This agency has a horrible horrible service. The guy who work at the office lie to sell the insurance. Even management fight back to there owned customers . I request to talk with owner they keep telling me she is the busyes person in the world i can not talk with her directly .They are switching each other. Be carefully to talk with agency.. I should see the reviews before I buy the policy from them .
They are out to only get your money. My daughter was called for an insurance quote and they Agent advise her that she didnt need uninsured motorist. That was extra coverage. She called me regarding it and I told her of course she needed it if she had an accident and needed coverage she wouldnt have it. Good thing she came to me first before purchasing the policy. I cant imagine other customers getting insurance advice from them. Try to avoid this office they really dont know what they are doing.
This agency has a horrible service !!!, the sellers lie to sell the insurance. I have proof of his lies. they said that the first month I had to pay the first and last month of my policy, .. I can understand that I have paid the last month of insurance with that, right? .. but it is not so .. you must pay the amount of two months in your first payment. cancel my policy because my policy came more than the monthly agreed amount. Only one month page the agreed monthly amount, Every month appeared extras ...technically I was scammed
Ms Quintero’s support agents (Bre Campbell and Amalita) both are negligent in maintaining my policies. Mrs Campbell neglected to record my bank routing and account numbers for my auto policy for two terms, but had no trouble entering the same information for my motorcycle and house rental policy. When given a change of address, she neglected to record my new address on the auto policy as well as the motorcycle policy, but she had the correct info to change my renters policy bc it was the only one done correctly. When the Easy Pay did not collect the money from my bill pay account the auto policy went into default and I never received notifications by mail, nor a phone call. When I called the office to check to make sure the policy was drafting correctly on 4/20/18... I was told directly by Amalita that everything was ok and that my coverage was good for rental cars... she never made mention that my policy was CANCELED on 3/22/18, despite the 3/3/18 & 3/19/18 text inquiries I sent to Ms Campbell to make sure everything was working smoothly... I now have a suspended DL and a delinquent status for insuranceveith a laps. I’m looking at high rates and have to pay exponentially for reinstatement if DL and reissuing my tags. Additionally they have adversely affected my credit!!! No one will feed up to their errors nor return my calls!!! I’m so upset!!! I’m reporting this to the board of Insurance Commissioners as well as a complaint to Allstate.
