Clean, non crowded, fast

This is my first visit to a laundromat since, I was used to having my own washer and dryer until my washer broke. The customer service is very helpful and responsive,if you encounter any issues. However, the pricing is fairly expensive at 7.00 per big loads and 4.00 dollars or more for smaller loads. The dryer is a big rip off at 25 cents per 5 minutes and it typically takes a half a hour to a hour to dry clothes so, you would be there forever, having to constantly charge your card every 5 minutes. Luckily for me, I have a working dryer at home. It was very convenient location for me since, its right on Middletown road, and there was free parking in front of the location, and the washers and dryers were fairly clean, but I honestly wouldnt go back there, if I had a choice since, the pricing seems ridiculous for 7.00 dollars for a less than 15 min wash and the constant authorizations of my card was very annoying and the payment reader kept not recognizing my card and resetting without giving me time to make a choice and the fact they preauthorize 15 dollars on your card for anytime you use your card so you can looking at a over 30 dollar preauthorization charge on your card, if you use multiple machines with your card unless you have a lot of cash on your person to get coins or bucket load of quarters on you. I give it 3 stars for the helpful customer service,convenient location, fairly clean machines, and everything else made it,a deal breaker for me.

I have been using their services for about 2 years now. Always very pleasant, very professional. Never had any problem with missing or damaged items and they have always had a fantastic turn around time despite being very busy. The fact that this place has steady business with a large amount of satisfied customers says volumes about the customer service.

I have been going here for years and my clothes always look great - they do such a professional job and are always so friendly. The prices offer a good value and i have never had a complaint or problem. They do everything I need them to do!!
