Elsie is amazing!! Very hands on and helpful. She listened to me and respectfully helped control the various opinions of the women that came with me. She was very supportive and shared lots of little tips in terms of alterations, dress styles, and costs. I cant imagine anyone better!!The store was very clean and accessible. My only complaint would be the chairs provided. No where on the website or in the appointment booking information do they specify or recommend how many people you should bring with you, but are very strict on the 3 chair per group limit. I understand it, I just wish I would have known before I brought the amount of people I did with me.

From start to finish for a bridesmaid dress. All ladies gave me great choices and was able to pick a dress for my sisters wedding. Alterations department was excellent! Ana and Clara were exceptional. Best place for dresses. Their crew is knowledgeable and with excellent experience.

I went to David’s Bridal in Pembroke Pines to pick out bridesmaid dresses. The service there is spectacular. The ladies in this location take care of you. I had to make two separate trips to coordinate with girls in my party. First session, we worked with Bessie and she knew exactly which dress would look right for the body type. Second session was with Pat and she was such a sweetheart to last few girls who needed to get their dresses. Picked out dresses I didn’t see online and really helped to guide us.

I just finished my alterations for a bridesmaids dress and I had the pleasure of meeting Clara and Anita. They were absolutely wonderful!!!!! Love them and will be coming back for other alterations. Highly recommend, superior service!! Such sweet, amazing and hard working women! Definitely come here for alterations!! :)

Amazing store! First time I came without appointment, they were super nice and assist me with everything. I was there later for an alteration to my wedding gown, the one that I bought online, and again they were so helpful and nice with me, and find the perfect solution for my dress. I was just at this location today. My experience was AMAZING. My personal associate who assisted me, Mrs. Alicia, was wonderful. She was very attentive, informative, had a beautiful personality, and guided me perfectly to help select my bridesmaids dresses. Now, the negative review completed by Ms. Christina is a hot mess. I was at the store during the transaction that she is referencing with Ms. Kitty, and that DID NOT occur. She wanted a dress that was not available in the store and on the short timeframe she provided the associate, so he caught an attitude with Ms. Kitty who NEVER body shamed her. Responsibility for self is important. Had she used a different perception and not allow her frustration to take over, the associate may have gone the extra mile to assist but you cant expect honey when you act like vinegar. I hope she gets her dress issue solved, but not on the negative, untrue review she just posted because I was literally right there when it happened.

Best experience ever!!! Every bride knows, one of the most stressful moments of the wedding is to pick your dress, the style, the color, the length, sleeves, no sleeves, accessories.... etc. I was sooo nervous at first did not know what to expect. My biggest fear was the prices. My wedding was super small and I was in a budget. My dress was a gift but still didn’t want to spend thousands. The moment you walk in they treat you as a princess like if you are the only one there that matters, is amazing. My stylist was super sweet and help me look for the best dress according to my style and prices. She picked a dress I was not to sure about but she thought it will be great idea to try it. I popped in without an appointment hoping to find a dress to wear to my sons wedding. Gosh I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped me, she was so so nice and helpful. I was only there for an hour but in that time I was able to try and seven dresses and find the perfect one!I went back today to be measured for alterations and again everyone in the store is so friendly. The wedding is coming up soon and so they are going to have the alterations done quickly to accommodate me. The customer service at this store is excellent!

Worst service experienced. Body shammed, dismissive staff, sales clerk Ketty left me abandoned trying on dresses; she stated she didn’t think none of their dresses would fit me. Acted very distant was helping others during the appointment I had scheduled! Did not try to help look for other styles that could fit me. When I went to the counter to ask if they look at another location they were laughing at me for trying on dresses. Very disappointed that women are tearing down other women. If I could give a -5 I would!

I went for my first ever bridal appointment at Davids Bridal in Pembroke Pines, FL yesterday. I had no idea what would even look good on me, but it ended up perfectly fine. My consultant, Brianna, was perfectly equipped to deal with my indecision. She made sure I pulled one of each kind of dress and even some that I told myself I would never wear. She helped me try them on one by one and was quick to answer every and any question that I had and also made me feel really confident in how I looked in the dress. It ended up being such a good experience, that I bought one of the dresses I tried on that day! Thank you to Brianna, and everyone at the store that day for making something I was so nervous about such a wonderful experience.

First of all the staff welcomed my friend and I as we entered the store with a smile. One of the ladies took my name and introduced me to Brianna. UPDATE: I literally cried when I picked up my dress. It was ill fitting and super wrinkled. I had to have my dress altered just days before my wedding and TAHARI WORKED HER MAGIC! I’m over the moon NOW THE DRESS IS PERFECT! She went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! She even took the time to show my MOH how to create a bustle. She exudes so much love and kindness and expertise. I’m so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with her. I could go on and on! When it comes to alterations, TAHARI is the absolute best! So happy 🥲Elsie is the best bridal consultant of all time! She was very helpful, knowledgeable & patient—she even stayed after her shift to ensure that my bridesmaids and I were taken care of! Prior to coming to David’s Bridal I had purchased a custom gown at another salon (unfortunately, I had gained a significant amount of weight and was no longer able to wear it). My wedding is less than a month away and Elsie put a rush order on it to ensure it’s on time arrival The team at David’s Bridal even waived the rush fee! The best experience I could’ve wished for. I felt so special and seen. My stylist was Maria Caro. She was very sweet and attentive. I tried on 3 of the 5 dresses we chose together but they just weren’t the one. When my cousin suggested to try on a dress on display at the store entrance, Maria didn’t hesitate to quickly grab the dress. As soon as I put the dress on and saw myself in the mirror I couldn’t help but cry and knew this was the one. They even had a little “found the one ceremony” that made the moment even more special.The seamstress was very sweet and attentive as well. I came in worried/nervous because all the bridesmaids in the wedding party got a super late delivery for their dresses. I didn’t want to have the same issue because I am the maid of honor. I was pregnant when I purchased my bridesmaid dress. Unfortunately, I lost the weight everywhere except my chest. I panicked because there was only 5 days before the wedding. Desperately looking for alterations, I came to David’s Bridal on a Sunday and spoke to Ms. Phug and Cara and they assured me they were able to get the job done. I was scheduled to go on Thursday to pick up the dress, but they called me on Wednesday morning! To my pleasant surprise, the work was EXCEPTIONAL and finished early! The price for the alternation was the same as the dress, but I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else! They really ARE the new town alternations!

I had a great experience on my first visit. Juliana showed me different options, very assertive on what I told her I wanted to be my dream dress🤩 including the price. The store was impecable and very organized. I definitely will suggest this store before going to other bridal boutiques, you may save some money and get great service no matter how much you spend on your dress.

We had an appointment for my husbands tux fitting for my sons wedding and even though they were very busy, the seamstress was busy with a bride and said she would be with us soon. It was only a 5 minute wait, she was Incredibly Nice, Very Professional and explained the entire process of how to order the tux online with the measurements she took and wrote down for us. The David’s Bridal in Pembroke Pines always has the nicest staff and is always very accommodating and helpful with everything! A few weeks ago, I was in with my daughter and they helped us with an online order, which they didn’t have to do. They go above and beyond for their customers! Love this store!

I wish i can give 50 stars!!!! I went there back in April to do a dress fitting and the lady i had act like she didnt want to help me. Felt like i was being a bother. So i purchased my wedding dress elsewhere. I was having issues with the bridesmaids dresses so i decided to come back and give it another try. Im glad i did. This nice sweet and helpful lady helped us. I wasnt even frustrated no more thanks to Bessie!!! She was so professional n got a very good sense of humor!!! I went to this location to get measured for a tux. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lady that took the measurements did not speak much English and I told her that I speak a little bit of Spanish. She then proceeded to talk to me 100% in Spanish so I struggled to understand everything she had to say.

Elsie was very attentive and got what I was looking for right from the start. The first dress I tried on was the one I bought and it was a very pleasant experience, the dresses from the store really beautiful, in different varieties and colors. At the end what surprised me was that I had to pay $ 90 for the adjustments in the length they had to make, actually in all the stores I went to before, they give you this as part of the service for buying some of their items, and also an extra $ 25 for having this adjustment in 2 weeks, that was disappointing and the reason i only give 4 stars, because no one warned me about this before buying the dress.

This was all because of Sherene, a worker there who calmed my mom down and helped her find an amazing dress even though it was last minute. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend this store.

Great customer service. The seamstress Ana was very helpful and extremely nice. My dress was altered in a timely fashion and was done perfectly!

I was excited to know we have a place close to home with plus size bridal and ball gowns. Place is following sops/social distancing. I was carrying a coffee as I entered and one pleasant associate hold that for me while I tried the dresses. I was assisted by another extremely pleasant lady. She helped me trying out the gowns (the place offers appointments but they gladly helped me as a walk in) love being there, they have a huge variety particularly for plus size. ALL associates are extremely friendly. I am definitely going back. Highly recommend. They even offer alteration with additional cost.

Two weeks ago, I went there to buy some stuffs that I needed for my niece and than I find ELSIE, who received me with joy and with a big smile, it was like heaven on earth. She helped me to find what I wanted to buy for my niece. I recommend her 100%. She is kind, helpful, and the most important thing she was patient with us. Thank you for your kindness Elsie.

I went inside with my family and bridesmaid for wedding dress shopping and I could not have had a better experience. Thanks to Leyla, I said yes to dress after trying on countless dresses with a lot of patience on their side. Absolutely marvelous customer service and guidance. I love this store and staff.

My consultant Elsie gave me the best experience ever. I went to 2 other small boutiques and was well received but the warmth and excitement I got for Elsie was more than I imagined. I showed her my favorites dresses that I had in mind (I spent hours looking for) that I found on the website and she had those and others ready as well.... After trying on all my favorites I started from the collection she chose for me and boom!!! she found my dream dress. It fit perfect and I was absolutely in love!!! Thank you Elsie can’t wait for my big day 🥰

I went to the store looking for a replacement bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding. One of the managers.. Rakoya assisted me with finding the one that would fit me. I was extremely nervous because I’ve gained weight. She made me feel comfortable with needing a larger size. She was patient and knowledgeable about what dress would be best for my body type.

I had such a good experience at this location! I had previously visited the Sunrise location (I’m the bride) and didn’t have a good experience. I came to this location the following weekend and my consultant was Daniella, she was so sweet and patient. She was also bilingual, so if if you need a Spanish speaker she’s great! I had an appointment to shop for my wedding dress. Daniella also helped style the accessories for the dress I selected and absolutely hit the nail on the head with those. Everyone else I dealt with at this location was also super polite and friendly. My appointment was on a Saturday, it didn’t seem to be crazy busy. Thanks for making it a pleasurable experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this David’s Bridal location. My consultant was Pat and she listened to what I liked a brought out dresses I wouldn’t have thought to pick out myself! This was my first bridal dress appointment and she made it feel comfortable and enjoyable. Pat also went to add sleeves for every dress I tried on because I told her that was something I wanted! Highly recommend coming to this location to see Pat for wedding dress shopping!

Taji is really nice she focuses only on the client. Her way of talking and how she brings her self makes me feel very comfortable and I was so excited when I saw my dress when she finish altering it after 3 to 4 weeks. I am very satisfied with my dress she did exactly what I wamted and needed and I really look forward to my wedding in 30 days! ☺️☺️☺️Everyone there is so nice and welcoming I highly recommend that place.
