Really good location for renting a cargo van, but the employee didn’t seem that she want to work, rude and unprofessional. Not returning again because of that. Owner should train employees better. Customer service is fundamental for a prosperous business and this location is lacking that.

Very disappointing experience this morning. Reserved A cargo van from this location for a 4am pickup. Yes, I understood that it would be self pick up because the location would be closed. I get there at 4am and after going through the the online check in process, NO VEHICLE WAS ASSIGNED TO MY RESERVATION. I called the 24 call number and was told to call an Uber or Taxi as a back up. Seriously. I reserved the van to transport 19 checked luggage and 9 carry ons to Ft Lauderdale airport. Will never deal with U haul or this location.

Good people, great service, Pak Mail with U haul, mailboxes, Fedex, Ups, Usps, etc. Very nice place. Attended by owners. I have been coming here for more than 10 years.

My husband rents from here all the time, good experience.

The PAK MAIL employee is rude I have tried to rent 2 times in this place and they never have trucks available He did not even ask me which one I needed he simply told me that he did not have any available when I ask him Why he does not answer the phone Because the store is full and there was only one customer on the spot talking on the phone and not even the subject of the reservation I left and as usual I went to the back where the trucks are parked and I have photos of 5 this employee should not work for you it is not responsible.
