I have called to get a quote several times. Someone took a message with my name and phone number. The last time I called was over a month ago. No reply yet. Very disappointed thought Geico was better than that.

I am very disappointed! I had an appointment schedule to get an inspection for my car around 8:30 am mind you I arrived to the auto collision place at 7:45am . Well, here comes 8:30am and no one ever showed up . I had to call the claims department, because I didn’t have a number to call someone to see if they were going to show up. Well it’s almost 9am and I’m still here, Luckily the Customer rep is very helpful, but it was very unprofessional from the claims adjuster not to show up and not even call me to tell me that he would not even be able to make it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

I dont usually give bad reviews, but enough is enough. My car was in the body shop for more than two months, and they approved only used parts. Body shop, and I get exhausted with all of this. Also other time they didnt give me the discount that I got 😒

Had to get an emergency tow. Called several tow trucks finally got one that came from 45 miles away. My geico insurance had a max of $100.00 for tow, but they have to call the tow provider or they only pay $50.00. They said read the fine print on the policy when I asked why they only paid $50.00. Thanks Geico. My tow was $350.00To get me out of rush hour traffic on I-10 where I was stuck in my car with 70 mile an hour traffic going by both sides of my car in the dark. Very scary, we were blessed to get off the road without getting hurt or killed. I really didnt think I was in a position to wait on anyone. had to

After 30 yrs of being a GEICO they went up on our insurance 120% because my husband damaged the back top of his truck backing into a parking spot. Because of the weather he couldnt see the sign low clearance. I would rather they gave us a notice saying we wont renew your policy which wouldve given us time to find a new carrier. Very unprofessional.

Geico is surely ripping off by sending us a soft quote with the lowest rates and then when we call local agents - Ms Ross at the Pearland Office - Managed by ERIC MAYS in Houston, they run the same data and run us through the same data by asking us the same questions (SWASTING OUR TIME) which I have already done on my online quote. ( QUOTE REF#Reference Number: 505267T4350357)In this case, we also agreed on a certain rate and I have the confirmed email from GEICO for the auto quote and I gave Ms Ross at the Pearland Office - Managed by ERIC MAYS MY CREDIT CARD #, waiting for her to run it and after few minutes she backs off by not giving me the advertised rates.Only answer she could give was I got a speeding ticket in 2017 which is not a claim at all and these speeding tickets are five years old.NEVER EVER FALL FOR THEIR SOFT QUOTE you get by mail/Email.Even there adverstisment are fake... not genuine, They may have been good five year before. I had policies with GEICO BUT now they are TOTAL RIP OFF******IN SHORT - GEICO is a TOTAL RIPOFF*****

Geico was higher than Progressive and Progressive had $10,000 medical and Geico only offered me $5,000.

My car stopped working and I requested roadside assistance in which is part of my insurance coverage. After receiving a confirmation I waited for a tow truck to arrive. After waiting a hour I called the toll number only to realize my request has been cancelled due to the provider not having the right equipment. I spoke with the agent for 45 minutes to locate a provider only to be denied multiple occasions. Luckily, I had a family member to assist me with getting home and have my car towed the following morning. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else because this is a frightening situation to be stranded with my grandkids. Thanks Geico for previous service and I will be cancelling at my earliest convenience.

Geico Insurance has great customer service, a app to file claims or review policies ID cards or make payments. I have been with them for 5 years and very happy.

I phone the Pearland location and Eddie was able to provide me with a full coverage quote for 3 vehicles. He was patient, good listener and, anticipated some of the questions/concerns I needed to be aware of in making my decision. We made several follow up phone appointments, and Eddie was consistently prompted when getting back to me.I found Eddie good and consistent in conducting his job.

Eddie was amazing. He walked me through the process of switching auto insurance companies and answered all of my questions thoroughly and accurately. He also worked with our very busy schedules and made sure our new renters policy was good-to-go. We ended up saving over $720/yr (25%) between car and renters insurance. Wow!

I would like to share my opinion and vent my displeasure, aggregavation and piss poor responsiveness with GEICO insurance claims department. Their client/insured party totaled my daughters car and their client got the police citation!!! One would think by not hiring one of these law firms that Geico would be grateful to pay out the value of the insurance claim but, Geico piddl-paddle about until I had to threaten lawyer several times and still took 5 weeks to get the claims money!!! I find this to be irresponsible and shameful of GEICO, and feel it is my udty to share a bad review !! They did not provide excellent service, they did not provide any care and concernthey rate very low iny book, and had I known how they would be I would hire an attorney right AWAY!!!VERY MUCH DISSAPPOINTED IN GEICO

It didnt take long at all, did this while at work. Eddie, my insurance agent who was helping me out, was patient very helpful and got me the lowest quote Ive ever had in my life. Im just a regular dude with couple tickets on my record and still was able to get full coverage for two vehicles. Forget those other cheap insurance companys that feed you lies and steal your money. I had a wonderful experience opening my first ever policy in the US, thank you Ana B. for taking such a great care of me!

I requested emergency roadside assistance through the GEICO app for fuel delivery. After 20 minutes of the request still being processed, I called GEICO roadside customer service number and was told that they where unable to locate a provider. Why didnt someone call and tell me that? I was then told that I could call a wrecker and pay to have my vehicle towed and wait for reimbursement. Thats if I didnt want to wait 2 hours for them to try and find someone to dispatch out to me. My last option was to call 911 and report a non emergency and they could come help. I did that and in 5 min a wrecker and local police department was there. I was told I had to pay $160 for a tow to a gas station (a mile away) and if I didnt have the funds my vehicle would be impounded. I called GEICO again because the wrecker told me the insurance company should be able to pay the fee over the phone. The rep said that wasnt an option because GEICO doesnt have a credit card to do so. (Most major insurance companies do)Again I was told to pay the fee and submit for reimbursement that could take three weeks to get back. I pay for roadside in my policy and called for $5 worth of gas and after two hours ended up being inconvenienced by having to pay out of pocket for a tow because GEICO couldnt find someone to bring their customer $5 worth of gas. Fortunately I was able to pay the wrecker, but the lack of accommodation for your customer is unbelievable. All of this at 5 in the morning in a dark highway. Ive been with GEICO for only two months. I switched from State Farm but will definitely be going back!

Eddie Martinez was our Geico Agent that helped us. He was easy to talk to and very honest with us. He was patient as I asked a lot of questions and had concerns. He was reassuring and eased my mind. Switching to Geico saved us $360 a month. That’s outrageous!! I also called him back to change my parents insurance as well. He saved them $125 a month which really helped them! I’ve had geico for my car insurance for several years. Now and then I search for a cheaper rate but I haven’t found one yet. I’ve never had a claim so I don’t know how they are as far as handling claims, just that they have very competitive rates for car insurance.
