I brought in a very old car I bought for getting around the island it hadnt been washed or cleaned in at least five years. The interior was cleaned exceptionally. I only wishes the glass could have been cleaned better. The staff was curious and I can see work hard. So instead of leaving a 4 star I am giving a five star.
From the moment I got to Bruno’s Auto Detailing, the staff was welcoming and very professional! There was constant communication throughout the entire process (from before drop off until after pick-up) and when I went to pick up the car, Caroline had me check both the interior and exterior to ensure it was up my satisfaction. I selected the Premium Package. My car was filthy and I knew it needed it! I have kids and a dog and my dog has accidents in the car. We clean it as best we can but the smell started to stick to the interior. The guys at Bruno’s auto detailing really worked hard to address my concerns about the interior and I couldn’t have been more pleased! They said they needed to do my seats three times and I love that they go the extra mile to what’s needed for the car instead of the minimum included in the purchased package.The staff are so friendly, polite and professional. Don’t forget to tip your detailers they work so hard and really deserve it.Thank you! We’ll be returning for maintenance.

Detailing included ceramic coating for my 09 Tacoma. They were offering a great deal at the time ($300 for 3-yr service) so I couldnt pass on the opportunity. Staff was friendly and walked me around the vehicle after the detailing/coating was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the product. No issues with what I paid for.
I was surprised to see this business is located at Select Auto Group - I previously left a marginal review for them for some sketchy business practices; however, their 5-star rating for auto detailing is well-deserved. They finished in the amount of time they estimated, and they did a very nice job removing stains from my seats and cleaning everything on the inside. When I noticed some smudges on the inside of the windshield, I asked them to go over it again, and they did so.
Did a pre-move shipping package for our Traverse ... inspector took one look and shipped the vehicle. VPC took me 15 mins and was amazing (yes, Im DOD). Such a great job, I took my Acura back to them and expect the same ease at the next port inspection. Great price, service, and just generally nice people to do business with.

I have been looking for a good auto detailer since COVID hit. The previous one I used shut down. These guys were just as good and $100 less for the same service! I got the Gold package and my 4 year old car looks brand new. Also, Ive never had a detailing company with such good communication; they texted me throughout the process with reminders, notification that my car was done, etc. Booking was super simple. I will be back every 6 months to keep my car in great shape, and have scheduled my other car to get done next. Thank you!FYI, their parking area is tight, so if you have a second driver coming with you dont have them pull into the service area. My husband pulled around the corner and then I hopped in from there.

Honestly overpriced, the outside looked great but the inside they missed sand, the carpet mats were still dripping wet and when I hung them to dry the water dripping was dirty so obviously not that clean. They missed spilled yogurt on the side of one of my seats and didn’t even carpet clean under my stow and go seats.
I’ve taken my car to a few places to wash but this is definitely my favorite spot! They were fast and did an amazing job, made my car look brand new. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality detail or car wash and their prices are very reasonable.
