draining. Several times the pipe was “snaked” to open the passage until it was suggested to have the pipe hydraulically cleaned (power washed). Considering the age of our homes, and not knowing the condition of the soil lines in my home, I engaged Larry from Rotor Rooter on what he was seeing inside my neighbors kitchen pipe. The cleaning also included a camera. For piece of mind, I hired Larry to inspect and clean the soil lines under my home. This was money well spent now knowing what that this was a potential problem, and that my home has PVC piping and not cast iron. Larry was professional, informative and very personable. I highly recommend having your soil pipes inspected and cleaned out, especially the kitchen line since grease and food particles choke off the flow of water over time.

Our problem was that the kitchen drain was completely clogged. After unsuccessfully trying to solve this problem on our own, we called Roto Router. The technician arrived exactly when we were promised, wearing a mask due to the pandemic. He worked with an understanding of what he was doing and within about an hour all the problems were solved. When it came time to pay for the service, all the required discounts were made and everything around the workplace was removed. A pleasure to deal with professionals.

Roto Rooter is the only plumber we will call. They always fix the problem and are honest, reliable, helpful, and skilled at what they do. Mike 0258 is an excellent plumber who fixed our problem quickly and was personable and great to have at our house. In the past Brian 0258 installed a new water heater for us and fixed an additional problem at our house. We appreciate the work they do. Outstanding workmanship and great honest people. Called at 8 am and someone was at my house by 8:45am. Roberto was incredibly thorough, made sure I understood everything, and was able to fix 3 clogged drains in record time. I would absolutely recommend Roto-Rooter PSL to anyone who needs service.EDIT: while fixing my dishwasher, one of the lines started dripping and this was noticed several days later when I came home to a flooded kitchen floor. Roberto came back to identify the issue. 8 FULL DAYS of industrial sized fans going 24 hours a day were not enough to dry out my wood cabinets, but Roto-Rooter did rip out my baseboards and toekicks. Now I have a crumbling kitchen island that they will not replace.ROBERTO was awesome, as was DARIUS, on the remediation team. GINO is a massive jerk who should be fired. IF YOU ADMIT TO BREAKING IT, THEN WHY DO I HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY INSURANCE??

Estimae was provided in detail along with cost.Service Technician complete the work in a professional manner and was respectful of the condition of the house and the appliance.Actual service fee set by the company may be higher than what a local plumber may charge but the professionalism and company backed 30-day guarantee make up for the cost in my opinion.
