Friendly, knowledgeable coaches who encourage and motivate you to do a great job. Large workout space and always more than enough equipment for everyone. They make an extra effort to keep the gym clean at all times and ensure equipment and environment is clean and sanitized. They are strict with enforcing CDC guidelines and reinforce all measures to keep you safe.

Their website starts with, Freakin’ CrossFit’s strength and conditioning program is insanely EXCITING, INVIGORATING, CHALLENGING, FUN and for EVERYONE! This is so true! As a 52 year old woman who loves sitting on the couch watching movies, I find myself looking forward to my morning work-outs with Logan, Mike, or Valentine. These coaches are dedicated to making sure I am using the correct techniques and getting the best work out possible. I get bored easily but NOT at Freakin Crossfit. Every morning is a different work-out and the coaches make them fun. I totally agree with the statement that starts their web site. It would not be that way without Logan, Mike, and Valentine.

Freakin CrossFit is a unique place! While the facility and the equipment selection is impressive, my favorite thing is the people. I love this box! I moved to Florida this year after ending a successful 7-year track and field, bowing out as a National Champion and not knowing where the next step of my athletic career will take me. I found this gym and the coaches immediately took me under their wing. While I’m still new to crossfit, I’m motivated to come everyday and stay healthy, even through injuries! I’m a collegiate pole vaulter that came back from knee surgery, losing all my strength and form on olympic lifts. I couldn’t squat more than 100lbs without pain still. This is a great gym ran and owned by a wonderful family. I began coming here with no crossfit experience or any weight training. I dont think i had ever touched a barbell before. I was nervous. But the trainers all welcomed me and continue to encourage me each small baby step of the way. The trainers and the members are great. Experienced and new crossfit athletes are welcome. The trainers put form, safety and education ahead of max reps. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Its not only a CrossFit Box but a home to a great CrossFit community. Everyone is family here, supporting each other and motivating each other. The coaches really care about their athletes and keep safety and technique the main priority. The Box is also very spacious with both an inside and outside rig, a gymnastics area and outside turf allowing members to participate in the many clubs including, Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Endurance. The facility is amazing with indoor and outdoor workout areas. But more importantly, the trainers and staff are not just knowledgeable and supportive, but also create such a family atmosphere that it motivates you to stay committed. I love the Freaks so much that my 7 year old is involved through there Crossfit Kids Program. It is THE all inclusive fitness facility of our area.

Never wouldve considered myself a crossfit person, but these guys know what theyre doing and keep it constantly varied and fun. Both the coaches and the attendees have a great interaction and they have cultivated a community feel both inside the box and out.

I started back in February I’ve lost 40 pounds I’m 60 years old the staff works with you to scale down the exercises to make you feel comfortable and welcomed! I recommend Freakin CrossFit to anyone who wants to get in shape no matter your age!!

This box sucks balls! Drove 45 minutes to see my nephew in a competition and they did not allow me inside cuz of my dog mind you after having 2 dogs inside already and charging us for parking. They said they only allowed service animals but let one guy in with an emotional support dog which by no means is a service dog. First Crossfit gym I’ve ever been to where they don’t allow dogs n profile on specific breeds. Freakin Crossfit 🖕🏽

However, these facilities become secondary when you get to experience the talent FCF offers through their coaching team. They are all approachable, patient and enthusiastic about getting you to achieve your aims, develop your training and improving your technique always having in mind your personal needs and abilities, yet encouraging you to push way past your comfort zone.

In Nov 2013, I started my search for a box. Its 2017 and still there is no better Crossfit Box.I have visited different boxes in my local area and I still choose FreakinCrossfit (FCF). Why?1. On Ramp program - Detailed and attentive. Great instruction on proper technique.2. Great space, a large variety of equipment, outdoors and indoors, CLEAN! Largest indoor space!3. WODs...great variety. Challenging yet adaptable to various levels. Elite, RX and Masters/ Beginners WODs. They even provide swim WODs!4. Coaches demonstrate a wide array of experience and knowledge, and the head coach is engaged and approachable. He participates in the WODs daily, and he leads the other coaches to ensure 100% engagement. The growing staff is energetic, motivating and inviting.5. FUN! Quarterly family fun day events, weekend WODs off-site (park/ beach), and Holiday events. Outsidethebox_fcf (Instagram) notifies you thru social media, as to where the groups meet for outdoor activities from biking, kayaking, swimming, paddleboard, races, etc.6. Various ages! Im in my late 30s but the box has a great balance of diversity, and mixed ages from teens to baby boomers! They have a Kids and Teen Program.7. Great elite program for those ready to compete. The box assists athletes in training preparation for Crossfit competitions and races.8. They offer a running program, a tactical program, weight-lifting, gymnastics, mobility and special courses from guest experts!9. They offer guidance on nutrition and supplements. Their shop offers protein shake products, supplements, cross fit attire, mobility equipment and other essentials.10. They care about the coach to participant ratio! Who hates overcrowded classes? I do!11. The FCF staff and members are friendly and inviting. They take the time to show they care and are consistently asking for feedback on how they can improve...they dont settle...they are constantly evolving.12. I feel the pressure to push myself to give my best, as much as I feel the pressure to perform proper body mechanics and protect my health. I believe there is a balance, and FCF makes me feel comfortable and safe. My levels of activity have changed thru the years and still they know how to meet you where you are, and add that extra push.13. They drive results. At the end of the day we pay for results. I have witnessed so many changes in individuals and myself based on the training of these phenomenal coaches! They do a great job of meeting various peoples goals. Examples: weight loss or weight gain, strengthening, recovery from athletic injuries and competition readiness. Check out their boards when you walk in for testimonies with photos...talk with the members...the results are clear.I highly recommend this box! Great value! When I started, I lived 10 mins from the box...now I live 40 mins away. I just wish they could make another location just as good closer to me. Best Box, consistently great!

Great Facility.. Educated and well trained coaches!!! Let me just say, not all boxes are created equal! Your box is as good as the coaching staff. Choose your box wisely!! As a 37 year old mom who never lifted anything more than a 15lb dumbbell thought crossfit was going to be too intense for me. I had gone to 2 other boxes to learn more about crossfit but was not impressed. Months later, I finally decided one day to drop in after driving by a dozen times between school pickups and practices to learn more about the program. I was invited to try 3 on ramp ( intro) classes and thats all it took. I was HOOKED!!! The coaches worked closely with me to ensure I learned the movements and used proper form. They also educated me on proper nutrition to meet my overall fitness goals. Here it is 6 months later, Im stronger, healthier and I feel great! So, if your looking to work out with a community of great people...excellent fitness program...want to challenge yourself and improve your overall health... join us!!! I highly recommend Freakin Crossfit!

FCF, now this a box you can go and spent a whole day there without never getting bored, its always a welcoming atmosphere. Beside the awesome coach, facility, staff, crossfiters and the shenanigans. Oh yeah, dont forget all the specialize classes they offer, the competence, knowledge and insight of the staff and coaches. Oh yeah all those badass Wods, challenges, and competitions they have consistently. I would highly recommend it, but if youre still hesitant, its fine come by to hang out with us, whats more fun then watching your friend or stranger dying on a wod, while you have a drink.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by a smiling face, needless to say i was a crossfitter from another box and was apprehensive about switching but this place looked amazing in comparison to others around the area. Our trainers are amazing and very knowledgeable in every aspect of not only crossfit but mobility and gymnastics which is a plus! They guide you every step of the way, if theres amovement you cant do or you have an injury of any sort they can modify the workouts to fit you. I started when they opened, then my 7 year old son joined crossfit kids because he loved it so much and now my husband has joined as well because he sees the results. This facility is amazing and so are the people in it, so come check it out for yourself Im sure you will love this place as much as my family does!
