Didnt carry boxes or the ability to print labels. Im sure the service is great but someone told me on the phone they did before I went there to get disappointed

Left the package on the front porch under the eave of the roof in the rain. Didnt even have the decency to knock on the door. Completely soaked the entire package. I was home. No knock on the door, nothing. Good Job, FedEx. NOT

Had a FedEx express van use my driveway as a turn around and ran over my water meter and the metal rods and the wooden box that was built around it so people could see it and NOT run over it, have the van on camera, did not attempt to fix or even leave a note, company has been called, still no reply
