Didn’t inform me that I would pay $75 to have a guy come out for 5 minutes to tell me that they couldn’t fix the issue. Literally dropped the price on me at the very end. Terrible service. Would t recommend.
Called on a Friday and service was done the following Monday. I had to call the office Monday afternoon because I hadnt heard from the tech. When I called the main office, the person that I spoke with originally wrote my phone number down even after I repeated it multiple times. No big deal. Everyone makes mistakes. The problem is the price. I was told the original fee to come out would be $75 for the diagnostic fee. My oven was not heating. Guy came out and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Charged $243.56. He said that it was $125 for labor, $75 for the diagnostic fee, and $25 for the part. Any other service that I have ever had done, they only charge the diagnostic fee IF you dont get the tech to fix it. Instead, this company adds it on top of the other charges. Shouldnt the diagnostic fee be included in the labor if you decide to have the tech perform the repair? After I called the office to talk about the fees, the tech said that that is what he charges everybody else. Well maybe other people are OK with it, but Im not. I figured that I would support a local small business, however at these prices I will get support elsewhere.
