Absolutely excellent service. I have AAA, they left me waiting on the side of the road for 5 hours, unable to find a tow company for me. I found Pembroke Pines Towing and gave them a call. Great customer service, and tow truck driver was very very prompt and professional. I hope i dont need a tow again any time soon. But if i do i’ll be calling Pembroke Pines Towing.

CALL THEM! I don’t know why anyone would give this company bad reviews. They gave me a price over the phone and an ETA over text message. Carlos is professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. I had issues with AAA and decided to call them instead; I don’t regret my decision.

An honest and reliable tow truck operator. He’ll do a quick assessment to make sure you are making the least costly decision. His kind are pretty rare.

So a few days ago a gentleman decided to leave us over 25 negative one star reviews. Neither him or his 24 friends used our towing service. He was irrate he wanted to tow two cars from Miami to Tamarac. 2 cars for 270$ flat rate. He asked if i was for real. I advised he can shop around, but running a legitimate business costs us money and we employ people and cant work for free. He was irrate so i terminated call. He called back we did not answer. He forgot to leave out the part where he called for hours and cursed out my employee, threatened us and said he will make our business suffer big time. I repeat we are a for profit business and have served many clients with 0 complaints. Sorry if you didnt have the funds or wanted it done for close to nothing. But threats and cursing are not merited. Thank you and stay safe

The dispatch was rude, lacked empathy. The tow vehicle operator was helpful kind a real people person. They did not provide 20 min service in weston like advertised on their website. I would use them again because they are local family business....dispatcher needs charm school...

Excellent customer service from David, and rapid response -- arrived in 20 minutes, had battery jumped, and was on our way. Offered additional advice about battery without trying to sell anything -- great experience!

Thanks guys. You saved me last week in the terrible rain in Pembroke pines. My old corolla had no saving. The motor seized up. Carlos was there within 25 minutes as promised and took me to Miami. He also gave me a number to call to have them buy my junk car. Quod use them again if needed
