I went into to buy a battery tie down, Willie C the manager came out to make sure the battery was okay and it wasn’t. Another company we went to said everything was fine. Willie went above and beyond to help my husband and I and prevented thousands of dollars of damage. Amazing customer service, all the associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Best service hands down.

My man Ross is killing it! Great customer service and always respectful to guests. He is quite informed on vehicle maintenance and doesn’t hesitate to go above and beyond when it comes to satisfying us customers and our concerns. I’ve long loved Auto Zone for their resources, but Mr. Ross just put the icing on top of the cake; what an outstanding employee you have on the team. Once again, I had great service at the AutoZone in Pearland. I went with car battery issues. They tested my old battery and replaced it for me after it was determined to be bad. Willie C. gave us great attention and was prompt with the installation. Definitely recommend them for any service.

THANK YOU MR. WILLIE!!!I came here at 7:00 AM because my car battery was going dead. At that time I didn’t know if it was the battery, starter or even what to do. The morning manager in AutoZone Pearland was not giving me any help or solution to my issue. It was clear he just wanted to make a sale. I came back to the same AutoZone the same day and Mr. Willie took great care of me. I ended up getting a new battery from the manufacturer thanks to Mr. Willie and he even offered to put the new battery in. His motto is he likes to help people and he was in fact the most helpful person I’ve spoken with in this whole issue (especially cause I didn’t know a thing about what to do.) I will only be coming back for Mr. Willie and he has turned me from crying in the parking lot to a happy customer! Thank you again Mr. Willie @ Pearland autozone!

Manager Tommy left me speechless in amazement of his customer service, skills and competence. I had my oil changed at another auto company that couldnt replace my air filter due to being out of stock. I was so upset and frustrated but AMAZING Tommy came to my rescue!!! It was raining heavily and I needed to purchase motor oil, so I called the store when I was on my way and explained that it was only my toddler and I and I didnt want to get my daughter wet, and the gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I have exclusively used Autozone in the past for all of my vehicle parts purchases and have mostly used this store. This was a horrible customer service experience on this occasion. I ordered a brake kit and was promised its delivery two days later. The kit did not arrive that day as it had been promised when I made the purchase. On the fourth day I phoned and the kit had still not arrived. I told the attendant I wanted to cancel the order and was hung up on. I phoned back thinking we might have been accidentally disconnected and spoke to another attendant who said he would check on the order and then told me it would be here the next day. I told him I had heard this before and I wanted to cancel the order. He told me he could not cancel the order until the kit came in and that I would then need to come into the store and sign something. I told him I was not going to do that and he hung up on me. Wow! I have never had a company treat me this way.

Enjoyed their services 4 years ago.. decided to come back to check my batteries.. The manager says the battery is bad.. The manager provided $30 for the old battery. Than charges me $200 for new batteries.. sells the idea that I got a great deal!!! I went online I found the same spec batteries for half the price 2 miles away!! I ask about this and they are saying transaction is already done.. that was 30 minutes ago!!.. Very disappointed with their overall services.. I wish they were more honest and provide information instead of removing my old batteries and installing a new one without my permission. I asked them to provide a detail of how they prorated the battery... nothing... If they had provided me with options I would have been totally fine... they didn’t do that . Very disappointed!!Update:I went back to the store and spoke to a man who took the time to listen to what I had to say. I am disappointed on how things went overall but he did a better job of fixing the issue. Thanks again to the manager that help.

Great, helpful and friendly customer service! Went last week to get windshield wipers for my moms car and my own car, Erick helped me find the right wipers and changed them out for me. I went back a week later to put wipers on my own car, which I never tried to do it myself. Just walked in told them I needed help, no questions asked, young lady went outside with me and did it in minutes! Thank you!

The young man that assisted me today was cordial, friendly and professional. I only wish he had been wearing a name tag so that I could talk about the model assistance.Much different from my last visit (last week) with the young lady who seemed to have had NO training nor professionalism. None!!!So today I tried to have a word with the Parts Manager to explain/complain (whatever)about the horrible way I was treated as a customer and he (Parts Manager) nor the Store Manager were interested enough to stop or even make eye contact or LISTEN to me. They could not grasp the gravity of the situation nor comment about what happened to me: one of their customers. Immediately when they realized the gist of what I was saying (a complaint). And while I was in mid-sentence the Store Manager asked when did this occur and simply walked off. The Parts Manager was on his way to lunch and didnt seem to give a care. CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MEANS SOMETHING TO SOME PEOPLE.

An unprofessional employee by the name ISAAC at this location, was called to handle my return. He treated me without dignity. It was just a tool costing less than $15 purchased less than 24hrs ago. He questioned me like I had not right to make such return. Also making believe he is handling something else. I don’t know why he wanted to waste my time. Ask for my phone number many times as well as my name, to the point I told him not to process with that return for him to tell me that he finished it. Then, he refused to process the new item that I was purchasing at the same time. I don’t think this man belongs to our community. Very bad!!!!!

My husband just left Auto Zone was waiting patiently to checkout for 15min asked one of the clerks can I pay for this 3 times rudely ignored and the clerk decided to check 2 more other costumers that were there after my husband, my husband did not say anything until he was done with the other 2 customer because of course its not there fault this worker which was wearing a gray shirt was deciding to ignore my husband he stood there until my husband asked him once again can I check this out please? are you ignoring me? and he replied you werent in line my husband said why would I be in line? that line is for people that need something from the back I have in my hands what Ive been asking you for the past 15 minutes can I check out, I was here before the other 2 costumers you just helped and you have just ignored me. The only thing he did was keep ignoring my husband got an attitude and still decided to ignore my husband while doing the transaction. Very disappointed I mean if you dont have customer service if you dont want to interact with your customers please dont go to work or please AutoZone get rid of these type of people that really dont want to work. Today is October 14, 2020 the time my husband was checked out was around 7pm. What a disapointment!

Just wow Erik is the best!!! He was helpful with helping me with getting my battery tested asked me when did my battery go bad and he did a full test before selling me a battery and gave me all the details on each battery they have for sale he should be promoted to manager position! I’ve seen him help two customers at the same time on different computers he’s a hard worker!!! This AutoZone has hard workers that help as possible!

I just left this place and received the WORST customer service from Issac. The young lady there didnt know the answer to my question. She asked Issac and he answered by stating, She needs to look in her manual, and quickly walked off. I asked the young lady why couldnt she look it up and she stated, He is the manager. I do whatever he says. I went outside, got the book, looked, was confused, and asked her if anyone else was there to help. She stated that Issac was commercial and her DYI people werent there. I informed her that I normally come in the evenings and receive EXCELLENT customer service and this was my reason for coming back. I asked for a manager or a number to call and complain because I wasnt receiving any assistance. After stating they didnt have a number, I informed her that someone was above Issac. She then walks over to Issac and tells him everything. He called me over, asked what did I need, and tells me that he didnt understand what she said the first time and could look up the light in the system. He pulled the light up, then tells me to pop my hood and hell be outside. There was only one other customer in the store. However, it took him a few minutes to come outside. He comes out, have me to turn on my lights, then tells me that my lights are good. I tell him that Toyota said it was the outside yellow light. He states that they are all good. I thanked him and walks off and put his phone to his ear and starts talking.WOW! Issac had no intentions on assisting me. He was there to diffuse the situation by coming outside and just TELLING me my lights were okay.His lack of customer service has deterred me from shopping at this location again. I entrusted this Auto Zone to assist me with preparing my car to be PCSed to England due to past experiences and they failed me. His actions are not what I would have expected of a manager.

Located on 518 near Canes. I like the staff at this location. They are ready willing able and knowledgeable. I don’t go in for much more than tools and Freon but I get answers when I ask questions not guesses. Customer service is my peeve. It’s awesome here.

The pricing is pretty competitive and sales associate are mostly knowledgeable, but it is luck of the draw, as in the past 8 years I have been here there hasnt been consistency of the staff. If you are a DIY - shade tree mechanic, they usually do have decent deals on oil&filter combo.

Car battery died...no warning. Tried to jump and no luck. Was eating at place about 400 yds away from this Auto Zone Store. Walked over and asked if they could test my battery. Anahi helped me out and walked over to test and verified dead. Sold me a new battery, hopped in her car with tools and battery, headed over to my car and swapped me out. Great customer service!
