Albert Johnson’s insurance agency has been a true blessing over the last year. I came to their office very frustrated with my last agent, whom I was with 6 years. Keep in mind, that agency was Farmers as well (Swain Insurance Agency). I switched because I wasn’t being valued as a loyal customer and rates were constantly increasing. That’s all history now. When I meet Pierre Angel from Albert Johnson’s agency, the rest has been history. She was friendly, professional, always looking to save me money and she just has my best interest when searching for better rates & policies.. Just know, the very 1st year with them, she saved me over $700 annually between the 4 policies I have with them. This year, she actually called me without me having to call them about how I can save and still have the best quality policy. Again, I’m all about loyalty and building strong business relationships. I believe that I have found my insurance home in this agency, and I’m very happy thus far.
