This place is trash!!!!..... If I could give a 0 this place is below that.... 4 people behind the counter and not one could not help me with a box twice as big as Im because of store policy???.... Ive been to different ups store and 1person worked and was able to help me lift a box from my car in the store... Dont go to this location if you need help lifting your own package.Even if it was for FedEx I wish I wouldve known at least they have enough Courtesy to help with a package per customer request regardless of how many people was behind the counter or if it was in the right place or not.... It still does not excuse the garbage customer service this location have!!!!!

DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS! I went in to drop off an HP return for a defective 85 pound printer. When I asked the employee, who turned out to the owner, if he could help me unload it from the back of my car, he said no because he couldnt leave the store unattended and he was the only one there. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE, just me. My vehicle was backed up to the curb 6 feet from the door and would have taken less than 30 seconds, but he refused. The owner knows nothing about customer services, is a complete JERK (A**hole is actually more appropriate), and needs to go out of business.

Usually this location has good & friendly customer service. Today I went in there and there was a different worker that I didnt recognize. I went to leave an Amazon return item with a label that I had printed. I placed the Amazon item on the counter. She takes the label from me and then asks me if I planned on shipping it that way. (meaning without the packing box). I tell her its an Amazon return & I tell her I didnt have a box for it and she tells me- well you know, theyre only about $2.49 at the store. I could clearly see that she was being rude and sarcastic because I had already told her its an Amazon return item. I ask her- you dont do that here? You cant package it here? She goes-no. yes, well take care of it, Im just saying that you can get them at the store. At that point, I just stopped talking to her as I waited for my receipt and I know any further conversation is pointless to a rude worker. Her sarcasm and irritation was clearly noticeable since the time she began speaking to me to the time she said have a nice day. We all know Amazons contract with UPS is that- you take the items back to a UPS store and they package it properly for you. And common sense should tell the worker that it may be an Amazon return instead of asking me, you plan on sending it like that. This question is clearly trying to insult the customers intelligence. I said Thank you and walked out. A message to that worker- be grateful that you have a job during these times when many dont. Be grateful Amazon has a contract with your place of employment and they keep your workplace busy. I left and had a great day, indeed!

I was returning equipment from AT&T and Darrell helped me. This young man was friendly, knowledgeable, & thorough. He answered a few questions for me and, when he didnt know the answer, found out for me. The store was well lit, clean, & spacious. All employees wore masks & applied social distancing procedures. Ill be back! Nice experience.

I refuse to business with this location and it’s staff because they are inconsiderate to its citizens freedoms, the Texas mask mandate is over however if some stores ask is employees to wear them, or if citizens choose to wear the masks by their own will that is fine. But I will not stand for customers forced to wear a mask to commerce in business. I am a law abiding citizen and I take my freedom in my own hands, my freedom will not end where the few have fears begin. I will never come to this location again, they have lost my business and I assume others agree with me and will boycott this location.

Best shipping experience I have ever had! Mrs. B had the most positive attitude! Such a pleasurable person and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me make the most economical decisions and was a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to only ship here as long as she is around!

If you plan to come here come way before the closing time 7pm. They lock the door way before closing time although employees stay there way after closing time. Lesson learn.

This is by far the best UPS store I have been to. “B” is the best employee - very detailed and takes the time to greet and explain everything to customers! Very pleased with service! Will definitely be back.

06/20/2021 Apparently they’re now closed on Sundays, but they didn’t update their hours online or on the door of their store. So I drove 20 mins out of my way (40 mins total) to go to the only UPS store that was theoretically open. 🙄

Came here during the week to ship a box (it was urgent). Store was not open at 230 and no note was outside with information why it was closed during the middle of the day. Im extremely disappointed.

Their website gave me a 9 am appointment for notary service, but when I got there for my appointment, they told me the notary wouldnt be in until 9:30.

Just contact Amazon they told me we are not to pay for return labels forgot how much to use computer but 3 dollars to send it to them for them to print it out don’t do it contact Amazon and let them know what’s going on

I am overwhelmed with the service and attitude of all employee especially Khusboo very enticing personality always there to help you out. She helped me printing the Tracking paper leaving her workstation. She was so patient and supportive during the whole process. Happy to find good ups store in pearland. Keep it up Khusbu

Im surprised to see that this store has any ratings less than 5 stars. Josh and everyone at the UPS store always takes great care of me and my business. We have been using them for shipping needs and color prints for years. They are so efficient and professional. Being a local business ourselves, we have had to rely on them for quick and custom jobs to get things done on short notice. Whenever I give them a request, they manage to take care of it immediately and they get it done right. Fantastic customer experience is why they are my go to place to get things done.

I requested my package be held here for me to pick up. I called at 10:54 am to ask about the time of day UPS delivered packages to this location and was told that driver arrival time was between 12 and 1pm. Exactly 5 minutes later I received a email from the UPS driver that my package was dropped off at this UPS store and was available to pick up. It took me 20 to 25 minutes to drive to the store from my residence. When I arrived the 2 people running the place were busy checking in the packages that had been dropped off by the UPS truck. I provided my ID and asked that they find a large box with my name on it. They said I would have to wait until they were finished checking in the packages to find mine. As I waited and waited and waited for this check in process to finish there were 2 more customers who came, were waited on and left but didnt have to wait for the check in process to be completed. A clear cut case of discrimination against this elderly white man by a young black man and a young Hispanic female. I followed up with UPS and provided all the details but never heard back. I will find a different place to do business in the future.

These workers here were so sweet and so quick to get everything mailed for me. Not only that, they went above and beyond to take care of me by keeping my little 2 year old entertained while I had to help package a few things. Ill definitely only be using this store!! We havent even left the parking lot and Im writing this review because Im so impressed with the customer service.

I have always experiences amazing customer service here which is why I love coming here for dropping off packages. One time I came in with my baby daughter and a already stamped box and the employee told me he understands being a parent and getting kids out of cars. So he offered to me in the future I can call from the parking lot and he would come out and retrieve my packages so I wouldnt have to get my kid all unbuckled.The store sometimes seems messy and dated but I think that is more attributed to it being a postal store.

I love this UPS location. They take care of all my packing needs, mail forwarding and more. I’ve moved serval times (even out of the country) but will not close my box at this store. They are super great to work with! Thanks Josh and team ;)

Will not allow you to open a mailbox if you cannot come in personally. Said because of scams they dont allow it. The thing is I have several mailboxes in Houston and no one else has an issue with it.Updated 7/5/19 - Reply to Response: I am not mad, I am providing a review of my experience with your UPS store. I called other UPS stores throughout Houston and Nevada, no other UPS store has had a problem with doing a mailbox over the phone/email, as long as form 1583 is notarized & I provide 2 forms of ID. You have the right to not do it; however, my review is 1 star because of this.

Joshua assisted me with notary services today, which took about 15 minutes. There were several details and such that had to be addressed, and he addressed all as if it was for himself personally. Thank you, and you deserve to be recognized for your excellent customer service!

UPS tried to deliver package to my apartment. Since nobody was at home, they took it to this facility but never left me a note. I had to call the sender to get the tracking info. When I finally went there with the tracking number, the attendant checked the tracking number and told me it was never received by them and gave me a phone number of UPS’s customer service. I called the number and was told that the package was in fact received by somebody named ‘Josh’ at the same facility. I went back to the store and told them about it. They looked for the package again and, guess what, found it this time. The mail delivery person was careless and the first attendant was absolutely incompetent. We expect better services from UPS.

I accidentally placed the wrong item in a package. I returned 4 hours later, and the two guys and lady went through the piles of packages and found my box. Awesome teamwork, customer service, and attitudes!!!!

I am more upset with the customer service of the the two employees at this location more than anything else. After paying to get two books binded I realized half of the pages was not done properly and breaking off. The Employee response was.. What do you want me to do about it? The best they can do is offer $2 refund..lol.. I had to unbind both books to get my total refund of $21 and two completely destroyed. I would had been ok with it they had suggested to refund my money and left the books as is. Now I have to buy two more books and find a store that will do it right!.. In response to the owner, your statement is not the true to what happened. My books were in tact when I entered your store and your employee said I would have to unbind them myself, no problem. Not once was it mention that it would be difficult, I was under the impression that you knew what you were doing (I was wrong). I noticed that your are quick to make excuses, instead of making things right! I guess customer retention is not important to you..

Had to wait 10 mins in line to drop off a package. People in front just kept talking and wouldnt leave. The employees didnt bother to try and end the conversation. Made everyone wait. Not as bad as the post office but still bad.

It is currently 8:30 am and the store is not opened like it is supposed to be. This is a major inconvenience. If I didnt show up to open my own store I would get fired on the spot. This is extremely poor customer service. This is the lowest star rating I could give them.

While this is the closest location and I end up using it, its not a great experience generally. The good employees tend to not last long. I generally drop my Ebay packages, but have mailed things before and customer service is quite poor, training of employees seems marginal if it exists at all. I had shipped some tires out and they forgot to send them when normal shipment was picked up, delaying the order embarrassingly for me. I arrived at 5:00pm when they close at 5 and the guy was rude and had obviously started closing at 4:40 so he could walk out the door at 5:01, while acknowledge I was late, he made zero effort to help and just said were closed and slammed the door and ran off to his car while I stood there. I didnt expect him to start re-open the store and boot up the computer and all for scanning one box but I was a bit taken aback at how rude he was. Seems par for the course at this location.
