The black woman that works the counter in there is the rudest and most ignorant person Ive ever had to deal with! No people skills at all! Do business somewhere else! Its also not the first time Ive had to deal with this terrible person which is why I decided to write a review this time!

The delivery drivers out of this location constantly fake delivery attempts. There is never a door tag or even evidence that they were at my place according to my security system.

FedEx Saugus and FedEx Peabody are HORRIBLE! The staff gives conflicting information between offices, cannot clearly explain heavy shipping options, and generally are iunhelpful.!! It is no wonder Amazon discontinued using FedEx and now does their own deliveries! I would NEVER recommend using FedEx at either of these locations!! Horrible experience!!

No attempt to deliver my package was ever made today despite what the tracker says. NO delivery note was left at my home, I waited ALL DAY for an important package. I then went to the ship center to get the package. I got there at 732pm and they were already closed and locked up. A full break room of people watched me at the front door from inside the building. No one acted like I was even there. (Their normal hours are until 8, and no one with customer service could explain why they closed early or if their hours had changed)Every company and business I have ever worked for helps any customer especially if theyre being worked with just 2 minutes after close. Because its respectful to the customer, perhaps what they need is very important! I called ahead explaining I was only 2 minutes behind closing time.I could have easily picked up the package earlier however I only found out I had to pick it up FROM THE ONLINE TRACKER. IF THEY HAD MADE AN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE, I WOULD HAVE IT BECAUSE I WAS HOME. THEY DID NOT!!AWFUL business practice.

I was pleased with the service but the only bad thing was that payments are obligatory by card, that is, NOT cash. and then how are those who do not have it made? (the card) but afterwards everything was excellent.

Awesome place only suggestion online it says you close at 5 pm but you actually close at 3pm on Saturdays just a suggestion to update hours if you could

Its very easy to ship from this FedEx location. The staff are very friendly, and helpful to all that come in. I was treated very well. My package was handled quickly and efficiently. Id go to this location again.

Went to pick up a missed delivery I couldnt sign for. Easy to get to; walk in and walk out with your package.

I have NEVER ONCE gotten a delivery on the date stated in my order form. Not only are they incompetent, but then they hold your stuff so you cant even pick it up yourself. These people are the biggest joke in the world I hope nobody working at FedEx brings home more than 10$ per hour because having mentally handicapped people working at this pace, is not worthy of a minimum wage income.

We went on Saturday. They said they tried to deliver a package to a business (closed due to the pandemic) 3x in one day but were unsuccessful (of course), then sent it to a central warehouse and we have to pay the cost to have it shipped back or it will be destroyed. They had previously promised it would be available at the location we went to until the following Monday. Unbelievable.

This is the second time I’ve come here. Last time they closed at least 10 minutes early and this time they closed 15 minutes early. Awful

I just walked out of this FedEx location in Peabody and I will never return again. For years I have been occasionally coming to this location to pick up packages that I have held for me. Sometimes my seller forgets to provide me with a tracking number however it has never been an issue as I just provide my ID and they check it in the system and let me know if my package is there or not. Today when I went there the woman behind the counter was clearly already agitated and when I asked her if my package was there and gave my name, she told me to provide a tracking number. When I told her I did not have it she then told me that my package is not there without checking anything in the computer or doing anything at all. She told me if I have no tracking number then she cannot check in the back room because she has over 2,000 boxes back there so how could she possibly find it. However every other employee has been able to find it by asking my ID. I then called the seller and asked him if it had been shipped in which he replied no which would explain why I had no tracking number. I went inside to inform her that the package had not been shipped. But I also wanted to know how she had acquired psychic powers to know if my package was there without ever searching my name in the system like all the other employees do. Clearly this woman just did not feel like doing her job today. After watching her contradict herself by telling me that the package is not there because I have no tracking number and then telling me that there was no way she would know because there was so many boxes in the back room, I began to get agitated. I basically called her out on her contradictions (in a rude way by cursing, yeah its wrong I know) once I used the curse word in my sentence the gloves were off and this useless woman started screaming at me and cursing back at me much worse than I did to her and kicked me out of the store. The customer is always right and in this case I absolutely was and she did not like that. I will NEVER step foot in this FedEx location ever again as I refuse to support a franchise who employs such trashy people
