This place is a scam. They get your money for their processing fee and then leave you hanging without completing the process. You are forgotten about once they charge their fee. Communication is very vague and they are not responsible for anything once you start questioning them. Stay with your original student loan organization and you can do everything for free. There is no fee for processing if you do it through the federal student loan site. Student Debt Center is charging huge fees for doing something that you can do for zero cost. I am still trying to get my $600 refund and they promise it is being processed and then I never hear back from them. I would not use this organization. These young kids with college debt do not need to be spending money on something they do not need. Very sad that this is happening.

Simple explanation of my options and the money I will be saving. They keep updated on the progress on my file and the thing I liked the most is that they charge one flat fee and provide me with yearly reassessment reminders so I do not get kicked out of the program.
