A & A Cleaning Services is the most professional and organized service I have used. They call at the beginning of the week to confirm and call after the service is complete to make sure we were happy with everything. I appreciate their attention to detail and consistent service. The ladies did a great job in my family room, kitchen and main bathroom area. I have three cats that I’m fostering along with our own four cats and three dogs. Things can get out of hand now with everyone in my house working. I was so happy to walk in the door to a clean house. It was money well spent!

Communication and booking of the deep cleaning on the phone was professional, I was told 2 cleaners would come. On cleaning day, however, without any courtesy check-in if that would be acceptable, 4 cleaners came to our house. At COVID times not OK! Especially when one of the cleaners wears her mask only covering her mouth. We have been self-isolating and do not feel comfortable with that many strangers in our house. They got the job done quickly, but not deeply. I wanted to take pictures of everything but didnt because there were too many areas cleaned poorly.Here are just some of the examples: The blinds still had dust on them, they had only been wiped off with a dry duster and not even entirely. Some baseboards were not cleaned at all. There were smudges/grime on virtually all mirrored surfaces, our fridge was left oily with little dust specs (see pic 3). The protective mats on our kitchen rug were not even swept, not to mention mopped. Not even the sofa cushions were fluffed. The list goes on and on, unfortunately.We used this service, naively trusting the positive Google reviews but really regret it. For us they did a rush job, barely a regular cleaning, not to mention absolutely not a deep, thorough clean. Here is the kicker: When they called the next day to ask for feedback I very much let them know how unsatisfied we were due to all the issues. They offered to send cleaners again. After we had already been ambushed by a troop of 4 who didnt do a good job at all? No thanks. That is not how this issue can be fixed for I had to spend the rest of that day deep cleaning myself. They mentioned some customers like specific cleaning products - well if you cannot provide products that actually clean they might not be the right products.But guess what, they had the audacity to charge me the full $286 I was quoted for a deep clean which we did not receive whatsoever. The only thing deep about this cleaning is the disappointment. Do not recommend!

After 7 months of COVID, my house really needed some help with the dusting and floors. I had a service prior to covid. My husband was adamant he did not want anyone in the house during Covid. I tried to keep up, but sadly I failed. I researched cleaning services to determine if there was a service I could hire that followed Covid protocol. A & A cleaning looked like exactly what i was looking for. I called them and, after talking with a representative from A & A, my husband agreed to allow this service.We just had our first cleaning. The girls followed protocol, they did a great job. I will definitely have them back on a regular basis.

I am pretty picky about my house and was initially hesistant to hire someone else. I am so pleased at the outcome. I had a one time cleaning with full detail. Theres bad news and theres good news. The bad news is that I found multiple areas in my house that werent completely clean. The house was completely vacant when we had it cleaned, therefore it was easy to tell what was cleaned well and what wasnt. I called to report the issues simply because I know this information is beneficial to a business owner. Thats where the good news comes in. Due to the problems I had, they mailed me an American Express gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture very much.

I have been dealing with A & A Cleaning Services since 2011. I know how hard these ladies work and they do a fantastic job!!!!! Of course being human we all make mistakes, but they try their best to make it right when they are made aware of a problem. They call after every cleaning to follow up. The ladies that come to your home are nice and the company does background checks before everyone is hired, I know other cleaning companies dont always have the most reputable people. My little apartment is always fresh and clean after the ladies have been there. I truly appreciate this company and the hard work they do.

After posting my initial complaint,A & A cleaning came back out to my house for a redo cleaning. I must say this time was far better than the first. Sandra is awesome as one of their Premier cleaning ladies, she made sure that each room was cleaned to my satisfaction. The owner spoke with me personally and apologize that I wasn’t satisfied the first time cleaning, and they followed up several times to schedule a redo. I appreciate their determination to make this right and planning to have them come out again. Merry ChristmasI am very disappointed in the services they provided. I called A& A to clean my house, as I had injury to my foot and was unable to do it for myself. The ladies showed up and immediate started. However, after they sd they were finished. The floors werent mopped properly and had smears, they did not get spider webs that were hanging low in the bathroom shower window, lint and dust on picture frames and window sills. I do not recommend them to anyone.

The crew at AA Cleaning are awesome. they spend spend hours and are very thorough. We have used them for several years now and i would recommend them highly. They saved my marriage, this house is just too big for us to handle alone.

I have used this cleaning service numerous times. The first couple times I used them, the quality of their work was amazing. They spent time paying attention to detail and making sure things were almost perfect. The last two times I used them the quality of the service was fair at best. They were late getting there and then only did a fair job. When I addressed my concerns with the company they informed me they have made changes to their service which has drastically reduced the quality. In addition, they informed me that the cleaning crew (2 people) were there 5.0 hours for a total of 10.0 hours of cleaning which is totally false. They arrived between 4:00pm and 4:30pm and exited my house at 7:30pm. That is not 10.0 hours of cleaning. The were going to charge me $205.68 for a one story, 3 bedroom house but when I voiced my concerns they offered a $20.00 discount. The service they provided was still not worth $184.03. I live in Pearland and try to use companies in Pearland but will seek other services. Very disappointed in this company that at one time did an outstanding job.

The administration was very pleasant. They fit me in for an appt last-minute, and that may have been the problem. Two women arrived, and first thing they tell me was, they barely told us to come here just now, as if to say -- we didnt plan on another home to clean, so let us just hurry up...which is precisely what they did. I was gone for 2 hours, and they were gone when I got back. My home isnt big, but it isnt small. Last time I checked, a thorough cleaning doesnt get done in 2 hours.I was given the option of a deep-cleaning, but had had one done not even 30 days prior. So i didnt ask for one. But what I received was your normal wipe-down, vacuum, maybe mop, and placing things neatly. It wasnt until a few days later I noticed they hadnt moved ANYTHING, which isnt good when you want things to get clean underneath some stuff (i.e. dusting UNDER things on the dresser, too, not just around it). Then I realized they hadnt cleaned inside stove, toaster oven, microwave, etc. So I paid $109 for something I could have easily done in 2 hours.Not impressed. But the administrative girls were nice. But nice doesnt clean my house, not for $109.

I used these ladies many times monthly over a nearly 3 year period. Each time it was a different crew. They started out fine. Each cleaning seemed to get faster and sloppier. By the last cleaning I was done. It seems that so were too they since they took their payment in 24K gold and pearls (~$3000). My mistake for leaving them in a closed but not locked drawer. THIEVES! AVOID!

Poor customer service! My first attempt to hire this service failed due to their lack of communications. The sales rep asked for another chance. When my son and his wife got married, I hired A & A to deep clean their home in preparation for guests, etc. I was very explicit with my instructions, over the phone, saying that I would go over all the details with the crew upon their arrival. They dispatched a Spanish-speaking crew! So, Im on the phone hearing excuses like, Well, thats the nature of our business.... I voiced my dissatisfaction at not being able to communicate to these workers. They promised they would send an English-speaking supervisor to the home in 15-20 minutes. No one showed! My son happened to come by and was able to communicate a little of what we wanted. He speaks only a little Spanish. I asked several times for the owner to call me. The owner never called, instead had her help call me. Will never use or recommend after the way I was treated.

Have used twice and paid the top dollar because I get behind on cleaning. I am surprised the vacuums they bring dont have attachments. They cant get behind or around or under furniture without attachments. I also prefer my 2 blinds be cleaned with sucking attachments instead of being slapped with damp rags, blowing the dust all over.Do you have a crew with a better vacuum? They do a great job with what they have to work with, but my house needs attachments.Thank you!! Olsons, Pearland

I was very unsatisfied with the service I received over the phone for a quote on cleaning my home. The woman that took my call was nice but unprofessional in that she stated she would call me back in 10-15 minutes and did not and the second time calling she stated 5 minutes and did not call back within those time frames. If you cannot meet those expectations, please avoid stating a time frame in which you will return the call. When the lady did call back she stated that it would be $250 to clean my under 1950 square foot home, and that was with $20 off...lol!! There are MUCH cheaper cleaning services in the Pearland area that do a great job! This company is trying to gain wealth out of cleaning homes and thats just ridiculous! My advice: keep searching, they are too expensive for the BASIC cleaning services offered!

About 2 weeks ago We paid for a deep cleaning and now I’m not sure what a deep cleaning is because our house looked exactly the same other than mopped floors and bed linens being changed. Ceiling Fans were not cleaned and are in reach with a step stool. furniture down stairs not dust, baseboards not cleaned and I could go on. They called and asked if we needed monthly service. My wife complains about their work every other day & was nice and said no thank you without letting them know how horrible the actual service was. That’s why I’m leaving this review. We will not be using them again or recommending them. You usually get what you pay for but not in this case 😡

The worst. Appt. scheduled between 1-3, A&A called at 3 and said someone would be there momentarily. Waiting till 3:330 and still no one. Save your time and go with someone else. Or just schedule this clown business and wait till no one shows up, same result, go with someone else.

For $180 to clean my less than 2000 sqft home (thats including the $20 coupon), I was expecting my house to be sparkling when it was done. Im the first to admit that Ive got high standards when it comes to a clean house, but I was extremely disappointed with the job A&A Cleaning did. Usually, my problem is companies do well on the initial clean and then slack off, but A&A NEVER impressed me. They did not do a good job at any of the cleaning, but the worst were the floors - they never even mopped! I ran a damp paper towel over the entry way tile and it came up completely covered in dirt. My husband called to complain and the offered to send someone back out. He let them know I had already cleaned the floors myself, and they said they would call us back and let us know what theyd do for us...cant say I was surprised when I didnt get a call back. I will not use A&A Cleaning ever again, nor would I recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning crew.
