Bill and Ron are super professional and knowledgeable. Running an small business is difficult enough at times but when a vehicle goes down it is a huge set back. Rons understands this and does everything possible to get us back up and running quickly without sacrificing quality of work. Highly Recommend

Went in for a routine inspection and oil change after other places were difficult on scheduling ahead. Took me in right away and we’re done quick. Easy spot... at least for the routine stuff.

My husband and I have been going to Rons for the past 25 years, and have always been extremely pleased with the service we have received. Ron and Bill are terrific people and weve trusted them with every car we have ever had. Now that are kids drive and have their own cars, they go there as well. They always tell us the truth about the repairs we need and have always been there for us when weve had an emergency. We have always trusted their judgement when it was time to stop driving a vehicle because it required too many repairs or wasnt safe anymore. We wont go anywhere else for our auto repairs!

They should change their names to LACK of Quality. I went for a simple brake change, and got four tires installed.Today was my third time back to fix their mistakes. The tires weren’t balanced properly, my car shook at 55mph and did not do that before with the old tires, that was visit number one. Visit number two was for the brake pad clip scraping my rotor, also a huge dilemma to fix and no accountability. Today was my third trip back because they installed the tires BACKWARDS on my rim. Yes that’s correct an auto mechanic put a tire on with the labelled tires stating “inside” exposed to the outside. They caused Wearing down of my tires and could have been dangerous in the snow last winter as well. This is all common knowledge to a mechanic and I’m disgusted this place stays in business. This all could have been avoided. Ron who works the front desk shows no urgency whatsoever to make the situation right. In fact each time he has told me to come earlier, meanwhile I come at 3pm with two hours left in his day to fix HIS Mistakes. I’ve never been more disgusted and if I could give them a -10 I would. Stay clear of this place at all costs!!!

Scamming owner and employee....An employee at this shop was test driving a customers Nissan z car and hit my vehicle not paying attention speeding and the owner Ron is trying to commit fraud by threats saying its my fault and that his employee is innocent although the owner ron was not even on the accident scene he is refusing to provide insurance and would not stop disorderly conduct in front of police officer to blame me for accident because his employee is the one who hit me . He antagonized his employee to lie and I had to research insurance companies to finally put a claim on his commercial insurance called Signature B & B insurance company.
