My son took our new to us SUV to them. They checked out our new front end. Gave it a good report. Our tires will need to be replaced. They found knots and they are dry rotted and coming apart. They didnt charge a thing! Thank you!

These guys are awesome! I’m from out of town and bought a camper in Pell City that needed tires before going home. Pulled in and my diesel truck quit in the parking lot! Mitchell checked it, ordered the part, had me going in no time. And I’m not even sure if they do diesel work! Thank you guys for fixing my truck and For my camper tires.

Brought my daughters car in to get it aligned and tires rotated. Mechanic called me out to show me a large knot and separated belts on a tire. I told them thanks and that I would be back later after replacing the tire to get the service. The guys there refused to let me leave with that tire on the car and put one on there that they had for free until I could get replacements. Great people. They get all of my business now.

They were so very nice and helpful! My truck was making a noise when I pressed the brakes so I took it to them to check on it. Lol, as is the usual case, it did not make the noise again. They checked the brakes thoroughly all around and found the brakes in good condition!! When I returned to pick up my truck, NO CHARGE!!!! I really do appreciate people who are honest and fair with me!! They will have my business in the future!! I will be needing new tires on my truck soon and I will go to them for tires. I did not ask about oil changes but if they do them, they will have my business for those as well! Thank you guys so very much!!

I let someone put a lift kit on my Jeep and they put parts on incorrectly. Took it in they fixed what they seen was wrong. After I got it back and drove it it was making a worse noise so I called them back and they told me to bring it back. I did and there was something else wrong with it completely! They fixed that problem and a few others without me asking and didn’t charge me a dime for the second visit and apologized for not catching it the first time. They will have my business from now on! These guys seem to be very knowledgeable, and are definitely very polite and usually willing to work with you giving you the best deal. They give a military/veteran discount too, which I find nice because around here most businesses dont except on Veterans Day. Both of my vehicles were outfitted with shoes from these guys and the quality at their price point, youre gonna have trouble trying to match much less beat. Not to mention they do free rotate and balancing on all new tires they mount for the life of the tires! By all means do yourself a favor and check these guys out at City Tire in Pell City if your vehicle is ever in need of some new shoes

The kind of place who tell you your brakes are fine when you go in to have them checked. They earned my trust and business that day. Could have just as easily replaced them and charged me. Honesty goes a long way.

Good people, got my car in and had 4 tires put on. Price was good, no problems, would go back and have for 6 years.

Even though my bill here was almost $300 they could not even be bothered with cleaning my wheel to make sure my tires were sealed. Because I live out of state I had to throw more money at my tires to have them inspected and cleaned by someone else because they weren’t done right the first time.

Nice friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Was in and out in no time. I would reccomend this to my friends and family.

PLEASE PLEASE do not go to these people if you love your family. This is the tire they sold my wife for $50. It is dry rotted, leaks air and has a horrible bounce to it from the metal bands being broke. I go back to them and ask for my money back, they tell me they dont guarantee their tires. I know any other place Ive bought tires gives a 7 day guarantee on used tires. We just needed a tire to last until our new set came in and it didnt last that long. Had to put the spare back on. These guys are some sorry thugs selling a Woman with a small child of all things a tire in this shape. If my Wife and daughter wouldve got hurt, this guy named Jeff that runs City Tire would have had some broken knee caps.

Slow service . Had to get tire reserviced the next day

Went to 2 other tire shops to have tire plugged or patched. Both said it could not be repaired and wanted to sale me a tire. Then I went to City Tire and within 30 minutes the tire was patched and I was on my way. Have had no problems since having it patched. Highly recommend City Tire for all tire service.

Price too high just to move and balance a tire: $20 It was $5 cheaper @ the other place. The staff was just great and the place is brand new. Theyre probably why theyre pricey.

I had an emergency situation in which I needed a tire plugged, and only had about 30 mins while I was on lunch break. They got me in and done in about 10 mins. The guys were very friendly and super fast. It was a lot cheaper than expected as well. I will definitely be back for any tire needs in the future.

Went there to get a replacement tire for my friends RV that blew out on our way down to Talladega. These people couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. They mounted a new tire within 10 minutes after arriving.And as an added bonus, I needed to fill a 35 gallon fresh water tank and they gladly did it for me no charge. They even found an RV drinking hose to fill it for me.This is a small business that’s top notch!

I went in and left a wheel to be mounted with a new tire to test fit on my childs truck. took time off work to come back the next day to do the test fit, the wheel was still sitting there. I had a bad experience here similar to this years ago but thought I would give them another try. I was expecting to spend $2500 for new wheels and tires...If you have this much trouble when trying to buy, how much more difficult will it be if you have an issue.I want to buy local, but I will NEVER spend a dime with these people.

I found a great deal on a new dealer only part. I asked them before I bought it if they would put it on. I was told We will put on any part for $75 an hour. I shelled out for the part, took them the car and they didnt want to put it on.I was very unhappy that no one from the service desk bothered to called me, they had the mechanic do it. No suggestions offered. It just wasnt City Tires problem.
