I have lived here little over 3 years. I am leaving this review for Taylor, Amber, and Sierra. I was in the office discussing the pool hours and ended up having a long conversation with all 3 of them. Amber I’ve known for a while and can always count on her to be as great as ever, Sierra is so sweet I’ve met her once before that day and she sat with me and answered my question(s) very patient. Taylor, thank you for going over my lease charges with me so I could better understand you went over top to bottom with me. This whole office is A+ customer service. Thanks guys I might have to come bug you again ❤️
Quick move in process, maintenance always quick and responsive . Front office always quick to get back to me with answers to any questions I might ask . Apartment is spacious great area to stay in for a family close to many restaurants and schools for kids !
Beautiful apartments, cannot wait to move in next month! Staff has been very welcoming and pleasant to deal with!
We rented this apartment for our daughter, NICE PLACE. Landlord VERY dishonestly handled the apartment contract closure upon rental exit.Renter Charged $950 in bogus fees on move out.-post move out, landlord is trying to charge for utilities that are included in the rent. Paid $1400 a month every month on time.. Utilities were paid in the rent, as stated in the contract.-Trying to charge for The water line for the washer that broke off INSIDE the wall when I was unscrewing the hose connection. That’s like trying to charge me for the floor falling out from under me while I’m walking on it while living in the apt.-Trying to charge almost $600 to repair carpet damaged from a dog, located under a door against the jamb. The damaged area is about 10” x14”, otherwise the carpet was very clean, every it as clean as when we moved in.We aren’t paying it. It’s theft, plain and simple. We will pay the reasonable cleaning fees and a reasonable cost for carpet repair. That’s it. $250 $200 for the carpet, and the $50 fee requested for cleanup and paint, and that a stretch. Will not pay for utilities that are fully covered by rent, will not pay for water line damage inside the wall, we will not pay for water damage incurred due to your substandard plumbing installation that failed inside the wall.I’m very disappointed after such a great stay at a nice apartment you try to rip off your customers on the back end of their stay with you.
The new management company doesnt care about their residents. They installed a new entrance security system where you allow yourself into the gate via a phone app and it DOES NOT WORK. I ALMOST DIED LAST NIGHT WAITING TO BE LET IN!!!!! Looking for a new place to live.Pearland is a city people move to so they can raise their families. Enclave wants to kill them.
We’re in our 5th year living at the Enclave At Mary’s Creek. First I’ll say the ladies in the office are so sweet and always greet with a smile. I like that it’s a smaller community, it’s quiet and we always feel safe. The apartments are spacious with good size rooms, bathrooms and real walk-in closets. Along with a really pretty pool area, the community events are fun as well. Just renewed again.
I downsized to this complex and thoroughly enjoy the pool, the dog-friendly environment, and the friendly (always smiling and welcoming) staff from the office to the maintenance crew ... I feel I am at home. As with anyplace when an issue arises they are quick to respond, from a patio light out to an appliance issue, to a problem in the common areas ... overall the layout of my 2-bedroom unit to the layout of the dog park and pool, I am happy to call 2900 Pearland Parkway homeA huge thank you to the staff for your dedicated attention to everyday life!
I have an older HVAC unit and my bill is almost as high as the 4 bedroom house I moved from. The parking issue was once heavily enforced by the previous managers (tow truck cruise through, visible parking passes) but not so much now. Non residents are not parking in the visitor spots and the new stickers are barely being used. Staff is great. Maintenance is great. Just need to focus on non residents, even if theyre just visiting.
I love that the business center is open 24/7, which really helps with my studying. Ive been able to save money these first few months by delaying getting Wifi. I really appreciate that the workout room has a great set of free weights and medicine balls--the other equipment is high quality as well. As a renter for 10+ years Ill say that Id never been more excited to move in somewhere and have nothing but positive things to say about living here. I cant wait to make use of the movie room. :D Kudos to the helpful front office staff!
The maintenance was always helpful. The new management that took over is terrible. Took our deposit and still charged us to move out even after the lease is up. Ive never had to pay to move from an apartment. Its a good location and quiet just dont bother the management. Only got two stars for good maintenance personnel.
Very dangerous place to live. Poor new security system at the front gate. Management refuses to return calls.
Been living here for about 9 months great place to live. Safe, quiet, maintenance works quickly when problems arise, leasing office are great they are always greeting with a smile and glad to help you. Problems are resolved in a timely manner.
I have lived here for roughly 2 years- the new management is great. The ladies in the office (Amber, Sabrina, Emily) are all very nice welcoming and helpful. Rene and Rudy the maintenance guys have been here for a long time and take very good care of the place. The new company has done some pretty cool upgrades.
I have been at this complex going on 4 years and enjoy the quiet, clean and safe environment that it has provided for me while I have been here. I just renewed for another year and look forward to the continued great experience the maintenance and main office have been providing me.
Been at this complex for a little over 18 months. Had some hiccups at first but management changed and it’s been smooth sailing since. Only thing is when they started valet trash I wish there was a clear option to opt out because I live right by the dumpsters and only use the service every so often. Other than that it is a pleasant place to stay, everyone minds their business and it’s mostly older families that stay in the area so for a small town girl the peace is much appreciated.
I feel right at home at The Enclave. The property is kept up very well and the staff is amazing! I’ve had zero complaints and feel so comfortable and happy living here!!
I have lived here for one month, so far, so good. Its a quiet community. The office staff is friendly and willing to go that extra mile.
I have lived her for 2 years now. When I first moved in it was so nice. The location, the apartments, the maintenance staff and the front office staff were amazing. Gave you more of a family feel and knew you by name. Loved them and really hated when they left. Now they are owned by a different company. The staff that is in there now are rude! Never answer the phone, or return emails. I wouldnt move in just because of that. Honestly I would look else where, and happy that I am moving out. Do your research!
I love living here! The apartments are spacious and were super clean when I moved in. The office staff is great and they are always friendly and greet you with a smile.
Everybody in the front office has been great. Delightful in their service and attention. Love the community!
Been living here for about a year! Everything is great! Anytime I need something the girls in the front as always helpful! Love living here bc it’s quiet and close to everything
Best apartment complex in town. Staff is friendly, and are constantly hosting events for residents at the clubhouse. The complex is very clean and has been upgraded tremendously to look more modern. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and safe place to live!
Excellent location, near schools, HEB, Fitness clubs, Parks. Plus a great staff. Lived here for 4 years.Thank you Enclave!
Great place, clean and quiet. Emily was so kind and professional when showing the apartment and throughout the leasing process.
I’m very happy with my apartment and the facilities. The office is quick to fix any issues I have.
The staff at The Enclave is 100% on point with customer service! I dj’ed an event for them for their residents and the hospitality they showed not only towards me, but towards their residents is unmatched! Their community is also so neat and clean! Thank you Emily and staff!Daniel
Its the perfect match for us. Schools are close, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and safe. Staff is 5 stars as well. Always friendly and helpful. Renewing my lease again for the 4th year.
I moved in not too long ago, and I really love it here. The office and maintenance staff are very sweet and easy to talk to! Since Ive moved in it has been nothing but relaxing. If youre looking for an apartment you want to come here!
The staff changed, for the worse. The woman in the middle desk area of the office is SO rude. The other 2 are SO nice, so just avoid the one lady. I have on multiple occasions had the unfortunate obligation to talk with her. I really likED living here, until they hired the ONE. Maintenance was great they always got things fixed within 2 days. Love the floor plan. Most of the time only 1 computer is working in the computer room, but there is never anyone in there, so its not too bad. The gate to the pool doesnt work more than it does, which is a bummer because I had to walk all the way around to the front to get in. People dont pick up after their dogs, so be careful when your walking. You cant really hear the other tenants so thats nice. Its a great quiet place to live. Id recommend it. Just avoid the one lady and you will love it.
Clean, safe, and quiet. This complex is Under new ownership and with a revamped paint job we also have a renewed community involvement. Great for families, perfect for singles.
I’ve enjoyed living here. Great location with shopping and restaurants near by.
I received an email inviting me to view a unit. Upon arrival I was told they didnt have anything to show until Tuesday. This should have been noted in the email. I drove quite a ways for no reason. EXTREMELY inconsiderate.
The apartment staff is great to work with and the complex is a good place to live.
The management is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the area and apartments are well maintained and beautiful. Very quiet inside the apartments.
Please, if youre looking for a nice well built apartment, look elsewhere. In the time Ive lived here Ive had non stop plumbing problems, cracks have formed on the walls, and the hardwood floors peel off. This apartment complex seems to be more concerned about its outward appearance than its functionality.Ps.Hurricane Harvey caused wide spread flooding here in Pearland, making going to work an impossibility for many people and putting a strain on our finances. Luckily, the Enclave at Marys Creek gave us a TWO DAY rent extension before handing out eviction notices.
Great location! Perfect match for me and my family!
Been at the enclave for over 3 years now and we love it!
I just came in to look at an apartment at the Enclave at Marys Creek and was treated so rudely by Sabrina in the office that I would never live in these apartments. My husband and I were prejudged as soon as we walked in the door. She never asked for our names, shook our hands, or even asked what we were looking for. She acted like we COULD NOT afford to live in her precious complex. Little does she know... because she didnt even ask that my husband is a truck driver and makes 7 times the amount she is asking for rent. You lost good tenants today Sabrina, because once we do lease an apartment we stay for at least 5 years. So The Enclave at Marys Creek your loss is some one elses gain. Good luck leasing apartments with Sabrina.
I’ve been here six months and I couldn’t be happier with the location, amenities, and staff! I’d give 6 stars if I could!!!
I live here currently. A few facts to consider. Pros: great and friendly staff. The ladies in the front office really are very nice always. They are the reason I signed in the first place.Cons: 1) price: I pay over $1600 a month for a two bedroom apartment. Other apartments in the same area, gated, amenities, (comparing apples to apples) cost about $1260. 2) pool is beautiful but hot tub has been broken for over a year, they have no intention of fixing it. 3) my biggest complaint- computers NEVER are in working condition, their wifi in the business center and pool does not work. I have asked them to call their provider and fix it at least four times but that was three months ago, they keep acting like its a new problem every time I go into ask about it. If the business center seems like an attraction, dont count it as one because its just a nice room to sit in. 4) often times the trash and are overflowing to a point you cant even get your trash in the receptacle. 5) there are no set parking spaces and there are more cars then spaces. Which means you often have to walk fairly far to your apartment unless you get there earlier in the day. Parking is a pain, especially if you ever have any visitors. Overall, I wish I had done a bit more research before I had moved into these. I will be moving out at the end of my lease as I realized for the price Im paying I could get a nice house in the area.
I lived here three separate times. It was always great. The rats were an issue at the garbage. It was pricy. Everyone in the office was great except maintenance. I once had to ask about an light bulb being changed three times and finally gave up, same with an electrical outlet. I have a daughter who caused a lot of problems. The office and management worked with me to get out. It was heartbreaking but I understood. I’d go back when she ages out if I was allowed and could afford it, like i said, it was pricy. I wish that while I was there they would have offered door to door trash pick up, especially when you pay over $1600 a month and you are on the third floor.
If I could rate the maintenance staff alone I would give them 5 stars. They are helpful, responsive and really kind people, especially Rene. However, the buildings are poorly constructed and I heard my neighbors late into the night, above and beside of my apartment.Make sure to ask about the policy if you want to stay over your lease, month to month. For me, I left early because of it - Greystar wanted to charge me $200 additional every month I stayed ... So if your rent was $980, the next month it would have been $1180, the next would be $1380, etc. I think its ridiculous as I lived there for nearly 2 years and it wasnt even in one of the newer fancy remodeled apartments. I was never late on my rent, etc. The front desk would not work with me and simply said thats how the policy works month to month. The new staff is hit and miss. I was put off that one of the front desk staff doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk in ... If she is the only one working she never answers the phone to at least ask you to hold while she finishes whatever shes doing.Overall I had a decent experience. I just dont recommend the complex based on the construction of the buildings.
It’s a nice place to live, kids love the pool
I have not never wrote any review but I have to say something about this apartment. Dont go by the sign luxury apartment in the front entrance. There is nothing luxury about this complex. They are using very own faucet in the kitchen. The appliances are cheap. It is not a granite countertops. If you are cooking the large pot. It is very tough to wash with that faucet. You almost hear every single noise from the up stair and next door. If you have little baby or kid you will suffer carrying them from your car to your suite. There is no assigned parking. It is hard to find parking at night. It looks like that they have more cars than parking spaces. The dogs poop are everywhere on the grassy. I saw some of the tenants did not cleaned after their pet. My kid step on it one and that it. No more playing out on the grass. The laundry room is dirty. The wifi did not work at office area. Cant wait to move to another apartment.
I have been here for 3 years never experienced a problem on property or with office management. Everyone is friendly and there is always something to entertain the family in the office.
Maintenance always amazing and fast.
I love this place and the rent is a little high but it is agood environment and a good place for kids and pets, love the place and please take my review
This apartment complex has no night drop and makes it impossible to pay overnight. When you work outside of office hours and youre single it makes it real difficult to pay here. Which on your end makes your life hell. The corporate company is a joke also and does not care about talking with and fixing issues with their tenants.
Nice Place, Very Good Management Personnel, Maintenance Departmentexcellent.
New management since I was there. I find it hard to believe new management could change the insulation problem. One of my walls maintained a steady 95 degrees to the touch. I changed to 5 stars because management cared enough to reply and my assessment from 8 years ago hardly seems like fair criteria to grade a place by. Perhaps they removed walls and re-insulated. Take what I say below with a grain of salt. I stayed at The Enclave for two years and we have have had the usuall appartment problems youll have anywhere.High Electricity bills.Bug infestations from other apartments.Parking. I have been towed twice, both my fault. Though I am curious how the tow trucks I see roaming, looking to tow, have such easy access to our gated areas.Management has been good at covering their bases.Id say a little overpriced. It was a place to hang my hat... nothing extraordinary but it wasnt run down.Management was friendly and cooperative. Pool in very nice. Has a tennis court Ive never used.Municipality will shut down the main ROAD 4 times a year... locked with no way in or out except on foot.Obviously good enough to stay in for 2 years...but not forever
Hot tub has been broken over a year since before we moved in and they keep saying they will remodel but Ive never seen a single contractor by the pool .. sucks cause I really looked forward to it ..They gate is stuck in the open position weekly so anyone can come In ...Oh and the key card system is a pain If you drive a truck lots of ppl have hit itPeople leave trash by their doors cause they are too lazy to take it so Ive seen many rats scattered around peoples doors ...Everything in our unit was not built with a level .. our medicine cabinet sits at 45 degrees no joke .. maintenance came out said theres no issueThe water pipes make horrible banging noises ..Dog poop everywhere.. pretty sure we are the only one was that pic up our pups poo.. many times theres not even bags in the doggie bins ..The gym is always gross .. they dont have sanitizer to wipe the sweat off .. in the mornings there is never clean towels and never water ..The vent option on the microwave is for show .. theres no hood .. so if you cook bacon and turn the vent on you are just moving air and smoke around .. the fire department visits frequently because on thisAbsolutely zero parking ... So dont ever have guestsToo expensive waste of money go elsewhere ..
Overall good place to live.
Used to live here...now a friend does. Management has changed but everything seems yo b the same.
Okay sounds good to me
Visitor parking is hard to find.
I love it here
Are there any apartments left in the complex
