My child has been attending for almost half a year. Every location I’ve been to is the same outcome. The instructors are so patient, compassionate and motivational to kids. I’ve never had an issue. They are all awesome. My kid LOVES it!

I’ve been training here since the beginning and it’s be a true life changing experience, this place brings all the positivity and happiness you could ever want and brings it together to make you enjoy your time there. The people here look out for you no matter what and are always happy to help you even if it’s out of the way I would most definitely recommend this place to everyone I could if you are looking for a amazing workout inside a positive place.

My kids come here and they love it! Their instructors are amazing and they inspire my children to give their 100% not just at the studio but also at home and at school. They learn not just martial arts but values they can use in everyday life.

My 4 kids began PMA a few weeks ago, and I cant say enough about this quality program! The instructors are enthusiastic, the classes are structured and high energy with not a second wasted, and its a really friendly place. They do an outstanding job modeling the moves and not only teaching self-discipline as it relates to martial arts, but also life. They encourage the kids to carry these skills off the mat as well.

They just do not teach martial arts, but also common sense and good values
