Some have moved away; others work at different shops; but all of them had something in common: the routines were essentially all the same. Louis, at Massage Envy Pearland Pkwy is the most thorough, careful, considerate, professional I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend a visit!

Jacquline is the reason I frequent the East Pearland Massage Envy rather than the Clear Lake location. She is an excellent therapist both based on her technical ability and her knowledge about the body. Furthermore, Jacquline cares about the oversell wellness of her clients. She understands that feeling good in body is dependent on many other mental and emotional factors. I was considering cancelling my membership, but now I feel that my monthly dues are well worth it! Justin is an AWESOME massage therapist, he listens to you & explains what is going on with you which helps you understand why you have certain pains. I HIGHLY recommend seeing him.

Elizabeth remembers all of my worry areas. I have plantar fasciitis in on foot and I broke the other two years ago. She has made great notes to remember to be cautious with both feet. Also she asks how they are doing at every appointment. She isn’t just good, she’s amazing.

Rick is very professional and experienced at deep tissue massage. He is my go to now.

I joined the ME membership after having chronic back pain. I like this location for the convenient location, professional staff, and usually consistent staff of massage therapists. I go to Jacqueline most of the time and she is wonderful! The price overall is affordable and they are adding new treatments to the menu all the time with stretch, facials, etc.

He was very good, but I come to relax and he talks too much. I couldnt get into my meditation thoughts.

They were awesome and Asthma Friendly!! I explained that my home Massage Envy Location started using a diffuser machine in the lobby which triggered my asthma from all the fragrance. I asked if they used one and Mgr. Randy said yes, but we will make sure it is off on the days you come. THAT WAS IT. DONE!! She said she would put diffuser away in closet for good measure and even asked the Massage Therapist not to wear cologne. Massage Therapist Mathew told me he was happy to comply because they care at their location and want people to feel better after they leave. Todays visit was to use my last credit before it expired. I CANCELLED Massage Envy (ME) last month after 9 years. My home location basically said soothing their lobby was more important than me breathing (plus the fact that they double-billed me for the last 2 months and denied it) But this location made me wish I had not. ME needs to refocus and take a lesson from this location on customer service and public health. Let Aromatherapy be a private experience! The 5 stars is for this location. Overall, I shake my head at how this was a such a night and day issue at a wellness corporation.

The therapists deserve a 5 out of 5. After dealing with several scheduling issues, my husband and I cancelled our contracts with Massage Envy. Make sure you dont put the same phone number on multiple accounts. It causes issues with their system.

Update...... This place is terrible and would take as much money from you as they can. Read and re-read anything you have to sign and check your card transactions. The front desk is not knowledgeable and will give you the run around. Do not go here!This is my go-to massage place! They are always very nice and accommodating. My therapist is amazing!! They also have hot towels that the other branches dont have like the one in Bay Area.

I got my first facial done by Elizabeth and she was great. I hardly ever have the time or extra money for facials, so I went somewhere else just to save $40. Never again! I regret not returning to Massage Envy. Ill be back as soon as I can.

Been a member for 7 years, I was very happy when this one opened 5 minutes from my house. I get a deep tissue massage about once a month, helps a lot with my achey old injuries and arthritis.
