I worked with City Mail for the first time recently and they helped me put together a mailer for our Company. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns. They also called me back a couple of weeks after the mailer was sent out to say that they had printed extra mailers and they would send them out for me at no additional costs(I just had to pay postage). Great experience working with this company and look forward to doing more work with them.

Excellent service and prices sometimes less than half those of other mail houses; requires some advance notice, but well worth it. Printing quality is beautiful.

I contacted Citymail USA about printing a 6 X 11 postcard for a town wide mailing. The owners were very patient with me -- I am not a design professional and needed coaching to get the file ready for printing. Today I received the promised extra copies. I was thrilled with the quality of the paper and printing. The paper stock was suitably heavy and had the requested glossy finish, which resulted in striking color reproduction of the two photos on the front side. It can be a bit nerve racking working with a new vendor. But CityMail did not disappoint! From start to finish, Guy, was patient, personable, easy to work with, and accommodating.
