ServPro is the perfect company for any and all mold removal. As a Service Manager for a dealership I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The Manager Kimberly is very polite, and professional. She makes sure that you are informed every step of the way and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.

More water damage. ServPro of Pearland/Friendswood was here the next day. Wall opened, ceiling partially removed, and much of the flooring removed. House looked a Harvey replay. Many machines, a jet engine roar and three days later: Quiet and ready for repairs. Entire process was done professionally and efficiently. Great people to work with, and I highly recommend this company should you ever need water remediation.

As an insurance professional, Servpro has always been a go to for me. Both with my own home flooding and recommending them to my insureds. Servpro of Friendswood/Pearland gets kudos for pivoting to support the insurance industry and helping professionals like me maintain their CE credits when we couldnt meet in person. The class I took was engaging and informative. When in person resumes, I will be happily driving half way across the state to take more classes.

They were very professional, took the time and care to help move all my belongings. They fully explained the whole process and clean up involved with the water damage in my home. They explained the before the during the after they followed up several times you couldn’t get a better company to come out and handle your repairs. Having half your house flood when pipes break is already devastating enough and then to have all the damage in your house and stuck trying to make sense of the disaster is not fun either. They were kind enough to send someone out to my house and assess some light water damage. Even though they didnt offer the exact services I needed to repair the home they were thorough and diligent in the review process and very helpful in identifying areas that needed repair.

Awful experience.I concur with the previous reviewer, they are nice folks but not very professional in what it is they do.He also told me trust him based on 17 years experience. And he knows what he is talking about.Experience: The workers that were sent over to do the restoration process and setting up the dehumidifiers were nice but one thing they did was they just came in and started tearing everything off (this was water damage) in the process they drilled holes in the kitchen cabinet baseboards when they very well could have removed the top board and drilled the holes. And now I am stuck with having to find replacements for my cabinets that match, however they no longer make the ones we bought (color) which were custom made. Now I have to deal with my insurance company (which is also being a pain in the A**) to get them to resolve this problem.Second, the machines the placed inside my home and left on for 3 days straight caused to much heat. Inside the temperature was over 90 F degrees (going off of my AC thermostat). This in turn caused damage to my backdoor frame board and to my dinning table which had a clear plastic covering and because of the high temperature caused it to stick to the table. I did not notice this until a few days later when getting ready for the holidays (this occurred a week before thanksgiving). Now its left stained and damaged.The 17 yr of experience guy (who is pictured by the first reviewer stated awesome) makes senseless excuses and reasons to avoid responsibility. Both him and my (NATIONWIDE) insurance adjuster pathetically stupid. Note: I definitely will be switching insurance companies!

If possible try to use different ServPro location or another service provider. Overall, they were professional but left out important information. I ended up using a different service provider. Theyd probably be fine in most cases, but if you are a busy person, their coordination may cause you additional inconvenience.1. The inspector did not have the correct moisture measurement instrument, and he just said to trust him based on 17 years experience.2. The inspector failed to mention that clean water exposure after a week is treated as black water and requires much more material removal.3. A schedule was discussed, but the crew showed up without a appointment confirmation email or phone call. We were not prepared to vacate our house with less than half day notice.4. The lead technician agreed to call me the next day, but I found out from my insurance adjuster that ServPro would not be able to do the work from three more days.They were nice.Good luck

I am the manager at Pearmain self storage Friday we had a pretty bad leak my whole office was flooded we immediately called Servpro they were on site within the hour and they did a fantastic job I highly recommend them and if we ever run into this kind of problem again we will definitely be giving them a call thank you guys the crew was awesome and very knowledgeable

Bellaire location really screwed us in a real time of need. Told us they would be there and called us two hours later and said they couldnt make it.Since yall are independently owned from the Bellaire location. Five stars for you! Please learn from the Bellaire/Rosenberg locations mistake.

ServPro of Pearland went far and beyond to take care of my husband and I. The job they did was fantastic from cleaning air ducts, cleaning my ceramic tile and also general make ready cleaning. I walked in my home finally after almost a year of living in an RV from Harvey and it was like walking into a new home. I will always recommend ServPro to anyone that mentions having water issues ext., in their home. ServPro is actually a one stop shop and I am so grateful for their expertise and professional ways. Kudos to the whole group you made my life so much easier.
