These guys are awesome. Had issues with my 2018 L5P Duramax . Talked to Will with my issues and he was able to get parts and have job completed the very next day. They even offered to pick up my truck if it couldn’t be brought to there shop. If anyone has any sick diesels, I would definitely recommend these guys to help make your diesel feel better again.

Will and his guys are very professional. My truck had a lot of issues, and they got it all taken care of for me and even stayed after hours to get it fixed. I can now drive a safe vehicle, will 100% be going back every time, these guys won’t yank your chain. Very honest, hard-working, knowledgeable mechanics. Shop like these are hard to come by!!

So I had a small issue with fuel pressure sensor on my 07 ram 3500. I called them and they were able to take me in quick. Was in and out in less than a hour but while I was there I was impressed by the other number of trucks present. Kind of a confidence booster knowing that others prefer their service and then looking at the workload on the board also confirmed that they are capable of all sorts of jobs when working with diesel trucks. I left satisfied with the service provided and definitively feel confident enough to bring my truck back again. Thank you guys you have a repeat customer for sure.

The crew at Burntout Diesel Performance has done me an awesome job! When I dropped off my truck it was like talking with buddies. A friendly atmosphere. From helping me choose a lift and installing it, took care of my last minute decision on traction bars they had in stock. Wheel and tire install + alignment they handled it. These guys put in the hours to get my ride in and out and communicated where they were in the process and even delivered my truck to me over 40 miles away upon completion. I’d definitely recommend giving this shop a call!

We were on a family vacation in Galveston when we started having trouble with my 14 ram 2500. I call BDP. I explained my situation and WILL was able it get my truck in and fixed the very next day. Took truck to Will back in march for some performance upgrades, an have been completely amazed at how good the truck runs and performs! Ordered some other mods for the truck, shipped an tracking info sent within an hour of pay!

Nothing but good stuff to say. I was having some issues with my truck and they were able to get me in right away and had the truck available the next day. To top off the great customer service, the guys delivered the truck to my home after hours. Definitely will be back in the future.

The Burnt Out Performance team did a great job on the modifications performed on my 2015 Denali and were priced very competitively. I originally used third-party vendors that supplied subpar materials and this team bent over backwards to get replacement parts delivered next day to ensure I was happy. I will definitely use them again should I need any further work done.

If you need any work done on your vehicle make sure you come to Burnt Out Diesel performance.I was in Texas with my fiancé when my truck started having issues with the radiator and there was no way I could make it all the way back to Louisiana where my house was. Worst part was I was burning money staying in hotels and I had to work since I’m in the Coast Guard and couldn’t just take days off in a whim. Anyway I tried the Ford dealers in the area to get the fix done but they were all totally useless (no surprise there.) A friend recommended me to Will at Burnt out diesel performance and the same day they had my truck in the shop being worked on. They threw in a whole new cooling system since the fan blades on my truck fried the radiator and punched holes in it. I was on the road the next day by noon.I can’t say enough good things about them and they really proved what it means to be a good auto shop and mechanics. If you need ANYTHING done to your vehicle, theyre the guys to go with.
