My wax lady was the bomb...it was my first wax so it hurt but she was very attentive & quick! Loved my experience will be back of course. Not to mention I was a few minutes late and they still took care of me quickly!!! That’s what I call great service!

My first time at this location. Nancy was absolutely incredible! She was very kind and sweet and did a fantastic job. I was very pleased, will return to her anytime I’m in the area! The young woman at the front was also very kind and professional!

I went to this location and I absolutely loved the experience I had. The front desk was super nice and the wax specialist I had was amazing, I am really happy and I will definitely be back.

Very unprofessional place, I made an appointment the day before and came in 10 minutes before my appointment and since the website stated first timers receive a free area I told them what area I wanted and Hanna told me that she has another appointment and won’t be able to do my extra area, and I asked would I be able to come back another time to claim my extra, I was told no I needed to the same day. If I schedule an appointment, my appointment is my appointment, i should be able to do whatever i want/need during that appointment. I will never step foot in this unprofessional environment. What a terrible experience for a first timer.

I went to this store for my first back hair removal, and I have been really satisfied. The service was great from the front desk and the technicians, I didnt feel any pain - contrary to my expectations, it was actually really smooth - and everyone was really friendly but still professional.Highly recommend, will come back!

This location is bar none awesome! They got me in earlier than my appointment, they were down to earth and conversational and request Ludmila!!!...she was quick and amazing! Hands down the best location I have ever been to.

If I could give it zero stars I would! I’ve been a long-time customer of this location even drove almost 40 minutes once I moved to see one of their excellent waxers Tal!! I attempted to change my appointment through the app and noticed Tal was not on the list to book an appointment. I called the store to ask what was going on. The woman who answered the phone quickly blurted out that Tal was no longer an employee but left a recommendation for her clients. I asked if she knew where Tal had gone she respond with “I’m not even sure she is doing this anymore.” I canceled my appointment. I am extremely loyal to Tal due to her amazing skills and customer service. I have since found out that Tal has started to work in the Delray Beach location which the Pembroke Pines location is well aware of and could have given me the information. Today I received a phone call reminding me of my appointment, the one I canceled 3 days ago. I spoke with a representative who again denied knowing where Tal was working and attempted to book me with another waxer. I declined. I hate being lied to, especially by someone who is supposed to be providing me with excellent customer service. I purchase multiple services and always stock up on the products. I assumed that I would be treated with more respect than this. I will be booking with Tal no matter where she is working. She is that good!!

I just left this place and they are so friendly and sweet front desk people are so nice and my technician Erica was awesome I definitely recommend her. The waxing is decent prices and they have great saving programs you can take advantage of!

The receptionist girl is VERY pushy for sales, it really is a turnoff for this place. If i dont want anything dont ask 8 more times and then get upset. She needs to find a better sales tactic! The one she has is HORRI LE

I usually go to other location and satisfied but here is where I got burnt and my Brazilian took forever like over 30+ minutes of pain !!! Terrible the girl was totally clueless in waxing, slow and went over the same area 4 times resulting in raw skin . Had pain walking for a week!!! Terrible
